I ordered two boards 12/2. Did not receive shipping confirmation within 2 business days as website stated at ordering. Found this site 12/9 and got terrified. Called customer service and reached a rep right away who said my boards would ship 12/14 and I would get them 12/19. Tracking via UPS was accurate to this. Got my boards yesterday and they look great. No manual tho so still have to see if they work properly. Overall Im happy but not sure why no one else could get answers.

I'd give negative stars if I could. Bought 2 for my kids for Christmas. Both were not working by the 27th. I've called and emailed about return labels. Same song and dance. They'll email the request. I still Haven't seen or heard from them. I'm filing a dispute with my bank. Hope I can get my money back. This company is a scam. Let me know if anyone starts a law suit I'll be in.

Do not buy from this company no device or manager to talk too been waiting since dec 17th for return label. Got the hover board and charged it when opened left side did not work. This company is nothing but a scam and a bunch of liars never do what they tell you their going to do. I'm up for class action lawsuit too. Want my money back or this piece of junk replaced.

Same as everyone else... I bought two hoverboards on works fine the other shuts off during operation and throws the rider off VERY DANGEROUS. I have tried since Christmas to get a shipping label. Then tried to just get refund but won't refund until you get shipping label. Very poor customer service it is a joke. Will never purchase anything from this company ever again!

I myself bought my son a hover board for christmas, he only got to use it once. They were just giving us the same story about sending the return label for over a month. My husband and I got so upset we told them off apparently there is no managers they can not transfer you to. So last week my husband contact his bank and told them the situation and refunded us our money back. So now we purchased him a new one on ebay. That came with instructions and an actual box!

Hover board worked for 1 day, has been sitting and waiting for shipping label to send it back. As of right now it has been 2 months since we first contact them about the issue. Still no shipping label. WHY IS THIS SUCH A HARD TASK? No customer support phone line to talk directly to them about when we will receive a simple email with the shipping label. 1 star is the lowest you can rate a company. An i don't see any good reports, more than a 2 star.

First off I would not even give it one star but I have to rate it in some way. My hover board came completely damaged, I have spoken to their "answering service" and all they tell me is that they cannot accept any phone calls and that customer service only response to emails. Well I have emailed them many times and have gotten zero responses. It has been three weeks of them not contacting me and after reading the reviews I see what everyone is up in arms about. Do not buy from this scamming bull$#*! website!

I bought a Hoverboard as a Chris gift. The charger was not in the box. I have called several times for weeks now to no avail. All representoves tell me they will get this information to Customer Service and someone will contact me. I still cannot get anyone to contact me back or mail the charger. The Hoverboard is useless without the charger. Do not order from this company.

Product didn't last 24 hours... Been complaining to the company since Christmas... I keep getting told shipping labels are "on the way. " What a joke... I'm launching an investigation. This website is a complete scam. You simply cannot do this to kids and get away with it.

We ordered an hover board for our 10 year old grandson for Christmas, still no board... They took the money from our account the same day the order was placed. November 10 th. I called and finally got to speak with someone and she said it will not be here for Christmas because they are backed up. When I ordered it I was told 2 to 4 business days. Do not order anything from here... It's an scam!

I'm not sure if this is a real company or what. I like many others should have done the research. I ordered on 11/28 and they took their money on 12/5. I should have suspected something then. I emailed but never got a response. Finally called my bank because the number given goes to third party individual without any information. Hopefully I am able to get my money back. Lesson learned if I can't get it in the store then I won't buy one. Bad business. Do not buy from them. You won't ever see your Christmas gift

I just read the reviews and am APPALLED at this company. I'm filing a law suit against them with my lawyer. I have wasted time and effort on phone calls and emails only to be lied to. This is PURE BS.

I hope this company ends up paying MILLIONS to everyone that has been screwed over by them!

I bought my daughter this board, when it broke after 2 hours on Christmas. I have called them many times and they say they are going to send a return label and send me another one. It's been several times of calling and still no return label and there is no return address on the box. Do not waste your money! I am now looking for someone to fix it!

I paid these scam artist with a prepaid card for two hoverboards 349.00 on 11/12/16, still no confirmation, no tracking number, representative told me to cancel my order because I will not receive by Xmas, they claim they never received money and my order hasn't been processed when the money is clearly off my card, I'm so hurt and tired of calling them my kids Xmas is completely ruined.

I purchased a hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas 2016 and it did not work. They said they were going to send me a shipping label in 3 days and its already 1/30/2017 and still no label. I asked for a refund and they told me to wait 3 days for that and nothing yet. When asked to speak to management I was told their phones and not equipped to transfer calls. Spoiled my 9 year old daughters Christmas.

Ordered on 11/24 payment was processed right away. Called to check my order on the 4th said it would be out by the 12th and would receive email with tracking number. Have not heard a thing. Tried calling, emailing still nothing. I then tried calling at 2 am to see what would happen and someone actually answered the phone. Didn't help at all just said I'd get an email. This company needs to be stopped, a lot of people have spent good money only to be ignored. Definately will be reporting them.

I'm so hurt. I googled reviews before I purchased this product from my son. There were no bad reviews. After reading all of these reviews now, it seems like all of this started happening right before or around Christmas. Did this company start up then? Needless to say my complaint is exactly like everyone else. I purchased this as a Christmas present it worked for twenty minutes. I filled a complaint with the BBB. And still nothing. After speaking to several customer service reps, they told me that the reason the labels are taking a long time to come is because they didn't know there contact ended with UPS. They said they had to start all over. It's been two months. My son's asks me everyday have they sent the label. It hurts when I have to look at him and say nope. I'm just going to purchase another one. This time I'm going to Walmart.

I bought a hooverboard for my daughter for Christmas and did receive it on the 21st. She rode it around the house a few times on Christmas day and it hasn't worked since. I called company on the 27th gave my email and they said they were going to send shipping labels, I never got them. Called a few more times and spoke to a few different people same story. Takes 5 day blah blah. Now when you call it says you can only reach them by email. So I sent an email. Got a reply but still no labels. Now I am reading all these complaints and just have to except I was ripped off

Never again! This Company was the worst I've ever dealt with. I lost my daughter 3 years ago she left behind 3 boys. So I asked each one what would they like for Christmas the baby boy who is 11 wanted a Hover board he picked this site. I ordered 2 weeks in advance as. Here it is 3 days before Christmas the customer service sends me an Email saying we cancelled your order as requested. I did not cancel my order. If they knew they couldn't fill the order they should have said that in the first Place. Now my grandson will not have what he wanted because of this careless company. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible. They hired a secondary company to take calls and say they will email a return label within a few weeks. Never happened. Wish I would have known what a joke it was I would have never wasted my time calling 5 times. Guess I'm out my money!

The same story as everyone else... my hover board quit working within 5 days of being out of the box, after repeated attempts, getting the run around every time we are out the money and do not have a working hoverboard...

I placed my order on 11/25 and have gotten nothing but the runaround. Now Christmas is less than a week away and I don't have the Hoverboard or my money. Worst place I've ever encountered in my life. Do not order from this place. They are scammers! Now my daughter will not have the Christmas I had planned and worked all year to give her. I'm beyond pissed off! I wish I could ruin these people and no one would ever order from them again. My next step... I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my bank!

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! SCAMMERS!

Ordered on 11-28-16. Money was taken 12-1-16.12-8-16 days it has shipped. 12-14-16 one of them shows up not the two I ordered one. Called them on hold for three hours told me it was ups fault. Which is nonsense since the one I received said one package of one on it. They won't respond to my emails and tell me it's been shipped. But they have no tracking number.

I purshased a hoverbroad from Hoverbroad closeouts for my daughter for Christmas. The hoverbroad does not work I have been unable to get a shipping label to return the broad I have calling since 12/28/2016 nothing yet! The web site states hassle free nothing about this has been has free! I'm stuck with a broken broad and no refund
