I have been trying to return a hoverboard for replacement since December 28th and keep getting different stories from customer services but nothing happens. Can someone help? Thanks, Ryan

Can't answer it but I can tell you I bought one for my daughter for Christmas had it two days and the wheel broke... I have been trying to get a shipping label to send back my board for replacement and still haven't received and keep getting the run around when I call.

I think this is a scam. Same here no response and are emailing a label to me. I live in VT and contacted the New Jersey BBB this afternoon and they do have complaints. With all the complaints on this sight it smells like a class action lawsuit to me!
