My son got a hoverboard for Christmas the box was a mess when he opened it the light was broken and it did not work I called immediately and was told they would send a return label so I could send it back and get a replacement. I have been calling Daily and here they are just an answering service and have no managers or anyone I or they can talk to. It is over at my moms and I still don't have the return label or have not heard back from them. I have sent many emails and call every day what can I do to get this resolved since I only hear lies from them?

Hi! What brand are these hoverboards? I can't find anything on the hoverboard. what brand of hoverboards do they sell? I have been trying to return a hoverboard for replacement since December 28th and keep getting different stories from customer services but nothing happens. Can someone help? Thanks, Ryan Hello!! Well I am quite disappointed in myself for not having read the reviews first. I ordered a hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas. It said it was new and on sale. Well I did receive it, however the foam in the box was all crushed up, plastic ripped, no instruction manual, and the hoverboard is all scuffed up. Oh and I don't have a customer service number to call just an email address!!! So does anyone have the PHONE NUMBER PLEASE by any chance??? I need to return this mess!! I just received my hover board today I believe I ordered it the 30th of Nov it arrived 1 day early. It was fully charged which I really appreciated. However it did not come with a manual. Can someone please tell me how long it takes to charge it once the battery dies? Overall even though it took a while to come I am so far very pleased with the happyness it brought my son. Are they really scammers I'm really worried about my daughters Christmas I ordered hers yesterday because I just got the money to buy her a hoverboard shes been wanting for two years now I hope I get it or she wont have Christmas.... I didn't get a manual with the hoverboard. Help needed. Has anyone actually received a refund, how long did it take and did you have to take legal action? Also, has anyone reported them to the BBB and or Attorney General? Can anyone provide me with the link to report these guys!? I am NOT giving up! This is horrible!! Do they ever send the hoverboard if yes how long?
