My son got a hoverboard for Christmas the box was a mess when he opened it the light was broken and it did not work I called immediately and was told they would send a return label so I could send it back and get a replacement. I have been calling Daily and here they are just an answering service and have no managers or anyone I or they can talk to. It is over at my moms and I still don't have the return label or have not heard back from them. I have sent many emails and call every day what can I do to get this resolved since I only hear lies from them?
