Hello!! Well I am quite disappointed in myself for not having read the reviews first. I ordered a hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas. It said it was new and on sale. Well I did receive it, however the foam in the box was all crushed up, plastic ripped, no instruction manual, and the hoverboard is all scuffed up. Oh and I don't have a customer service number to call just an email address!!! So does anyone have the PHONE NUMBER PLEASE by any chance??? I need to return this mess!!

YOU need to EMAIL them ASAP and keep EMAILING them and they may not answers the first few times then they will give you a number to call them... when you get the number call and tell them what you need help with and if you trying to get your money back tell them you will send the bored back and get your money back. IF you they will not help you or give you your money back there is a link in the reviews to a company that gets your money back and shut downs down bad websites for bad selling or scram text me if you need more help
