Has anyone actually received a refund, how long did it take and did you have to take legal action? Also, has anyone reported them to the BBB and or Attorney General?

Yes you can it a refund and it will take up to 72 hours if it is not on your card after 72 hours email them if they do not answers keep emailing them and yes people have reported them to attorney general

I have requested one as well. I will update this if or when I get one. I ordered on Dec 2 and still have nothing and it is Dec 15.
