I ordered 2 hoverboards on Cyber Monday and they were both delivered prior to Christmas, but one of them only ran for about 2 hours (with limited riding in our house only) and now it won't charge at all. Both chargers work on the other board, so it appears to be the hoverboard. I have called customer service every day for the past 3 days and always receive the same response - they want to take a message and then somone will get back to me within 24-48 hours, which hasn't happened yet. I have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and they said they are just an answering service. I would bet money that they sent me a refurbished product and I'm really afraid I'm stuck with 1 hoverboard that doesn't work. Wish I would have read the horrible reviews about this company prior to buying.
