Unfortunately, I didn't see all these reviews though a lot of them were since I ordered. On the plus side, I did receive my order and the board they send are I-Moto (they represent as manufacturers). At the same time on their confusing site I ordered a lower end board first. I immediately contacted and emailed twice... do not want the first order, ship the second one. They did. Then about a week later (I'm assuming we would call this the "inventory blow out method" they shipped the second hoverboard. Could not get anyone on phone or email. I finally shipped it back to them (cost me $19) and have sent the USPS tracking and waiting for credit. My next call will be the NY AG's office for fraud. I would suggest everyone do the same. This seems like one Asian guy with a semi professional website and he has connections to China and is doing this on a shoestring budget. Highly unprofessional and sketchy way to treat customers

I ordered THREE hoverboards from these jerks for my kids for Xmas. My daughter's stopped holding a battery charge after only a couple of days. I have emailed them multiple times, called multiple times (only to be put on hold for over 10 minutes and then disconnected - EVERY TIME). To treat customers who spend over $400 for a product (times 3 in my case) is absolutely unacceptable. I will use sites like SiteJabber in the future before buying from any vendor that is new to me.

Total waste

Never recieved my board. Charged my credit card 498.99 over a month ago. Order was cancelled and never refunded my card. Fake phone numbers. Unable to talk to anyone. They rarely respond to emails. When they do they don't follow through with the promise to refund the money. Criminals and thieves. I hope they go to prison.

I ordered 2 hooverboard 360s for my kids for Christmas. My sons works great but my daughters has not worked properly since we got it. When she steps off it shakes like crazy and flips over. I have called the company multiple times and I am on hold for 10 minutes then it disconnects. They have emailed me back but tell me I have to pay a restocking fee and it has to be in new condition. This is a manufacturer defect so I should either be sent a new board or refunded my money but I can't get through to talk to anyone! So very frustrating!

Trying to return my board since all of the issues with fire and all. They are just giving me the run around. No return calls or emails and they seem to be waiting so it will be over the 30 days. Ugggggg
WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED!
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.
Also had problems with ordering, credit card and shipping was approx 2 weeks!

Read and reread the reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered on 12/16 with 2 day shipping. It arrived on the 12/29. In my house Santa comes on the 25th... Have spent way too much time trying to contact them to return this, spoke with them a few times (guess I was the lucky one) but still can't return the darn thing... emails phone calls. At this point I am going to dispute it with my credit card company and let them deal with this. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They should be put out of business. I can't even complain at how poor their customer service is because that is the least of my concerns. Not sure how they are still in business and every day I have to listen to husband remind me he told to research the company BEFORE buying it, is another day that I HATE HOVERBOARD360.

Ordered a hoverboard on November 29th for my son for XMAS, it is now January and still haven't even got a shipping notice and nobody answers the phone. These guys are probably in the Bahamas already laughing about us all. And they are still accepting new orders!

How do I return the board when no one responds to email or phone?
IMOTO arrived not Hoverboard 360 1 day before Xmas. Ruined Christmas in our house as it went backwards and stopped working. Poor child it was his only gift :( How do you explain Santa did that? Throwing it out as it will prob catch fire. Reporting to credit card co and BBB. Furious!

I ordered three Hoverboard360 and actually received them just prior to Christmas Eve. One of the boards was not a color I ordered and within the first 30 minutes of indoor use, all three had problems. After several days of trying to contact the company, they did email a return form to me and asked I send pictures to show boards are in good condition. I emailed all of the requested information back to the company ASAP and they never responded. I email them each day, and they don't respond. Don't buy from this company!

I never write reviews but this company has been so frustrating to deal with I had too. My issue has nothing to do with the board itself bc I refuse to open the box. They missed sending it to me by Xmas as their website guaranteed which really made me angry. After placing at least a dozen or so emails and phone calls to the company over the past 10 days, I still have not connected with anyone. I wonder if anyone even works there. I would highly recommend you order a board from another company.

How do you return

I have sent all the return paperwork back to them the proper way and still no answer. I was going to send back to the consigned on the boxes of the 2 hover boards that I received. Has anyone returned them yet.? Do you know if that will work or what address to return them to.

This website is a scam from start to end! Ordered Hoverkicks for my son as X-Mas gift on 12/1/15 and did not get them via UPS until 12/29/15. They work, for now. No re-charging instructions provided. Manufacturer is in China, chinaszsh.com. 'Business' is a ghost. The listed location is fake. It is an attorney/real estate office that knows nothing of them. 'Customer service' is a New York state area coded cell phone. Probably a Walgreens special. Website is a one year purchase through Domains By Proxy, LLC. It is hosted Canada. Not recommended!

Worse than comcast

I ordered my shoes on December 6th 2015 with two day free shipping got a email on the 10th saying that shipping was backed up but I was for sure going to get my order before Christmas I have yet to hear from them it is now New Year's Day and no one will still answer the phone after calling several times and waiting on hold for about 11 and a half minutes and it will say mailbox full I've tried to email no one answers so we decided to report them to the Better Business Bureau on their response we advise you to do the same the Better Business Bureau has sent a letter to the business about the complaints. Please Do the same and report these $#*! holes i get it gets busy durin hokiday season but this is pathetic.

Another LIVID customer!
December 30, 2015

I ordered my son a Hoverboard a week and a half before Christmas. It arrived on 12/23/15, whew! Was so happy... until I opened the box as it read "Imoto" and saw that it had been shipped from Hong Kong! I tried it, and it only went backwards. Christmas Day came and my son was so happy, UNTIL HE STEPPED ON IT. It again went backwards! I even took it to my local mall to have a seasoned hoverboard salesperson step on it. It went backwards! The company only picked up the phone on 12/28/15 when I called them at exactly 9am... STILL having to wait nearly 20 minutes for someone to answer. The person who answered, "Delores", advised me to take 3 photos of the defective product and send it via email to: *******@hoverboard360.com. She said it would take 24 to 48 hrs for a reply. Its now Wednesday and NOTHING. Spent THREE HOURS trying to get through, and NO KNE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I am urging all others to beware of this company. DO NOT BUY FROM HOVERBOARD360!

This Company sucks!

Do not order from this company! Placed an order for 4 Hoverboards on 12/6/15 was told 2-3 days. Received an E-mail on 12/10/15 stating 5-7 additional days for delivery but guaranteed before Christmas. No problem I thought... Well its 12/28/15 still nothing and have heard nothing. Disputed the charge last week and have sent 3 e-mails regarding this whole mess. As for the customer service well you be the judge, try calling, no one answers and the voice mail box is full. Dead End. Send an E-mail and wait. Dead End. All I can say is this Company SUCKS!

Good luck to those who choose them and don't say you were not warned!

They advertise two day shipping, Samsung or lG batteries and quality hoverboard. My boards came and after charging it doesn't work. The company states they are out of nyc but boards come from Hong Kong. My children's Christmas was ruined and I lost 800.00. This company is a scam and I would not recommend this company to anyone. At this point I am pursuing legal help to deal with all the children that were at a lost this holiday due to their business
