I ordered 2 hooverboard 360s for my kids for Christmas. My sons works great but my daughters has not worked properly since we got it. When she steps off it shakes like crazy and flips over. I have called the company multiple times and I am on hold for 10 minutes then it disconnects. They have emailed me back but tell me I have to pay a restocking fee and it has to be in new condition. This is a manufacturer defect so I should either be sent a new board or refunded my money but I can't get through to talk to anyone! So very frustrating!
