I initially received the wrong color for two chairs, but getting two other chairs to replace them was super. They even scheduled a pick up for the wrong ones to be returned so I didn't have to lug them or find someone to bring a truck to help me. The replacement ones came earlier than expected and I love them, Well made and instructions easy. A good value for the money.

I saw this Anthropologie dupe for a fraction of the price, and thought, "I can always return it if it's awful". The chair is identical to the more expensive one (that also doesn't come in this color)! So so happy with this purchase! Shipping was very fast, also! Thank you!

We were going for a beachy look and this coffee table works perfectly! It's from reclaimed wood and has the nail holes and imperfections that give it character. The description was completely accurate. The price made this a great value. Shipment and delivery were as promised, with good communication. We're very happy with the whole experience!

Bought a full dining set from them. Everything was okay, until one, then two, then three of the chairs started to come apart. The company REFUSED to do anything about it because it was a little over a year. The 10% coupon they offered on future purchases added insult to injury.

Probably moving this year and we know where we won't be getting our new furniture.

Bought a set of swing arm lamps, one for each side of the bed in the master bedroom. They looked and worked great. Then we rearranged the furniture in the adjacent sitting room and decided we needed lighting. Bought a second set of the lamps, and not only do we have reading light in both areas now, I think the rooms are pulled together with the continuity of the matching lamps. We're pleased.

The product really was not as classy in design or as well made as expected. It arrived in good condition although I didn't check to see if the item was complete with respect to screws and other hardware. Houzz was excellent in terms of customer service, we were able to return the 4 boxes, 3 of which we had not opened, and received the refund promptly. I have no complaints at all about the shopping experience.

Bought new lighting fixtures for my living room, study, master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and two hallways. It was so much easier than traveling from store to store! When I had to return fixtures that didn't fit as I had expected, the return process was simple to follow. The only thing I wish were different is that "will call" slips would be sent for returns. Most of the things I bought are bulky and not easily carried, so getting them into my car was difficult.

I've been using Houzz for many years and have been very please up until the most recent order. The website misrepresents the actual cabinet color. It is described as black oak grain however it is actually brown. Now I'm told I will have to pay for the shipping cost ($350.00) to return an item that is incorrectly marketed on their website. Very frustrating and I will no longer be using Houzz in the future.

Love this piece. It's perfect for my aesthetic, comfortable and beautiful. It arrived on time and was super easy to assemble

I recently received the wrong chandelier from Lighting World Decorators through Houzz. It cost me $52 to return THEIR mistake. They have now said the merch was damaged and they can't refund my money.
1) it was THEIR mistake
2) I paid $52 to return it
3) I shipped it in the original packing
4) it was NOT damaged
5) they said it was and won't refund my money
6) I feel they did this so they didn't have to refund
7) DO NOT ever buy from this unethical company. The worst customer service ever. They are liars.

They have now asked for me to contact them through their help on their website since this was posted. I have done so numerous times previously.

I was shopping for an outdoor covered patio table and stumbled across this one on Houzz. Although it did not have a great many reviews, I decided to purchase it anyways, as I really was not loving anything else. The service was excellent. This table was particularly heavy but the delivery was seamless. The table itself was of excellent quality and exactly as pictured in the photos.

These chairs are small but comfortable--perfect for a small conversation corner--they flank our terrace windows and it's a great place to have coffee while soaking up the morning sun and planning my day. Delivered in a twinkling, too, and I was impressed with the careful, sturdy packaging. If you need a tiny chair--buy it!

So the original manufacturer packing was inadequate to withstand the rough handling of the package by FedEx. The power supply had separated from the main base and made the light non-functioning. It was then disposed of per Houzz's recommendation. I was then able to use the refund to purchase a new light from a new vendor and have been greatly enjoying the new light. It looks awesome. But the Houzz representative so just so great. Very helpful, and very supportive of my concerns. Worked diligently to make certain I was taken care of.

As I remodeled my master bath, I had no idea how complicated shower systems had become until I tried to find one. Terrence, a customer service rep on Build.com helped me put together a custom order with everything I wanted at a price I felt was reasonable. He patiently answered all my questions, made helpful suggestions and responded quickly to my multiple emails. Use Build.com for your shower system!

Nice purchase of a console table. Impressed that it is made in real wood, nit MDF. Search engine fairly good at filtering results. Good pricing, appreciated a coupon. Item was well packed. Good communications about update.s

I love my new chair! My order arrived on time with no damage and exactly how I expected it to come. I put it together fairly quickly and it is VERY comfortable and looks super nice in my home office! I was updated at the delivery forecast so I knew exactly when it arrived at my door!

First, there is a tremendous amount of products from which to choose, making Houzz the premier place for decor. Setting filters is easy and the colors are presented with great fidelity. I bought pillow covers, pillows, and shams and love all of them. These are high quality items!

This was not my first ordering experience with Houzz. As usual, it was easy. The items arrived well-packaged for breakable mercahndise. Love the jars. Looked just like picture!

Everything went smoothly. When I need help the assistants were great. I received all orders in stead time and am very happy with my purchases.

I had been searching to find matching drawer pulls for my bathroom vanity
In desperation I called Houzz to see if they would assist me in contacting the manufacturer and purchasing the exact same drawer pulls. They were very helpful and kept the communication going between us and were able to get them for me - thank you so much for the extra effort in making this happen!

The sink arrived as scheduled & was packaged extremely well. The installation was simple as replacing another style of pedestal for design update. It looks great in the space with the round black mirror & hardware accessories already in place. A review was submitted with photos last week. Very Pleased
