Easy, fast and I like that we have 3 days before arrival date to cancel. Im traveling with my 96 year old mother. Could we be near Sarah Popish who has already booked? If not, no problem.
I have a gift card which I was UNABLE to use while booking online. Called the 800 # and got someone with English as his second language who tried to sell me a room for MUCH more $$$. I find this to be very frustrating and annoying. No need to go through this type of procedure. Booked on my charge card and NOW STILL left with this gift card. Not Happy.

It was very easy. I like that you can input the number of people in each room when booking more than one room.
This outfit should not be allowed to be in business. My experience is like that of so many others who have reported on this site and elsewhere. A hotel reservation cancelled weeks in advance and despite a "We do not charge a change or cancel fee" no refund has come through to my bank and I can see it never will. I have managed to get through to their call centre somewhere in the world. All I'm told is the refund was processed and I should check with my bank or credit card- which I have done.

Really confusing options with no explanation. Whats the difference between breakfast buffet and free breakfast? Why do some of the cheaper ones say free parking but not others.
Just stayed in a hotel they charged me $460 but i received my invoice and the cost of the room was only $360. They took the other $100
Good that this site accepts Apple Pay. I perceive this is more secure and for sure it's better than typing my credit card number
First off, I thought I was on the hotel website booking my stay but apparently Hotelsone came in through the backdoor and took the booking. Anyway, they got my dates and amount of rooms completely wrong. When I tried to call their customer service line they ask for my phone #, itinerary #, or last 4 of the card used on the purchase for reference. They never sent me a confirmation email do I had no itinerary number. They said they did not recognize my phone # or card # in any recent booking yet they CLEARLY have my card # because they CLEARLY, immediately charged my card! I could NOT get my money back and had to call the hotel to book with them paying DOUBLE for my stay!
So much easier than in the past...great to do it on line. Thank you. We stay at the Hotel Bethlehem every year for Musik Fest, it's AWESOME.

Was directed to website while using Google search engine.
The process was clear & easy. Cancellation policy clearly stated.
Was attempting to book a different hotel in HotelsOne, however other hotel was fully booked. Was then directed to alternate choice.
Why did I get it a little cheaper through the website? Talked with desk and it was 67.00 more. Just curious.

Recommend removing this hotel from your site for travelers until they clean up their act. This appears to be a welfare hotel with skanky long term residents who smoke, leave cigarette butts everywhere and trash about. There are enough resident animals, including large dogs, for a barn. We asked for a pet-free hypoallergenic room and was told that all the rooms have had animals in them. Two unsavory characters walked through the parking lot, looking askance at my suitcase, one of whom disappeared through a hole in the fence. Security had to sit in front of the elevators in the evening. The building exterior is decrepit from many years lack of maintenance. The rooms have old furniture. Lack of attention to detail includes burned out light bulbs in the windowless basement breakfast room, with broken fridge and beverage dispensers. The elevator certificate had expired and the the elevator jolted at the top floor. We are grateful the elevator worked. The dryer was broken and the room littered and wet. The original building was well done and with renovation and remediation of the defects, this could be a much better place.
Wanted to ask questions at the lodge I was going to stay at but got a very nice and helpful all over person (covers all the hotels) and in the end was given the phone# to the hotel I was going to lodge with anyway.
Other than that is was very easy.
I think if you are going to book with that hotel in that area, you should be given the option of ringing that hotel or for general all the time questions, eg's given, enquires phone#.
But that is just my opinion :)
I thought I was booking with the hotel its self, but it was hotel one. THe hotel allows refunds 24 hours prior to arrival, hotel one does not allow ANY refunds for cancelation. I got COVID and tried to cancel but Hotel One is a rip off! Beware, always make sure you are booking from the hotel site not these no refund jerks
We love being right on the beach. Easy access for food and things to do. With the price it can't be beat.

It was pretty easy. I sometimes get frustrated with other sites because they click this then that and doesn't even have anything to do with booking a room.
Very confusing. When you go to pay for reservation it shows two different type rooms. I am taking it that the "congratulations" over the one I choose is the one I'm getting. And the price shows an extra person charge when there is not. Perhaps that's just in case but its not my case...
I thought I booked directly through the Hotels website. It appears that hotelsone, through clever manipulation of the google search, guides you to a their booking site(which is very simular to the hotels website) by using the hotels name and adding. Hotelsone to the site. Quite imaginative on their part. When we arrived at the hotel the room we got was not what was booked. It was however satisfactory and the hotel staff was great. The hotel contacted hotelsone and advised them that they would discount the room for us. I spoke with the hotelsone representative and it was confirmed that they would refund us the discount. Has not yet happened and I am not expecting that it will.
The experience makes me feel like hotelsone is nothing more than a SCAM dreamed up by somebody living in their moms basement.
I really appreciate y'all making it so easy to check in to your Hotel. We're looking forward to having a room for our trip. THANKS AGAIN!

Je devais donne le code B******* pour avoir ce tarif et votre personne aqui m'as réponds quer le coide doit etre mis sure le site web. Donc j'en conclkus que je le dérangait. Sur votre site je n'ai pas vue d'endroit pour mettre ce code et j'ai ete facturé le plein prix a $162.85 avec taxes.

I wish I could give them a 0. Please be aware when booking any travel through them, I believed I was booking a hotel through the actual hotel website, but it was actually them. I booked it and needed to cancel immediately, and called to cancel and ask for a refund within 10 mins of booking. I was unable to ammend the booking or get a refund, I could only cancel the hotel and be charged the full amount anyway. The customer service line told me the "property" opted not to give a refund even though it was well before 72 hours of my stay and the hotel itself stated that they can offer refunds within 24 hours of the stay. I was kept on hold for an hour and then read the non-refundable policy.
BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO BOOK THROUGH ANY WEBSITE AFFILIATED WITH THIS COMPANY.
I will tell everyone I know to be careful of booking through them and warn them away from this company.
