I booked 2 hotel rooms with Hotelsone. The full amount was immediately extracted out of my account within 2 minutes, before I even received an email confirmation. I decided I needed to cancel both reservations after about 30 mins after I made them. Still hadn't gotten an email confirmation. The first number I called on Hotelsone website indicated it was for only new reservations only. And for cancellations to cancel from the email with the confirmation number. Since I had no email confirmations, I found a number under My Booking from their website. Called the number which answers with automated voice "Hello Hotelsone", then a real person. After speaking and holding for 20 mins trying to cancel reserv's, I'm told they're with Expedia, and I needed to call Customer Support for Hotelsone. So she gave me another number to call. "Hello Hotelsone"! Spoke to another representative for 30 mins who actually tried to cancel for me, but realized he couldn't because he worked for Expedia, and gave me another number to call. Again, "Hello Hotelsone" spoke to another representative who actually was able to cancel my reservations but was told they weren't from Hotelsone, but Eurobookings.com. WTF! After a total of 2hrs of trying to fix this, not one of them could tell me why all those phone numbers answer with Hotelsone, when they all worked for another company. I found out later that they are affiliates, other affiliates, from affiliates, of affiliates, and on and on. Nowhere in Hotelsone Privacy Policy, Security, About Us, Company History, does it state that my reservations would be made through a company called Eurobookings. I CALL THIS A TOTAL SCAM.
MY ONLY RECCOMMENDATION IS MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE ACTUAL HOTEL WEBSITES. Never again will I ever use a sponsored company that is not the actual one.
