On July 21, after suffering through a horrendous experience at Detroit metropolitan airport with the delays and cancellations, I needed to stay in the Detroit area because I could not get out. All hotels around the airport were booked so I booked the Kingsley Inn in Bloomfield Hills Michigan with you. I was charged at least TWICE the going rate. I feel that I am due a refund on half of the amount that I paid because I paid for the cancellation insurance.
She was caring, thorough, and listened to me. Thank you is not enough for her. She deserves a raise!
Extremely helpful! Helped locate alternative hotels
We were traveling when I called and had trouble hearing him but he was very patient and helpful.
The agent was polite, helpful, and professional. She expedited the reservation and verified all details.

Raul had good telephone etiquette. And he did A good job. The only thing was in the occupancy it says zero children and we have children in both rooms.

I was not given a copy of the insurance cancellation policy because if I read it, I'd never would've signed up for it. I feel like I was misled, and lied to. I asked her about cancellation and she said I could cancel at any time prior to the trip, she did not tell me that I had to have a disaster happen in my family or a medical emergency. I also asked her if I could get a better price online and of course she said no, which was not the case. I'm trying to get refunded because I have some medical expenses that are not covered by insurance therefore I cannot take this trip at this time. I need to be reimbursed fully. I am going to small claims court and the better business bureau. I am also sending letters to Hilton corporation about your unethical business practices. I'm goal is that they do not allow you to handle any of their bookings unless you give me back all of my money

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
