I was not given a copy of the insurance cancellation policy because if I read it, I'd never would've signed up for it. I feel like I was misled, and lied to. I asked her about cancellation and she said I could cancel at any time prior to the trip, she did not tell me that I had to have a disaster happen in my family or a medical emergency. I also asked her if I could get a better price online and of course she said no, which was not the case. I'm trying to get refunded because I have some medical expenses that are not covered by insurance therefore I cannot take this trip at this time. I need to be reimbursed fully. I am going to small claims court and the better business bureau. I am also sending letters to Hilton corporation about your unethical business practices. I'm goal is that they do not allow you to handle any of their bookings unless you give me back all of my money

My experience with Edgar was a very pleasant one. He answered my questions and helped me reserve a room. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
She asked the right question to narrow down our destination. She was very patient with my concerns with the amenities, cost and good reviews about the hotel.

When I called i spoke with Christy Jane she was very helpful. She looked up the hotel/motels in a limited budget which was awesome she was easy to talk to she understood what I was looking for and explained the prices for the hotels I appreciate everything she did I recommend her her patience was everything thank you Christy.

I needed help with my reservation. Whoever i was talking too said his name was Johnny Bravo. He could not help me in no way because I didnt have a confirmation code. I told him I lost my email so there was nothing he could do to help me. He was very rude about it.
America assisted me by booking a room at The Holiday Inn Express in Watertown, SD. She was efficient, diligent, patient, and delightful. She made sure that she found the best available rate for the reservation. I appreciated her willingness to help and her pleasant demeanour.
