We called your hotel. It was full. Alfredo listened & heard I have a cancer patient. Bella just won a battle with a deadly disease. It cost us an RV. That's okay. She came out of it diagnosed with cancer. Our home is set on 66 degrees to accommodate Bella. We literally freeze. But Bella is worth it. This storm was too hot for Bella. Alfredo offered & secured for us the last hotel in Belton. I was crying & I told Alfredo I had to clear it with "THE GROUCH", who was sitting outside in the air conditioned car. Alfredo said, "Let me talk to your husband". He got him to say okay for the reservation.

My family and I were in a panic and could not find a hotel room online and it was 10:00pm on a Friday night. Gisell was so patient and was very sympathetic about our situation having kids of her own. Being a Friday night of a holiday weekend, everything seemed to be sold out. That didn't stop Gisell. She kept looking and finally found us a hotel! It wasn't a nice hotel but we were desperate and it was a place to sleep for me and my kids. Thank you Gisell!
Hugo was rushing through. He refuse to help me get my rewards # and then he hung up on me. Now he is sending text, saying as we discussed. That never happened and I felt hurt as a customer. Not happy

Experience on the phone with representatives was amazing but room was just ok - there were no trash cans, towels and bed linen are stained and worn need to be replaced, TV was analog no cable channels. Linen closet was dirty iron and ironing board pad were just ridiculous nasty and usable. The good things are There were a small microwave and refrigerator.
He tried very hard to answer my questions. When he could not, he attempted to contact the hotel directly but after a long less than ideal hold time ( no fault of the agent) he returned suggesting I leave my number for a hotel representative to contact me. I hope the latter takes place and my inquiry was not in vain. Anyway the agent was very nice and polite.
Brandon did a great job. He was very courteous and found us exactly what we needed.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
