I am completely dissatisfied. I am mad, it was in a bad location, no where to park. You charged me 252... dollars and I finally got back 153. I want my full payment refunded. It was in the worse area you can find
Feared for my family well being. Cancelled within the fist 5 minutes.
I tried reaching the actual hotel property and was disconnected three times. So I called the reservation line and was so thankful to find a friendly and helpful human on the other line. Lekeisha was prompt and organized and we had some laughs as well. Fantastic customer service! Zero issues on my end.

Very nice and pleasant but the hotel didn't allow early check in so I went elsewhere.
Zero experience should be shut down. I tried to get the help I needed but all they care about is the money I had a disabled child and they didn't care about space just money and decline us because of lack of service crazy
She's was absolutely terrific and so patient with our troubles. We are from another state and having card problems.
My brother was discharged unexpectedly from the hospital he had no place to stay I called to try to book him a room until I could get up there in three days. Unfortunately your reservation does not take payment over the phone they said I had to be there. But the gentleman I spoke to was kind enough to give me the phone number to the front desk of the hotel so I could call and explain what was going on and see if I could possibly get my brother around booked for three days till I could get there so he does not have to sleep in the woods
Awesome! Had trouble entering my card and Rachel was able to offer an alternative method of entering my card number. She was so pleasant!
James was extremely friendly and kind which is hard to find these days in the service/hospitality industry! He solved my problem in 10 minutes after trying to do it online for daaaays!

I called to check rates on a room, she was rude from word one. She clearly didn't want to be there. I work at a hotel in New Hampshire as well and I would have been fired on the spot if my manager or owner heard me speak to a guest or potential guest the way she spoke to me. I was so excited to book a stay there, but her hanging up on me when I was in the middle of a sentence is the epitome of terrible customer service. I'll just book at the regal where I have been treated with respect in the past.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
