Ordered a dress 11/30/2020. Paid $32 for expedited shipping. As of Dec 3,2020 we still didn't even have confirmation of shipping so we cancelled the order and requested a refund. Hebeos refused and said the dress had been shipped but wouldn't provide the tracking number. They finally provided the shipping info and it shows that it was shipped 12/7/2020... four days after we requested refund. They are now telling me to wait to receive the dress before returning it and requesting a refund. They intend to charge me a 30% restocking fee and return shipping will be on me. Oh I also lose the $32 fee we pid to have expedited shipping. Their customer service is awful and only communicate via email. No phone number to call and speak to a person. BUYER BEWARE! I have reported them to PayPal and the FTC.
LAST TIME I BUY IN HEBEOS!
After trying the dress for my daughters wedding I didn't like the color and how the chest looked like, and I wanted to return it. IMPOSIBLE! Within the day it got it to my house I sent the email requesting the return option for standard sizes that they offer. It was not possible! I even sent pictures of myself with the dress because they requested it.
Here the three emails they sent:
"Please make pictures to show us the problem exactly. We need to make records. After confirmation in 6-24 hours.we will resolve the matter for you ASAP. Your cooperation would be much appreciated.- Mark"

Of course I said I do mind sending it to the tailor because I don't like the color and I said it in the very first email requesting the return.
Here the third email from them after I said I still want to return it:

After this email I told them I was going to call my credit card to cancel the transaction, that they had a horrible costumer service, that none of the bridesmaids of my daughter were going to buy from that website. They answered me the same exact previous email but signed -Mark

Last time buying in HEBEOS I feel extremely powerless. I am so mad I send pictures of myself with the dress on.
Although this was a pretty dress it was not at all the dress I ordered. If you don't care about specifics, then this will work for you. I have been talking back and forth with them for days and they asked for pictures of the dress to make sure that they sent me a different dress than the one pictured. No progress at all in getting a return started even though I have done everything they asked. It fit well, was a pretty color, but a totally different color and the flowers were completely different than the ones on the one in the picture different shape and pattern.
I am so disgusted with this company. The dress I got was a cheap knock off of the one I ordered and when I requested a return I got too bad so sad, not our problem. Even though they guarantee the quality of their products in their website. This is a scam that gets you to pay good money for cheap dresses that are in reality worth 1/4 of what they are selling them for.
Don't expect to get anything but a cheap looking dress in the wrong color and horrible customer service. They will not own up to or even make it easy to fix a mistake they made. They finally offered to make it right by refund the dress 100% if I would pay shipping then retracted the offer completely with the individual responding to my email saying they are new to the company. It will look different from the photo on their site. I emailed 3 times over several weeks and I was okay with each dress they showed me. 2) Be very specific in your order about what you want. Every photo they sent of my dress was slightly different, so I specified exactly what I wanted. They did a decent job of following my instructions. I'm very picky, but I was satisfied with what I got. 3) Order early. It took about 1 month for me to get my item after I ordered. Overall, I love my dress and I am SO happy to not have paid thousands of dollars for it!

The wedding dress arrived looking completely different from the website photo. The bag arrived already torn open with a large hole in the bag. The dress is at least 25 inches longer than specified in my custom measurements order. The dress was much too wide and large and looked/felt like extremely cheap quality. The dress smelled extremely bad with a strong stench of chemicals and gasoline that made the entire apartment reek.
Hebeos denied my multiple requests for a refund, in which I included photos and descriptions of the issues. I tried to escalate to PayPal which wouldn't help me. After wasting weeks asking both PayPal and Hebeos for a refund, Paypal said they would refund me only if I covered my own return shipping back to China which would cost much more than the $206 dress, so I gave up. Hebeos scammed me out of $206. Their written website policy said to purchase risk free as they accept refunds within a certain time frame, but they immediately denied my valid request within the stated time frame with an automated response.
Absolute con! They sent the wrong colour dress after months of waiting rubbish material etc, arrived all screwed up, there customer service are very childish & rude I eventually got my refund, they have taken it again even eventually admitting they were at fault, we were under the impression it was America we were dealing with no it was China! Still fighting to get my money back! Arrived in a ball all screwed up absolute con should not be allowed to be in business!

I placed an order the beginning of July 2020. I received an email the shipment was sent. When i reached out to Hebeos, i was told to contact DHL. DHL told me to contact USPS. I had to put in a claim with USPS. Hebeos does not want to hear anything. USPS there is no way the item was shipped on 7/17 and made it through customs by 7/18. I am now waiting for my claim to go through on my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I'm trying to return a wedding dress that I can't try on because it won't get past my hips. I sent in a request for return procedures and was asked to send a picture of the dress. Nothing wrong with the dress, I can't get in the dress. I had no alterations done by your company. I just need a larger size. What's the big deal?
My dress arrived the wrong colour, very poorly tailored and too short! The fabric was not the same as in the advertisement. I believe they make cheap rip-off copies of other designers' dresses. When I expressed my unhappiness, they refused to accept a return or offer a refund. Stay far away from this company!
I tried returning a dress and despite saying that they accept returns on items besides custom orders and perishables (which this was neither) they said I could not return. They didn't even give an explanation why. Also, the dresses are poorly packaged.
