If you are legit, what is your business phone number?

They don't have a business phone number. They don't send your dress on time either. I've been waiting on mine since Feb. 24th and today is March 28th 2018. Don't order from them.

Do not buy anything from these rip off merchants! Poor quality dresses! They wont give you a refund if youre not happy!

Any positive review for this company is a fake-they are stock comments that if you read carefully are repeated. Hebeos is a fraudulent company with absurd-boardering on illegal business practices

My friend ordered a prom dress and even payed rush fee to have it here on time. Dress arrived 2 days after prom and they refuse to issue a refund. All they offered was $20 and to keep the dress. Wow thanks, not. Absolutely horrible company. I reported them to the FTC. Read their reviews on other sites such as trust pilot and you will see what kind of company they are. If you're ordering a dress for a special moment such as prom or a wedding order from within the United States. Hebeos is in the UK and no way to contact them other than email. Horrible company. Don't buy from them. Also the reviews on their site are useless. I posted a bad review and they wouldn't post it. Legit my a$$. More like legit bullsh! T.

We ordered a dress that is supposed to be embellished with sequins. When it arrived there were no sequins. It was covered in gem stones. Still trying to get a refund.

If you feel ripped off and paid by credit card, please call your bank and ask for a chargeback. That is the only way to deal with this merchant. Have all your correspondence as proof you tried to rectify the situation. Good luck.

Dresses are not the same as pictured and you will not be able to return! I wasted over $250; please do not order from them.

This is just the beginning of the problems. The dress arrived balled up and shoved into a FedEx bag. The dress was not what was advertised on the company website. When we requested the refund within 7 days of arrival they said it looked fine.

I have a london address and contact number. Rang yesterday, goes to voicemail, message left, no reply. These people are now trading under She dress uk. Silly buggers changed name, but my negative comments still on their, from last week.
If you check joy betty, they too have the same dresses.

I just recieved my daughter's dress for her senior prom. WHAT A JOKE. The dress is NOTHING like described, the quality is sub par, it in general doesnt fit. The split in the skirt is so high, if she wore it it would show her vagina. I am so mad. They told me they see no reason for a return. Buyer beware... NEVER EVER BUY FROM HEBEOS.

I ordered a dress for my daughter (see the picture with the large beautiful train), and after purchasing the dress, I reached out to the company to ask if the dress material was velvet or not so my daughter could tell her prom mate what material he need to match her dress. Well, the customer service rep sent me pictures (via the hebeos websites live chat)of the the front and back of a dress that looks nothing like what I ordered (see the other two attachments).

I immediately asked for a refund! I am waiting for them to respond to my email. I may have to wait until the dress actually comes before I can get a resolve. Hopefully... the good thing is I made the purchase through paypal which will return the money if you prove your case of being a victim of fraud or bad business. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I am going to warn everyone, everywhere that I can. This is sickening

Site is legit. We received our dress about 2 weeks after ordering. Dress is not what we wanted and they will not refund. We are stuck with a poor quality dress that will be $200 wasted

Do not buy anything from HEBOS. They misrepresent their products.
