I ordered a dress for my daughter (see the picture with the large beautiful train), and after purchasing the dress, I reached out to the company to ask if the dress material was velvet or not so my daughter could tell her prom mate what material he need to match her dress. Well, the customer service rep sent me pictures (via the hebeos websites live chat)of the the front and back of a dress that looks nothing like what I ordered (see the other two attachments).
I immediately asked for a refund! I am waiting for them to respond to my email. I may have to wait until the dress actually comes before I can get a resolve. Hopefully... the good thing is I made the purchase through paypal which will return the money if you prove your case of being a victim of fraud or bad business. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I am going to warn everyone, everywhere that I can. This is sickening
