Tons of reviewers warn about falling for the low prices and being disappointed in their order. The negative reviews made me nervous to buy my wedding dress. HOWEVER, I had a great experience and I have some tips to make sure you do too. 1) Email customer service asking for a photo of the actual item you want to buy. It will look different from the photo on their site. I emailed 3 times over several weeks and I was okay with each dress they showed me. 2) Be very specific in your order about what you want. Every photo they sent of my dress was slightly different, so I specified exactly what I wanted. They did a decent job of following my instructions. I'm very picky, but I was satisfied with what I got. 3) Order early. It took about 1 month for me to get my item after I ordered. Overall, I love my dress and I am SO happy to not have paid thousands of dollars for it!
