Then I ordered a suit that was supposed to fit and the inseam wasnt hemmed. I had to do it.

I ordered 2 microfiber Queen size bedspreads in the color taupe. What I RECIEVED is Very Very thin 100% polyester
Cream color not taupe. I will never order from Haband again. $9.99 to exchange the bedspreads with no guarantee I will get the correct order. I will donate these items. When I called customer service you can't understand their attempts to speak English.
I have ordered from Haband twice. The first time, they were very, very slow and tried to force me to buy extra things that I didn't want with extra charges. But the item I ordered was OK, so I ordered from them again. This time, the product was way too small, even though I ordered a size larger than I usually wear, and I'm a very small person. I sent it back immediately and asked them to ship me the next size up. The item arrived back with them a month ago, according to USPS tracking, and they have charged me an extra $8 with no explanation, but I have still not received the item! BUYER BEWARE! This company uses questionable business practices and uses every trick to charge you more than your order shows!
My mother ordered a pair of shoes, order came no shoes because was out of stock, the refund for the item was less than the cost of the item by over 6 dollars. After long discussion with their CS rep, they refuse to refund her the proper amount. Her last order was her last order with this company.
We had ordered 4 items from them, got a email saying it was in the process of putting it 2gerther. We were waiting & waiting for our order, so finally we called 2day & all items were in back order. Then never call, emailed, or anything now we won't get our items until next year. We didn't cancel r order because they promised us free gifts.
I've made 5 separate purchases from Haband. During this pandemic, I happen to be making as many purchases as possible. I am also "of a certain age" and wear some of the style sold by Haband. So, of the 5 purchases thaty included one or more items, three purchases were botched. Either they sent the wrong size, the item was defective, or was poorly constructed. After reading some of the reviews (after I experienced the problem), I was afraid to send the stuff BACK for a refund or replacement. There were so many reported counts where the buyer either did not get a replacement or they were charged the $9.99 return shipping fee. I should have stopped buying from they after the 1st snafu... my own fault. Maybe ai can prevent new buyers from making the same mistake. I am out $9.99 return shipping for returning a jacket that arrived with a busted zipper. I am out another $9.99 because I had to return a shirt that was sent in the wrong color
I returned a item for a refund because the crew neck shirt didn't fit and it cost me almost the full price I payed for the shirt, the shirt cost me 21.99 all together with shipping and I only got a 5 refund.
I ordered 4 pants, 6 shirts and few other items. Returned 4 pants, 3 shirts and 1 other item wanted to exchange clothing. Got 3 pants back and $12 refund the other item was $14.95 and website said I got everything. Fight begins
The quality seem to have went down. Ordered some fleece jackets and one has the zipper on the right which is what I like and the other the zipper is on the left which I don't like. I have had this happen in the past so I probably won't be ordering any thing else.
I did order two things yesterday and I have two questions, so I called customer service waiting for 15 minutes Finally, I have someone I can talk with, and here I am disappointed I can't understand him because he don't speak English, next disappointment. Haband is not my style but I do get lots of my fathers clothing through them. He enjoys the cut and style of their pants and zippered up shirts. All of the clothing hold up well and no ironing required on many clothes items. No ordering or shipping issues at all
I called immediately, I didn't get one item I paid for, I got something I didn't order The person on the phone was not very helpful.
I returned 2 items, I changed my mind, and one the item I didn't order, with a letter on 6/16/2018. Still no response on 7/20/2018. I disputed the amount of refund due on my credit card.
I ordered from this company for the first time. I ordered a blouse in the color white. I was sent the blouse in the color black. The packing slip states white. In order to exchange or return the blouse, I would have to pay $9.99. I did not make the mistake of sending the wrong color item, I should not have to pay to exchange the item. Customer service was no help, they just repeated that I could use the return label to exchange or return the item and pay $9.99.
I order a robe for my husband for Christmas for months I kept getting cards apologizing for delay. Today I got a letter from the Man and stating my payment through PayPal was declined and to call them to correct it. So I called right away and customer service agent told me he was sorry but they got the order in and I didn't contact them soon enough so my order was canceled and now they don't have any more in stock and I can't place another order because they don't know when they will get anymore in stock! Are you kidding me I have been waiting for months and they cancel my order before I get letter in the mail! Worst customer service ever! Don't buy from them!
I ordered a pair of men's boots, size 10D. 10D has always been my size and I never had a problem with fit. Haband's boots were much smaller. No problem. I sent them back. However, it cost me shipping both ways. Out about $22. Half the cost of the boots.
Cannot reach any management personnel to help solve the issue. My 94 year old dad has been ordering from Haband for 30 years. Last order turned out to be Nightmare for him. He Wrote on the order form the wrong item number. The description info And the price he provided didn't match the item number. They shipped the item solely using the item number. Because of this, they want him to return the item. But he is home bound and no other person can go to the post office due to COVID 19. Haband insists he pay $12. Stay away from this company especially since the company has filed for chapter 11 in order to wipe out their debt. The company is Bluestem.
On 2/12/21 i ordered 7 items. 2 weeks no items. Call Haband, 1 of the items not available ok, send 6 items. 2 more weeks no items. Call to cancel they give me the run around can, t cancel "order is already shipped"they said i would first recieve an e-mail telling me my order has shipped. They did, nt. NEVER AGAIN
I've bought hundreds of dollars worth of stuff from these guys, so you'd think when I DO return something, they would refund me without argument. Maybe that is naive. My last two returns, from big orders, I have NOT gotten my full refund. Just now I see that I returned SIX tops and am entitled to, including the $9.99 return charge, $114.39. I just got an email that states I'm getting a refund - hopefully! - for THREE tops. And, NONE of my orders are under my account anymore! I can't refer to them. I log in and it states: You have no orders. What?! I have years and years of orders. Well, they no longer exist according to Haband.com. This email? No Order number. Just: We received your return of THREE tops. BS. It was SIX tops, unworn. Not Final Sale. Just shirts. Last return for around $100 they gave me a store credit of $25. Nothing else! I didn't have the time or energy to pursue it. But, I shouldn't have to! I'm middle-aged and like their forgiving styles - there's a backhanded compliment! - but they've made me pretty frickin' mad. They've convinced me to save my money.
Polite customer service. Women's knit shorts decent quality, but I will shop in person at Walmart or Target to try on. I wear mostly XL but these were HUGE in the waist, inseam. I made the order in August and it was backordered till end of September. Smaller sizes are now backordered till end of October. Not trusting that information. I am not in serious need of these clothes, so lesson learned.
P.S. My housemate LOVES Haband.
I placed a order with them on may 4th, was told it would take about 3-4 buisness days for my order to ship, well today is may 18th. And I still have not received my order or any shipping info. I have called them several times and have gotten a different story every time I called. I will never do buisness with them again, terrible customer service.
