I purchased slip-on shoes. I am old guy with diabetes who can't wear tie shoes due to high instep cutting off circulation. The shoes were tighter than tie shoes. Also for the SECOND time they shipped the wrong color product. I have to pay $10. Return shipping. I lost a lot of weight and need new clothes but it won't be from Haband!
I ordered a pair of boots. I never got an email confirmation or anything.
They charged my card though. When I wrote to customer service they had no record of me ordering anything.
I told them I wanted to cancel the order because I needed it in a time frame. Plus they didn't even have my order.
They asked me to prove they charged me to mail them my entire statement in the mail. They must be crazy I'm not ok with that. You should never have to send your bank statement to an e-commerce site. That is not right. Not sure what kind of company this is.
I just disputed filed a dispute on my card for the charge.
The management are morons and incompetent. Only the order site answers a phone,,, computer push #s for regular cust. Ser. So irritating. Like many cheap USA companies, calls are sent to the Philippines... nice people but so underpaid... no authority on returns. Haband sends the wrong size but cust. Must make the return as if you are trying to steal from idiotic Haband. Some goods are decent quality but others paper thin... prices are high for a mail order shop... the less cost of retail is not passed on to consumers. In general, stay clear of these jokers. JC Penny is 10X better and respectful to customers.
I ordered the clothing last month and just today got a message they were processing my order. $#*!, I could have drove to California back to Missouri then returned the product and back home before they processed my order. I DO NOT recommend these slow people! Here I come Sears, Macy's and Walmart for the one- day service.
This company is horrible. They have NO customer service- absolutely NONE. The supervisors and managers have NO empowerment and just jerk you around! A huge waste of time. Spend your money and your time elsewhere.
I thought I would try one more time and ordered a pair of moccasins 2 sizes too large and EEE wide but they are too short even 2 sizes larger. This happens with almost everything I have ordered from Hayband. I am done and will never order anything again
I ordered two pairs of jeans and two pairs of jean shorts and a pair of summer shoes. Every item but the one pair of jeans was not shipped so I emailed them as mentioned I could do to inquire. I got back my email telling me I should call instead. I could not get through by calling so I emailed again and again got notification that I should call instead. I was so angry I told them if they do not answer my question to expect a lawsuit! I received a reply that my jeans will be shipped and date of their arrival. However, the arrival date keeps changing. I now have two notifications one saying will arrive today and so far nothing has arrived, and another one next Thursday. If they arrive next week it will be a good two weeks later than the original items! Now I fear I won't get those jeans and will be charged. I will never do business with Haband again!
My order never came, they created shipping label and never mailed out, but charged my bank before I went to post office and my friend that works there helped me look it up, I was told by haband my order was out on delivery, never came and then was told by post office never shipped it, called haband again and was told it's out for delivery, told girl no it's not you never even shipped it, asked for refund said I would have refund in a week, refund never came, call again girl says I will get refund, refund was put in before but was cancelled she says, assures me to wait a week and will have refund now, sure we will see? So waiting another week now, don't buy from this compare unless you want to go thru this,
I ordered women's pants in October 2022. It took about 2 months to get them. When they arrive, they're the wrong size. I sent them back to get the right size. It took them another month to tell me they didn't have the size I wanted. I wanted a refund. I'm still waiting on the refund as of January 21,2023. I keep calling them about this. They keep telling me they have to escalate the issue. I am fed up with them!
I waited a month for my order to arrive and called to see the status and was told I had back order so they were waiting on that to come in September to ship my whole order. I ended up canceling back order items to get the rest of my clothes shipped within the 7-14 days they say. Only to wait another month… customer service does nothing to make it right.
I waited for forever only to be greeted by an incompetent non-English speaking employee presumably in a boiler room somewhere else. I spoke to the person who took info in my native tongue at slower than a snails pace for more than fifteen minutes and then he asked me, "Are you calling about a HABAND promotion?" Are you kidding me? I politely told him the call was over. This happened about 3 minutes ago at 12:42pm EDT. I'm very sad that I can't purchase the clothes I wanted for the unusually reasonable price and savings but the cost cutting on the phone reps did HABAND in today.
I have purchased clothing from Haband. They used to be worth the price (affordability). The 'Hidden Elastic' jeans are noticeably thinner material & the hidden elastic does not work well. The 'snap-tastic' flannel shirts 'unsnap' during wear. Secondly, unlike almost all other online sellers these days, Haband makes you pay for returns regardless of whose at fault. Plus, they don't answer emails ever, forcing you to call "customer service" and speak to a person in another country who usually reads answers off a cheat sheet. (Robots). *Also, Sitejabber wouldn't let me download images.
I ordered 3 shirts several years ago for my husband. They fit perfectly and he loved them. So I ordered 3 more when he needed more. All of them were supposed to be large. When I received them, 2 shirts were L and 1 was XL and not even the color I had ordered. I called customer service and the lady said to mail it back at my expense and they would take care of it. Well, I sent it back and for their mistake, the return cost me almost as much as the shirt did. Plus, the one they sent me was not the color I asked for. I now put their catalogues in the trash as soon as they come in the mail. GOOD BYE, haband! Customer service is lousey.
I purchased a pair of Duck shoes from Haband last year but didn't start wearing them till a few months age. The elastic that keeps the shoe on started ripping by the second month I wore them. Haband said they have a 90 day warranty so I guess I can just stick these shoes up my@!. I was not going to even write this review till I saw that out of 91 reviews they pretty much suck. If you buy from them, don't expect much warranty or help!
I ordered 2 sweaters for my mom for Mother's Day. After a month and 3 phone calls, they still haven't shipped and Haband won't let me cancel the order. At least I paid through PayPal and haven't been charged, but they told me that when they do ship, it will be my 96 year old mother's job to return them for a refund (I got her something else for Mother's Day). Don't order from these people!
I am giving a 1 star as the clothes look decent. I ordered 3 sweat shirt in October 2021. They mailed me 2 of them in October and one did not come until end of November. I tried the first two, they are M size and I am 5' 9" tall. Hands are so long they are covering my fingers. I waited till I received the third item to mail them back together to save one return fee of $9.99. I spoke to Ms. Lee who took the call first and Ms. Karen the supervisor. According both of them my first packet received date has passed 90 days and I must have send it in 2 return packages. I requested them to consider last package delivery date as the date of sale. They were not able to do it. I must have checked their rating of 1.5 stars before purchase
I have purchased many items over the years. I like many of their products, but their customer service is missing a lot. No upbeat or positive thinkers willing to to provide real service. It makes them mediocre. I ordered some New Balance shoes and they looked nothing like what I ordered. I didn't really want a return or refund. I wanted what I had ordered. No offers to try and resolve the issue.
I purchased a couple sherpa lined jackets and love them. The flannel type need serious reinforcement in front pockets. Men carry stuff in their pockets and some heavier stitching to reinforce the pockets would make these jackets great!
Overall, I think Haband needs a better quality control service and much more supportive customer service departments.

In today's competitive environment it's surprising that such a dishonest retailer could continue. Someone filling orders there does not know how to read sizes of trousers or shoes. Not even close to what was ordered. Then you are expected to pay $10.00 to send back for replacement or refund. Low prices do not offset bad service or policies. Don't be a sucker like me.
First, they tell you that with any order, you'll get some 'free high quality merchandise'. If they actually send you the 'free merchandise', it's not high quality. Generally some cheap piece of garbage made-in-China. Binoculars had cheap plastic lenses and arrived scratched. The watch didn't even work.
One pair of pants was missing from the order. It has never been replaced.
They send out your billing statement one week before it's due, so you're inevitably late and they then charge you a 'late fee' of over 20%.
You cannot pay online or over the phone so you have to mail it in, thereby guaranteeing you're late.
Customer service is located in the Philippines and the operators do not speak or understand English very well.
This company is disreputable.

I totally believe this "so called business" is a scam. I am ready to get my bank's loss prevention involved, so that I can get a total refund back. Anyone looking into purchasing from this site, DON'T DO IT! By the way, you can't submit a review until you click on at least one star rating. Unreal!
