I purchased a pair of house shoes but didn't wear them for a month or so. The second time I wore them they fell apart. I contacted Haband twice and they ignored me. Now they won't do a return since it is past 90 days. Half of that time was waiting on them. Convenient huh? I gave them a rating of 1 because I couldn't go negative 10

This company is a joke, they will rip you off anyway they can. Ordered 4 pairs of jeans only 3 showed up with a note inside saying 1 pair was on back order. The note stated the even though the statement attached says all 4 pairs were shipped with this order that I would be receiving the 4th pair at a later date. I tried on a pair of the jeans size 36 and they were way to big. I called customer service to see if I could exchange them for a size 34. I was told that the price ended in.97 so I could not return or exchange them for a smaller size. So I told her I wanted to cancel the 4th pair of jeans and she told my that the order for all 4 pairs was shipped in the same package. I tried to explain that I only received 3 pair and a note explaining the 4th pair not being shipped at this time and that I will receive them at a later date. All she wanted to do was argue about the paperwork they sent in the package. I am warning everyone ahead of time that the sizes run bigger and almost all items end in.97 and you cannot exchange or return them.

I ordered two shirts in large. They were as big as houses so I re-ordered in medium and returned the larges for a refund. Instead of giving me a refund, they exchanged them for mediums, which I no longer needed. They refused to credit my account for the returned shirts. In addition, there is a $10 fee every time you send something back. In the end, I lost a lot of money and a lot of time shouting at unresponsive, foreign-sounding customer service agents. Never again!

In the very beginning of April I placed an order for two pair pants. Was giving a shipping time of between five and eight days. Called on the tenth day and was told by a recorded message the order had been canceled. Look them up online and called again and saw they still had pants listed as in stock. After two attempts to speak to someone with a thirty-five minute wait the first time in a twenty minute wait a second time I finally talked to a customer service person. I was told that they are moving their location and it will be 10 to 14 days. This would make it twenty-five days from the date I placed the order. I was also told that they only have one pair of pants. The customer service person was nice and friendly but had absolutely no good news for me always had to keep checking every time I ask a question. The third and list something for sale they should have added this point they did have two men stock cording to their website but I was told there was only one.

VIP PLUS is a scam!

This company is good at deceiving its customers by inviting them to become a "member" of the VIP PLUS program to get an additional discount. I ordered once from them. The product's were OK, but cheap (as was the price) Then they starting charging my credit card $14.97 per month. It is almost impossible to cancel this, and their customer service reps are somewhere in Asia. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them. STAY AWAY from this SCAM company!

Slippers from hell
October 19, 2020

I bought 2 prs of slippers. They were too big. I mean 3 times bigger than i needed. So i copied the label and sent it back... they are charging me 9.99 for the label. No piece of paper costs that much. Then sent me a letter telling me returns are 9.99. I had no idea. So now I am stuck.

After multiple calls and emails. JC called me back and placed a new order with the original discount codes that were available when I placed the lost orders. I appreciate the response, even though it took several calls, emails and waiting two days.

Bought a leather jacket for my mother for Christmas. Bought XL but it wouldn't even fit a Medium! WAY too small! And the stench! Mold/Mildew smell just wouldn't go away! I was so glad to get this out of my house! Now I'll get charged to return the item and probably have to wait weeks for them to return my money. This company sells cheap GARBAGE!

I placed an order 4 weeks ago for my Uncle who recently was admitted to a long term care facility. I called a week ago and told the representative I will cancel my order if I can't get the merchandise soon as his Physical Therapist requested I get him elastic waisted pants to aid him in dressing himself and she told me my order was being picked up by UPS for delivery in a day or two. Needless to say it still hasn't shipped and I'm furious and embarrassed that it is taking so long to provide what was a simple request from his care team. Will never, ever order from this company again!

My mom gets this catalog. She saw a man''s jacket that she liked. I wanted to get it as a surprise for her. I attempted to order by phone, using her customer ID number (since I have never ordered anything from this company in my name and therefore had no ID number) but I was paying with my debit card. I was told by the clerk that she couldn't process my order until she talked to my mom. This would have eliminated the element of surprise. Needless to say, I ordered nothing.

I was a long time customer until the quality of merchandise deteriorated further, prices went up and customer service became non existent. Beware of their online system as well. Many times I tried to look at my past purchases only to get a "you have no order history". This error would come and go. One order I placed, the system changed the size for no reason. And, they wouldn't acknowledge the error and forced me to pay the 9.99 return fee. They also advertise items they don't have and after you've ordered and been charged, they let you know it's on backorder and have no idea when it'll be available. Stay away from their junk!

Awful

My Mom is unable to get out to shop. She got a haband catalog in the mail. She ordered from it. The shoes are from China and made cheap and 2 sizes small. Then they charge $ 10 to return their cheap products. Not good costumer service, they cant do anything. I will be tossing those catalogs that come every week. Mom can order from other companies with quality items and better service.

I received several items for Christmas ordered for my mother in law in an assisted living facility. She can only wear button up shirts. One of the shirts ordered was missing three buttons. I called to ask for extra buttons so I could replace those as the shirt will work for her. I was told I would have to return the shirt even though I want to keep it. I also purchased pants to match the shirt.
I then ask for a credit on the shirt but wanted to keep it because of the time I will spend replacing the buttons but again this was not an option. I am keeping it and I will have to replace all of the buttons on my own BUT be assured that I will NEVER do business with Haband again.
I read reviews ahead of time but I advise anyone to do the same and adhere to them as they are all true. Customer service cannot help you with issues. All are internal company matters that has to be resolved there. The company will not survive with this service today.

Cancelling order
April 28, 2021

Within 3 minutes of placing my order, I tried to cancel the order. 8 days later I was still trying to cancel my order. Customer service gave me a new excuse why 1, my order had not shipped, but would absolutely not cancel. They are a scam. BEWARE.

I purchased the Roll Sleeve Empire Dress Coral Size L A online. I rec'd the dress and it's huge. I washed it in hot water hoping it would shrink. It didn't. I should of got a size small, which I never wear. So, now I have a dress that I washed and can't wear. Very disappointed.

I have been shopping here for man years. I just received 2 turtleneck tops and they are top quality Very true to size No cheap flimsey fabrics. I buy my husband's pants here. He has a way of looking sloppy no matter what he is wearing so I buy him dress pants to wear all of the time. They wear like iron and keep their deep black color. I am a seamstress so I can tell they do not cut corners,, like use cheap thread, cheap pocket construction, and long stitches instead of small for durability. You get to pick the waist size and inseam size, so they fit well, and in proportion. I have also bought many pairs of shoes here for him also. You also get a return label if you want to return but after all of these years I have never returned anything

Gone down the toilet

Used to be good. Had clothes my size and cheap prices.
Then I ordered a suit that was supposed to fit and the inseam wasnt hemmed. I had to do it.
Since becoming part of Blair...gone down the toilet.

Rip Off

I ordered 2 microfiber Queen size bedspreads in the color taupe. What I RECIEVED is Very Very thin 100% polyester
Cream color not taupe. I will never order from Haband again. $9.99 to exchange the bedspreads with no guarantee I will get the correct order. I will donate these items. When I called customer service you can't understand their attempts to speak English.
