"My mother in law purchased 4 leather jackets that in the website image showed a decent looking jacket with many blurred lines on the jacket. What showed up explained the blurred out lines, all the blurriness was due to the jacket being made with at least 100 small patches of leftover cheap leather scrapes that had been spray painted an awful color to all match.

When we called to have it sent back (which we didn't want my mother-in-law to be made aware of), they said we could exchange only for a different size and there would be a $9 fee for each jacket, in addition, you pay shipping. Why would any want their garbage is beyond me. What a waste of my eldery mother-in-laws $200. "

Junk clothes

Bad fits pants i purchased the button popped off on both of them ordered a shirt that was made so poorly it wouldnt allow me to move freely most of the clothing is made in china and other counties. Cheap labor bad clothes

Won't Cancel Order
November 11, 2019

Ordered the wrong sizes over weekend. Customer service not open on weekends. Sent two emails telling them I need to change or cancel. They Refused. Said it was processed. But it wasn't shipped and wouldn't be shipped for days. No way to reach management or headquarters staff. Worst experience I've had. I will be forced to pay for their return. Spent hours on the phone and got no where. What a nightmare.

Size 10 sizes differ in fit so I just have to quick buying them. People you have make dont follow the sizes like 10 can be fine and the next size 10 is too small. I usually buy 2 at a time and try them on both are 10 but one is too tight. Better check with seamstress.

Their returns are costly

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One pair didn't fit. Will cost me $10.99 to return using their smart label for a pair of shoes costing $39.99. I have learned my lesson with this company. Will not do any more orders with this online company.

I ordered a cheap/throw-away jacket for yard work. Free shipping sealed the deal.
I was charged for shipping and 2 calls to get it fixed did not get the charge removed.
The jacket was huge. It had no collar, it looked like a T-shirt on top. The zipper didn't work on 3 of 4 tries.
The storm flap didn't have the usual Velcro tabs - it had 3 buttons that had to be buttoned or the flap did flap!
I used their return label to ship back - charged $9.99. Got a refund for the jacket. Total shipping out and back was $16.98.
Lost $17 on the transaction - will go with my regular sources in future.

Buyer Beware
November 15, 2020

I ordered, paid and received my one time purchase in September totalling $70 and the product I received was satisfactory. What I didn't know is they were taking $14.97 out of my checking account in October and again in November showing on my bank statement as "VIP Recurring" charges.
When I called customer service billing to find out what the charges were for they had no idea. I was transferred to billing and no one was on the other end I mean dead air. I tried 3 times same thing before calling my bank to block them and are in now in the process of disputing the charges. Buyer Beware.

Terrible delivery tome

Going on 4 weeks now and all I hear is order is bring processed and should arrive in 6/8 days. The joke is the ad you hear while waiting for agent is they offer 2/3 day priority shipping. I guess that means that once they decide to ship it's 2-3 days. This is a third class company

Terrible quality
August 15, 2020

My husband ordered several pair of pants to get him through the "in between" size while losing weight. He knew that at such low prices that he would not be getting high quality, but had no idea how terrible they would really be. After two washings and a good coat of a Wrinkle spray, the pants still looked like they had just been unfolded. Even a good ironing couldn't get the wrinkles out. Such a disappointment!

My mother used to order from Haband as they had good thick quality items! But this is not the case any longer! I called customer. Service as shoes not included in package, but a cheap poorly sewn shirt I didn't order was! Trying to explain this to an agent was useless plus no music in background but roosters crowing I background. I refused to pay $10- to return shirt, requested a mailing label to return, then they asked me to return shoes that were not enclosed. Last order ever for me from any company overseas. Americans wake up, force companies to return to the USA looking forward to American made again

Wrong width

I ordered a couple pair of slippers for my husband for christmas received them there is no way they are a 11 EEE he could not even get the top of his foot in them i was going to send them back but now they want a 9.99 charge to send them back thats almost the cost of the shoes i am very upset then they are very cheap looking i will never order from this company again waiting for a response from them

These people are crooks

Ordered two pairs of Flannel Slacks for my husband. Total bill $53.39. They sent the wrong size. Returned immediately and included the page where the slacks were advertised and a copy of my order. They sent me a check for $3,41. Sorry, but they made the mistake and so I should be reimbursed the total amount. I called them today and talked to some woman who sounded like she was in another world. I got no satisfaction. I highly recommend that no one buys anything from this company. They are not posted on BBB or Yelp so I shall call the state to find out how I can get my money. Nothing worse than dishonest people. I have a copy of both order and photo from their company. I shall make copies tomorrow and will forward it tomorrow. Please respond and I will send you the copies. Thank you for any help you can afford me. P.S. Today I received two catalogues from them. Disgusted!

I have bought many many clothing items for my husband at Haband with few issues until now. One of the many flannel shirts I have bought came out of the wash with the yoke torn completely into from the back. I called to see who i needed to send it back to. Bottom line it was ordered more than 90 days ago so they won't make it right. Just a warning to other shoppers.

False advertising

Several times I have ordered items from this company that they claim are on back order but show that they are in stock. Finally after a long wait and only when I contact them, they advise that the item has been discontinued. We have ordered so many things from them in the past, but have requested removal from their mailing list and will not order anything from them again. They are just not trustworthy.

First of all I ordered 2 shirts before Christmas. They eventually got to me quite a bit later than I was told. They were on sale and my bill was $32.97 (with shipping). The size was too small so I returned them with the $9.99 label. Now my bill was $42.00. And, then I saw on the statement my total bill was over $52.00. When I inquired as to why? They said the total "value" of the shirts was higher. So, in fact they were not giving me the discount, they just added it to the bill. This is a rip-off company. What kind of 100% satisfaction is this to their customers?

Pathetic Company

First and last time I will ever ordered from these people. Their customer service sucks, shipping is slow, wanted to cancel my order prior to it even being sent out they said it was already being processed at the warehouse though it hadn't been sent out. I said, so cancel it, no can't do that, then they turn around and charge $9.99 to return something. I'm not even going to pay that I'm going to actually take these to the local thrift store and let the lady sell them. This company blows. I'm so disappointed. I would recommend never doing doing business with them, I sure won't be using them ever again.
I wish I didn't even have to give them a 1 rating. They're just pathetic.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago they have not done anything with my order, so I called to cancel my order and they told me it was being shipped that day, it did not ship. When I called back the next day they put me on permanent hold, and when I called back they told me oh it was too far along in the process to cancel

John Dirancesco is the CEO of Haband, Blair Fingerhut and several other companies. I have had nothing but poor service from Haband which I learned today is owned by Blue Stem. The phone number for the corporate office is *******000 since you can't get any help from customer service. Please don't do business with this company. They are scanners.

Boy great bargains, but why does it take almost 3 weeks to get an order when they say it is stock.

From the time you place the order that takes 3 days for them to receive it, then for them to pick it takes a week then to ship it takes 8 days or more. In this day and age you would think they could speed up the process. I guess Im used to Amazon. Would not order again.
