WORST. SHOPPING. EVER!
November 20, 2019

Ordered a sweater from these jokers and paid a hefty shipping fee. I expected Federal Express but they must have used Pony Express since it took so long to receive the order. Now for the merchandise. This "sweater" was thin, itchy and boxy looking, not the fitted stylish item presented on the website. I contacted Customer Dis-Service several times but never received a response. If I wish to return the item it will cost me an additional 9.99 so I guess I'll wear it out to shovel snow.

I first ordered from Haband about 3 years ago. I can tell you that it takes a couple of weeks to get your order, the customer service is so-so at best, the quality and sizing are both extremely inconsistent, some of the items are pretty good quality but some of the items are just straight up garbage (think shoes where the sole separates from the upper after being worn twice; seams just never sewed, seams literally shredded after one wash). The best collection that they had (Salon Studio) has all but disappeared and what's left is largely the same stuff that was there three years ago. There are always items under the heading "New Arrivals" but honestly, nothing to get excited about - it all looks the same.

Horrible Customer Service
February 21, 2020

I've ordered from them twice; first time I had to pay additional postage to return & reorder an item, resulting in me paying over $40 for a cheapo blouse from China. Second time, they charged postage even though the catalog said free shipping; they were nasty to deal with & I'll never order again.

Ordered a radio a DVD player which were supposed to be new products. Both arrived damaged and making loud noises when on. Both products say refurbished! Very disappointed. Called company and refused reimbursement. Will cost $10 each to return. DO NOT order from this company! Would not even rate them with one star!

I ordered 3 jackets, I got one jacket, the other two were on back order for a birthday. I then realized would not get here on time, so decided to cancel. The representative said they could not cancel and gave a date of shipping. This meant weeks of additional waiting. This company is the worst, will not be buying again, its too frustrating trying to get straight answers. Buyer Beware!

The worst company ever!
September 19, 2019

I ordered 4 items returned wrong size! A month later no credit only another charge of 9.99. I called and they said that they are crediting my credit card $ 10 less than the purchase plus the 9.99 change for return shipping. That is almost $20 I am losing with the return! Disputed with my bank! I hope no one else orders from them! I know I never will!

3 1/2 Stars - Clothes Fit Well

This was my first purchase from Haband. I ordered some Large Tee Shirts and a pair of jeans. I thought the large shirts might accentuate my middle! But they fit really well. I was impressed. Also, the jeans fit very well and the denim seems heavier and of better quality than the Wrangler's and Rustler's I've bought recently. So why 3 1/2 stars? I thought shipping was extremely slow. I ordered on May 7 and received on May 20. A day short of 2 weeks. They advertise 6-8 business days for shipping. Maybe Amazon has spoiled me! I also had a 10% coupon, but they only took 10% off one item. So I only saved about $2 on a nearly $60 order. Not too impressive. Also, I noticed a $9.99 charge to return an order. I think that's pretty crappy for such slow shipping. I would order again, but I would lower my expectations on service.

I had ordered some clothing and then a few days later made another order. I actually did not read reviews for the company site before ordering. I read the poor reviews after the second order was processed and I was more than a little worried that I had made a bad move. I was pleasantly surprised that both orders arrived in less than a week, all of the clothing arrived and was as advertised. Quality was overall pretty good or definitely a least equal to the low price I paid. Sizes were correct and true to usual sizes (all items were plus sized for both men/women's clothing.) I found the shopping experience overall good and will order from them again and hope future purchases go as well.

I have purchased many items over the years. I like many of their products, but their customer service is missing a lot. No upbeat or positive thinkers willing to to provide real service. It makes them mediocre. I ordered some New Balance shoes and they looked nothing like what I ordered. I didn't really want a return or refund. I wanted what I had ordered. No offers to try and resolve the issue.
I purchased a couple sherpa lined jackets and love them. The flannel type need serious reinforcement in front pockets. Men carry stuff in their pockets and some heavier stitching to reinforce the pockets would make these jackets great!

Overall, I think Haband needs a better quality control service and much more supportive customer service departments.

I'm usually satisfied with the quality, so long as I'm careful to order exactly what suits me.

I'm not pleased with the exchange/return arrangements, where returned merchandise ships back for"free", using pre-printed supplied label, but a flat $10 is charged back for the trouble. This makes few returns worth the effort and I have kept and altered clothes rather than suffer this indignity. There is no alternative to this arrangement.

Nothing here is anywhere worth the money. Belts fall apart, clothes is poorly sewn and uneven. Nothing is sized as expected. Then they charge you $10.00 to return items and make you wait weeks for a refund on their junk. So sad that another company has declined to "just grab cash and hide".

I do not know what this $25 bill was for. But you billed me two late fees of $39 each for $78.
Total is $108, I paid this so as not to ruin my credit. But you are legal robbers.
I was a frequent buyer, but will never buy again.

Have been trying to get a $20.00 credit for a pair of pants my 93 year old father returned in December of last year. I have written over six e-mails on his behalf and have yet to receive a response. I have also tried calling several times, forget it! The wait time is a joke. This company has a zero rating when it comes to customer service! Poor way to treat your elderly customers also!

This is hands down the worst customer service ever. They keep charging my mother's account late fees on merchandise that has been returned. After 3 hours of trying to talk to a live person, I was told that I had to put my deceased mother on the phone because that's the only way they can make any changes to the account. When I asked to speak to a supervisor because putting her on the phone would require a miracle, I was left on hold for over an hour. These people are unbelievable and should be run out of town.

Stay Away!

First order will be my last with this company. Foreign customer service and they don't live up to their website promises. One to two day shipping on available items but after 9 days my order still hasn't shipped. And of course it is too late to cancel - why? It hasn't gone anywhere. Terrible service.

Big Problems
November 18, 2020

I ordered a dress for my 85 yr. Old Mom's birthday. It took many weeks to get there and I was receiving false shipping info the whole time. When she got it, it didn't look like the picture and she returned it. The next day Haband took an auto payment out of my debit account for 9.99. I paid 38.72 for the dress. They refunded me 29 something.

The most recent catalog was full of what looked to me like extremely cheaply made merchandise and I don't plan to use this company again.

The ladies Fit and Flatter pants I received on 1/30/20 are of thin, flimsy material, unlike former ones. They drape poorly, and the bottom pant hems are too narrow (15"), so they don't cover the shoe tops, & the pants bunch up.
Am disappointed in Haband, would like to get the old version of Fit and Flatter pants, for which you could charge more rather than making these almost useless pants.

I ordered medium underwear. What they sent had a medium label but is 38 inches. Thy refused to offer free return or to just simply send a smaller size. Instead they wanted me to package it up and take it for shipping. I explained that this was very difficult form and for them to arrange pick up. They refused.

I ordered two pairs of medium length size 38 waist pants. They are too long and to big around the waist for me, although in any other pants that I would buy in a store, that is the right size. Haband wants $9.99 for me to exchange them. I am very saddened by this, and will never ever shop with these rip-off folk again. I advise you against buying clothes from their also. They probably will not fit, and you will PAY to exchange them.
