I bought an inexpensive headlamp from them. Once they had my credit card information they started billing me through a third party for things I never ordered and never received. They do not answer the phone and do not return calls.
I ordered medium underwear. What they sent had a medium label but is 38 inches. Thy refused to offer free return or to just simply send a smaller size. Instead they wanted me to package it up and take it for shipping. I explained that this was very difficult form and for them to arrange pick up. They refused.
