I've bought hundreds of dollars worth of stuff from these guys, so you'd think when I DO return something, they would refund me without argument. Maybe that is naive. My last two returns, from big orders, I have NOT gotten my full refund. Just now I see that I returned SIX tops and am entitled to, including the $9.99 return charge, $114.39. I just got an email that states I'm getting a refund - hopefully! - for THREE tops. And, NONE of my orders are under my account anymore! I can't refer to them. I log in and it states: You have no orders. What?! I have years and years of orders. Well, they no longer exist according to Haband.com. This email? No Order number. Just: We received your return of THREE tops. BS. It was SIX tops, unworn. Not Final Sale. Just shirts. Last return for around $100 they gave me a store credit of $25. Nothing else! I didn't have the time or energy to pursue it. But, I shouldn't have to! I'm middle-aged and like their forgiving styles - there's a backhanded compliment! - but they've made me pretty frickin' mad. They've convinced me to save my money.
