I made a order on haband... and canceled order 2 days later... which at time wasn't even processing yet. So I re entered the charge back into checking acct... 4 weeks later they decide to ship and charge my account... so now my acct is all messed up. I'll never do business with haband again
Will never order from them again! Ordered 3 items with 1 shipping charge. Received my order in 2 different packages. Returned all 3 items in one package. My original shipping charge for the 3 items was $12.99, but they charged me an additional $9.99 for the item that was originally shipped by itself. The $9.99 charge was more than the cost of the item itself! So for merchandise totaling $44.77 it cost me $22.98 to return... that's really sad.
I ordered two pair of shorts men XL, now their sizing stated men XL is size 40-42, I wear a size 40, these shorts fit me like the size of a tent way past my knees, so I returned them for a refund, yeah the total cost was $24.08 my Refund $7.03, they charged me for the original shipping & the return shipping, I should have been given credit for the 49.95 return shipping due to the fact that these shorts are not the size they stated they are, I am done with Hanband.
I've ordered shoes for my husband on line. Price was great and shoes seems nice. I've got Email with confirmation that it is available. After two weeks I've checked order status and it was "reordered'? I place order on October 14, today is November 12. I called company and was notified that order was canceled. I asked why it was available and then it was not and why I didn't have any Email about it. They don't have and sensible answer for it. This is cheap company which bates you with amazing offers and then pretend it not available
You'll receive your order or a refund... eventually. If all goes well you'll receive your order in approximately 1 month. Usually items are on backorder. In that case you'll have to badger customer service to actually receive the item or receive a refund.
I had ordered and returned items over the course of a year without any major problems. But in January 2018, I ordered a set of pajamas which I never received. No emails as to backorder, no longer in-stock - nothing. When I checked the status of the order after 30 days of waiting, I discovered that the order had been 'returned.' How could I return something I never received? In retrospect, there was another order earlier on where I had to talk to someone at Haband, and it was difficult to understand as the person who, although was courteous, was hard to understand. Overall, I can do better elsewhere.
Been a long time Haband customer as my father before me. Second time in 6 months, a delayed / lost shipping, and customer service just placates me. Ordered on July 9, shipped July 12, delivery confirmation from THEIR websitevstated delivery by July 18 8:00 pm. That came & went. I called on July 20, they insisted I wait until until the 24th. I waited one extra day. Called customer service on 25th. Another attempt to placate me to wait until 28. Then they offered to reship order. So it can get lost too? Not this time. I requested refund: Have to wait 3-5 days. Thought it was isolated, but guess not. I'm aware this isn't Amazon prime, but two weeks and still no package? Really? Had this issue 8 months ago. In this day & age. I know my address is good, everything else makes it here fine - UPS, Post Office, FedEx, hell even DHL and private shipping companies.

Avoid this company like a plaque, they are scammers, I ordered a suit and after waiting like a month they delivered to me a complete different thing from what i ordered, and it was not only a wrong thing, the thing was cheap and i returned it immediately and as if that was not bad enough their bank comenity was asking me to pay them interest for the period.
How do one pay interest where he didn't benefit and it was not my mistake?, so they have ruined my credit they have also put my phone on robot call to irritate me to pay them the interest amount.
This is one of the poorest services one can ever get, the best just a void them as you would avoid COVID-19.
Cant say any worse about this company. You order from amazon their 2 day delivery takes 2 days, walmarts 2day delivery you get it in 2 days. Paid $10.00 for 3 day delivery Horable 3 day delivery takes 10 days. Customer service is terrible. I can't even tate the cloths I haven't seen them. 1 item said available in the book.at time on shipment it was unavailable. Now in a hurricane expect delivery in the next 2 months. My suggestion is don't waste your time and money.
Good quality products, good value. Plays dirty tricks with ordering: e.g. ad showed "2@ $19.99 each". Placed first item (so far so good); chose a second unit of different color of same item number. Wasn't till after processing the sale and I saw the receipt that the second unit that I ordered was processed as a different item number altogether. So they were each processed at the "original" prices. When I called to get the order adjusted, or a credit for the difference per the advertised price, they couldn't do anything because they said they had shipped (!). I was willing to reorder them at the $19.99 - as he said they now had 'all colors', but he couldn't say that I could get credit on the returned (first two) items. Very unreasonable and authoritarian. Told them haven't experienced such dealings since Sears in 1969. So -- DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE, DURING AND RIGHT AFTER YOU MAKE IT.
The clothes and shoes they sell are reasonably priced and the quality is according with the prices: LOW!
The inconsistency in sizes is very frequent but the worse is the Customer Service.
I placed an order with several items and I received them in a fair time, but they sent me a men's pants instead a woman's Tunic I ordered, I sent it back immediately and after looooong time I'm still waiting for my Tunic.
I was so stupid that I placed another order in the middle of this situation and is taking forever to process my order. I have called several times for my replacement and for my new order and I only get frustration after frustration. It looks like customer service agents are answering the phones just to listen our frustrations because they don't solve any problem and they don't know what to say, only apologies and more apologies. In resume this is the worse company I had to deal with. TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE!
They sent me shoes that were not even close to being size 9 1/2... way too small and then had the audacity to charge my credit card $9.99 for sending them back! THIS COMPANY IS BAD... AS YOU CAN SEE NOT EVEN ONE POSITIVE REVIEW!
I have been a customer of Haband for years. I watch for the closeouts and clearance since I am fat (just short for my weight). They do stock large sizes. Now the trouble spots. They have the slowest shipping. More of a concern their quality is spotty. Their quality control people must use really good intoxicants, legal or otherwise. Some items are completely wrong sized or come in really strange colors. I just got an order of polo shirts that has blue piping on the web but showed up being piped in an odd green color. I think the quality control people are color blind as well as floating in a different reality. To be fair I have gotten a few items that were better than portrayed on their website. I would definitely stay away from linens and the like, they have been really low quality. In summary if you are very careful and fat and go with clearance and special sales you might get a good deal. But be very careful. Let me put in a plug for Hanes.com that also has some big sizes, decent quality, and reasonably fast shipping. When they have sales which they often do you can't get a better deal on sweats, shorts and polos..
Just spoke to customer service, after paying $7.00 to receive a product that was too large, now I must pay $9.00 to return it. This is why Amazon will put this company out of business.
A few months ago I order pants for my husband 28" lenght got 34 " and legs so wide i had to alter the pants alright one mistake so I did another order a pair of shoes for my husband he likes them very comfortable ordered two pair of twill capris and two pair of denim shorts all four pairs are so large in the legs again I had to shorten and take in the legs the twill pants are silly polyester okey for around the house i wouldn't wear them out the short one pair twill and the other pair they are awful plus they sent me two orders of the same thing I wouldn't accept the one order now it's waiting to get my money bsck. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling such junk. I wish I could take pictures but it's hard to show the quality of fabric.
I found a pair of shoes on this website & ordered WITHOUT becoming a member. Then catalogs started coming. I have a small box at a servicing center to receive mail. I do not NEED nor DESIRE to have it filled with useless catalogs. I informed them on least 2 occasions in various methods, (since you can't seem to email them without being a member) & they have ignored my request to STOP SENDING ME CATALOGS. Just received another yesterday. Hence this review!
How does this company stay in business with such poor customer service. If they added a few more people to answer the phone and be more helpful they could make more money.
Used to order from them. Will NEVER EVER AGAIN! Ordered items June 2nd it's now July 9th and still in process. Clothes poorly made, not like before. Can't cancel the order since it's in process. Wish I used a gift card so that I could have spent the money. Oh well hopefully by the time they get to me, the items will be out of stock. SO DISAPPOINTED!
Poor quality product, ambiguous sizes that often don't fit, expensive returns compared to free returns by other vendors.
Ordered three items, was quoted the price, paid it. They send my order with only two items and an increased charge. Go through all kinds of hoops to speak to somebody, finally get someone in India who has been trained to just ignore all complaints. They finish the call with a promise that they will refund money for the shirt, but it is considerably less than what I paid for the shirt. The operator says that is the "way we do business." I doubt I will ever see this supposed refund but one thing I know for sure, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RACKET AGAIN!
