I ordered cotton v neck tee shirts. I got crew neck polyester tees. What is going on there? My receipt even shows a v neck. I need v necks for my kidney failure.
Placed an order 5/16/21 and by 5/28 order still had NOT shipped so I cancelled the order. I was assured by the rep on the phone that the order was cancelled. Then a couple of weeks later part of the order arrived so I called again and was told they don't know what happened but to wait for the remainder of the order to arrive and then return everything. The last item arrived another week or so later and I returned everything on 6/18. After tracking the package, found out they received it on 7/2 and it is now 7/12 and still no refund. I called again and was told they take 4 weeks to process a return and that they are in the process of moving their warehouse (which is the excuse I've heard several times now). How long does it take to move... apparently they have been moving for weeks and weeks? If any company takes 4 weeks to process a return, they should not be in business. On top of which, I told them not to charge me for return shipping as I had cancelled this order so we'll have to wait and see if they can follow instructions. Last but not least their sizes are way off in comparison to store sizes. All three items were huge for XL more like a 2X. Lesson learned!
I bought a winter coat that tore and wanted an exchange---I was told I had to return first and then the would ship a new in about 8 days---I would have to be with out a coat for 2 weeks in the winter--he suggested I buy a new one--then return old when new--I said ok--the next day I changed my mind and call to cancel-Was told I could not cancel-would have to wait 8days to get it and would take two weeks to get money back-I ask to speak to a manger and was hung up on 3 times--finely a manger called and said could cancel even though it had not shipped---called my bank stopped payment and disputed first payment--got my money back--now I have to pay to ship back--the cost thought a lesson--NEVER BUY FROM OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILATES
They do not let you cancel your order. After my order being "in process" for 4 weeks I called to cancel the order and told it was to farr along in the process and cannot be canceled. Just terrible! I will never buy anything from them or any one of their other companies. IF YOU WANT THE OPTION OF CANCELING YOUR ORDER DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
I had to return 3 items as they were not sized correctly. I ordered 2 size 8 capris that were clearly a size 12-14 though they were labeled as an 8. I also ordered a shirt, size small, because my only other previous order with them was for 2 shirts in medium which were HUGE. Since they were inexpensive, I simply gave them away. Anyway, the capris literally fell off me and the shirt was not only too small, but stained. I emailed them asking how I could return the items WITHOUT CHARGE since the items were clearly defective & they INSTRUCTED me to use their return label. Well, they billed my credit card for $9.99 for the return! When I emailed to question this, they said it was because I used their return label. DO NOT ORDER FROM HABAND! I knew the clothing wouldn't be high quality but what I received was beyond defective and their deceptive practices are beyond reproach. Tina Oden
I ordered 3 things I returned one thing from the order it did say they would take off $9.99 off the order I am aware of that, but I wasn't aware they would charge my Debit Card the $9.99
Plus give me all the money back from the return, but I never gotten an email saying they was going to do this I talked to someone they said Haband never took $9.99 from my debit card I called back an hour later, and then i talk to someone else they told me they do that so they took out $9.99 out of my debit card just to give me back $34.99 why didn't they just take out the $9.99 off the $34.99, and just credit my debit card for $25.00 people situations is different I usually don't have $10.00 left in my account each month to cover the cost I will never order from this company again this is the first time i ever ordered from them never again.My friend was going to order from them she even changed her mind after what they did to me.if you are going to order from them make sure you have $9.99 in your bank account to cover the cost.
I order several pairs of jeans. After seven (7) weeks of waiting for them to process the order, I tried to cancel the order. I was moving and did not have a forwarding address. The customer service person said it was canceled. I looked at my account again 2 weeks later and it said they were still processing the order. I told them AGAIN that I would not have a forwarding address. I canceled it AGAIN. The customer service person said (again) that they would cancel the order. Three weeks later, I received an email saying they SHIPPED the order. Now the order is lost somewhere and they collected the money from my charge account. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND NOT HONEST. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
Title says it all! Nothing fits. Label says 36 XS, they are closer to 33-34 and length is about 32. Shirts feel apart in no time.
First box arrived that was supposed to have two bottles of cologne, the huge box that could hold an end table if it was narrow, was broken where the tape was and had one small piece of packing paper and one snake like plastic air filled green tube and one catolog, and the cologne had falled out the gaping hole. I called, the company in the Philipines and a new box was sent still large but not as big as the other one. All was intact in spite of the busted tape, one deflated green plastic tube, one catalog, and one huge piece of packing paper.At least I have the cologne now.
It has been this experience and the 29, yes 29 pairs of Sara Morgan pants that have convinced me to quit. The pants have caused me to have a severe rash, and as much as I love the pants I have come to the conclusion its not safe to have these sores. Haband does not care. Contacting them was met with a deaf ear, so I am donating them to charity and taking the tax write off. Which will be over $200 since they are selling for that in resale shops. I also have notified Haband I am through, and want no more catalogs nor email. Be warned they are not a good company.
I had never done business with Haband until I ordered several pair of Dr Scholl's driving mocs in different sizes, none of which fit and were of substandard quality. The first 2 were returned and I knew there would be a $9.99 charge (which is outragous). The next two came seperately. I tried to cancel the one I had not received but... Too Late! In the meantime I decided to give it one more shot with one pair of yet a different size but no go. Very poor fit. So, I packed up three pair of shoes from 2 different orders in one package. I called Haband to ask if this was ok and did it matter which return label I used. I was told that would be fine, I could use either return label & I would only be billed one return fee. I hsed PayPal for all. Today on my PayPal account there are three $9.99 charges instead of only two and there are no credits for the returned merchandise. I called but was met with "Our policy is blah-blah-blah." and so-forth even after I said I had been told otherwise. She kept telling me each order has their own seperate label & there would be a return charge for each even if items are bundled. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Their products are not worht the trouble. I will never do business with them again.
I have been trying since April 2019 to get a refund, keep telling me 2-3 weeks, I have called 8 times, and still the same thing. I will never order.

Updated Haband is part of a catalog/online group of clothing retailers that includes Blair, Old Pueblo Traders, and Bedford Fair. Haband sells some petite bottoms, but tops are only in misses sizing now with only their Snap-It-Up jacket sold in petite. However, for me their 30" inseam pants are just long enough, and I'm only 5'4". Misses catalog sizing is supposed to fit those up to 5'6", but I would not trust that. If an item is primarily cotton it may shrink which further clouds the issue of length on both tops and bottoms. Overall I think their misses sizing works better for petite women. Be sure to check your measurements against their size chart before buying.
As stated in my title, some pieces are better quality than others, but you can't tell until you get them. I especially like their Snap-It-Up jacket. Fit, too, can vary, and it is more helpful if you explain why you like or dislike a product. Please give your height and weight so readers can gauge your fit to their probable fit.
Shipping costs are a factor when buying online. Standard shipping (7-10 days) is USPS (Postal Service). Under $20 you pay $6.99; from $20.01 to $40 you pay $8.99, and so on. Express shipping via UPS (3-5 days) is available for an additional charge of $6. I cannot guarantee UPS would deliver your package as sometimes UPS transfers packages to USPS for final delivery. Sometimes free shipping is offered, and that is a great way to test how items fit with minimal cost. The return process is simple. Just buy a shipping envelope and stick on the prepaid label. Use the shipping list that came with the clothing to note which item(s) are being returned or exchanged. Put the shipping list inside with the clothing and take it to the post office.
Big caveat: one is charged $9.99 per return or exchange whether the package contains one, two, three, or more items. The cost of returning one item is deducted from the cost of the item. If you paid $24.99 and the return cost is $9. 99 you only get back $15. From my point of view I would be paying $18.98 to have tried on the item. The loss is the original shipping cost plus the return shipping cost.
