Please don't trust this company with your money. My flight was canceled due to a storm the airline willing gave me a refund. This company denied a refund of $245.00, and simply said the hotel did not agree. This was false. The manager at the hotel tried to speak with the supervisor from the Guest reservation and they refused. It's very difficult to speak with a live person, and the representatives are not helpful. Book through the hotel of your choice without using this third party service
More expensive than calling hotel directly. Would not refund despite being before 10:00am. Rude customer service
Hi Jill, our customer support agents are committed to your satisfaction. So we can securely look into this, please private message/DM us your reservation number, email address, and name the reservation was made under. Thank you.
Most reservation sites collect their fees from the hotel, not you. This site can look like the official hotel site, especially if it's not a chain hotel, but it is not. The 70$ fee they tagged on to the reservation was way at the bottom of the pay page well below the"reserve" button that you see it too late on your phone after you hit reserve. Nice trick to grab an extra 70$. It's my fault for not scrolling all the way down before hitting reserve, but these tactics are dishonest is all i can say
Hi Marc, Guest Reservations must charge for all applicable taxes, including any hotel taxes. Additionally, by charging a service fee we are able to offer 24/7 support & operate as an independent travel network. Please DM your reservation # and email. We will reach out to help.
Most online services include taxes and service fees in the price quoted. Unfortunately, this one does not, right up until you click "confirm". What a crock. Very unimpressed. We could have gotten the exact same room on another service for about $50 less.

They pretend to be the actual hotel and charged me $60 on a $200 booking as a "reservation charge." Luckily I was able to get part of this back, but the company is very deceitful and should not be allowed to stay in business.

BEWARE of this company. Not only did I think I was booking direct with the hotel in question. Will be reporting the company!
This company misrepresents its rate: they added $150 in taxes and fees to a $200 dollar booking. Didn't find out until I got the email confirmation.
I immediately called them, the man said there's nothing he can do!
Run away from this company!

Lesson learned to take your time when booking a hotel. Thankfully my booking fee was only 65$ where as I see people on here with booking fees in the 100s of dollars. They flood these site with hundreds of fake reviews to disguise their garbage business practices. Good luck trying to cancel any of their reservations after you realize your credit was charged way more then you were expecting. If me taking a hit means that maybe 1 person reads this before they book a hotel and is able to avoid this ridiculous company then it will be worth it.

This company has terrible customer service. They gave us bad information which eventually led to our reservation being canceled with the hotel. We were given the runaround about not being able to cancel one of the nights of our stay with them when everyone else in our party (5 other families) were able to cancel without problems. This is the worst booking experience I have ever had.
This company phishes cash by charging people the full amount for hotel rooms that are actually sold-out. False advertising and deceitful practices from this company.

THESE ARE THIEVING DISHONEST AGENCY! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY CHARGE MORE THAN ADVERTISED! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!
They make is sound cheap but they charge more than directly booking with hotel. Pricing is not transparent, they add on high fees and will not allow refunds.
This site makes you think your at the hotels site. They booked me a room without me hitting my Credit cards confirmation code submit button. I called their customer service number and got no help. They said they would refund me 10%. Wow, they can stick my $14 dollars up their A$$. Do NOT use this company to book ANYTHING!
Book through any other service, this service is a scam! There are hidden charges after agreeing to a room fee, my room was supposed to be 70.00usd but there was a "tax" by guest reservations which cost 30usd. I will never use this service again, criminal!
The site looked like it was from the hotel in Carlsbad, ca. Booked 2 nights for $220 per night. Ran my credit card through with a zero balance on card. Was declined. Ran another card and it was declined. Then my phone was going off with the fraud alerts from my banks. Saw a $210 charge for fees and services if I had went through with the booking. I canceled the transaction. Called the phone number on the site. They mentioned they were a 3rd party authorized to deal with the hotel.
We ended up booking with the hotel directly.
What a scam company!
This is a company that has a actually service but scams you on money. They are all over the internet when you want to make a hotel reservation.
I wanted to book a room on the web page of the actual hotel, however the search showed Guest reservations at the top of the search and i got fooled that it was the hotel web page.
What they did in my case was to use is www.hotels.com to book my room for 160 $ and then they added resort fees 19.78 $, reservation charges 54,99 $ and tax 24,50 $. I called the hotel and the room was booked for 160 $ by www.hotels.com which was the price at hotels.com but little more than the hotel web page. Neither the hotel nor www.hotels.com have any resort fees or reservation charges so I had to pay 99,27 $ more than if I had booked with hotels.com or directly from the actual hotel. The charges are hidden and you only see them at the bottom, in tiny faded letters, when adding your card details.
So basically it is a company that do a reservation for you and almost charges twice the price compared to booking directly from the hotel.
I called www.hotels.com and Guest reservations is a partner to them so it makes sense. Even though I don't understand how you want to be partner with a company that buys a service from you and almost double the price.
I know it was my mistake but they fool decent people for a service that's not needed.
Guest reservations. Com is a scam site. They advertise one price, but once they get your credit card. They charge more than half again more for the room. In my case they advertised $107 & I was charged over $171.
My room would have been close to 30 dollars cheaper booking with the hotel itself due to guest reservation com tax recovery charges which are bull.
Do not use this site! I mistakenly booked for a week instead of one night and ended up not staying at all. I was charged over $1,000 when I didn't even check in. Customer service said there was "nothing they could do" because of the hotels cancelation policy, and that I should've booked directly with the hotel. I'll take that advice and never use this site again.
I scheduled a hotel reservation but when I got the confirmation it was for a different date. I called their customer service line and they refused to reschedule the reservation for the correct date. They cited that their policy did not allow them to. I called the hotel and they said all they had to do was call them to change the reservation date which Guest Reservations said it was in their policy that they could not do this.
BEWARE! Do not get pulled in by the the "you have 10 minutes to secure this price" bs! Ended up paying more for the "special deal" WITH NO PARKING INCLUDED, than going with regular hotel reservations, including the parking. Then at the end before you even get a price, they zap you with a non-refundable clause. NOPE, NATTA, NEVER AGAIN. These types of businesses give great travel services a bad name. DONT DO IT!
