Dont go there its a scam site adding huge fees and taxes after you accept a booking. They appear to be associated with the hotel property but they are just parasites. I accepted a booking at the usual price but found that a 50% tax abd fee recovery charge had been added afterwards.

Scammed by this website
October 27, 2019

I was scammed by this website. The URL was 'mgmgrandhotelcasino.guestreservations.com' making me think I was directly booking on the website of the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. Furthermore the price advertised changed after making payment (an extra $140 tax recovery charges and service fees) and the room was not the right one. I was not aware that I was booking on a third party website until I received the confirmation email. I sent a message through their website without result. I called their offshore callcenter only to hear a guy with a strong foreign accent telling me that a refund was NOT possible. The prevailing policy for most chains is still fee-free if canceled 24 or 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. We are talking about almost a thousand dollars.
So this fraudulent website conned me into booking the wrong room for a much higher price than advertised and is NOT willing to refund me.
STAY AWAY from guestreservations.com and check the URL before you are scammed thinking you're booking directly with the hotel while you are on a third party website that will not refund you if anything goes wrong.

Guest Reservations is a scam site. They tag their name at the end of the hotel so you think you are dealing directly with the hotel. Horrible practice. Then the added almost $75 to the original $112 room cost.

I know some of that is tax but they did not show a total price before the credit card and confirmation of the reservation was done. No way to cancel. You lose it all if you do. Stated in the email sent with the confirmation.

Scroll down the bottom to see the actual price these guys charge. $91 just for booking fees on top of the hotel fee? You're now infamous in our country all over the news. What a low act.

Beware
September 26, 2019

This company does not tell you that they will be charging your credit card even though you tell them you want to use your Hilton Honor points. Very misleading. We thought out points were used only to find charges on our credit card. Speaking on the phone with them resulted in an unsatisfactory outcome. Buyer Beware!

Do not use this company! They displayed one price then after I had put in all my card details they added on nearly double the price in service and tax'. I always check the final amount and it must've been in tiny writing because I didn't see it anywhere. Customer service didn't care at all. NEVER USE

This site is a SCAM!
September 4, 2019

I am writing this letter regarding a hotel reservation Confirmation R******* with guest reservations.com On August 15,2019, for two nights October 31-November 2. I pre paid $445.48 for this reservation. Payment was made by my Master CredutCard on 8/14/19. Seconds after receiving what I believed a legal confirmation, I called and disputed the confirmation clause that stated No Refund and explained that I would NEVER make a non refundable reservation because I have lung cancer stage 4. They did not care. I called 8 times trying To speak to a Supervisor which they refused to and told me there were no supervisors. I then wrote at least 10 emails to Initially. Just requesting a change on the wording of Full Refund in case my health was not well. They refused. I called the hotel directly Embassy Suite Downtown Tampa Convention Center and they had no record of my reservation. I called 3 different phone numbers the Hotel provided me and "Ann" acted surprised and told me that she was sending an email to the hotel and I would be notified by email. Hotel management had their hands tied since I made a reservation through what I though was an Embassy Suites legal webpage. I gave contacted guestreservations.com everyday since 8/15/19 A Jeany G from guestreservations.com emailed me and said she was going to get me "a one time waiver" and get me a full refund. This was on 8/26 and that it would take up to 5-7 days. On 9/3/19 I contacted the Better Business Bureau in and explained the scan of this company. Today I received an email stating they can not refund Eventhough to this date 9/4/19 the Embassy Suites DOwntown Tampa Convention Center has NO RECORD of my reservation.

CHARGED 14$ more at checkout

I am completely unsatisfied of GuestReservetion.com

They showed first a really low price, then at checkout it increased of 14$ more without even that I could notice it, because the price was written on the side of the webpage.

I will not use this service ever again.

MISLEADING URL
Actually they have a misleading url too, on the url I have read the name of the hostel which I wanted to book, so I even thought I was booking at the hostel´s website.

Bed bugs
November 8, 2017

Bed bugs. Horrible staff. Dodgy staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
For $10 dollars a night, you can go to Festival Resort, which is charming, has kitchen also, and yet is... lovely.
