Alibaba could have been a good competitor for Amazon.

But their main problem is that they are located in a dictatorship that feeds warlords.

We need to stop buying low quality made in China products.

They are not only low quality, spy on us, and feed the Chinese dictatorship, but they are dirty of the blood of Vladolf Putler wars too.

STOP MADE IN CHINA!

Such a pity that the app is not Updated anymore!
It´s the only app I have found that allows you to open pictures straight from Drive with right-click and edit them.

Another isssue is that it seems that the quality of the images is quite reduced after editing.

This management company ´takes care´ of the building where I live.
Living there is like a nightmare.

They don't even manage to keep the gate locking properly. Therefore, anyone can enter the gate by only leaning their hand in it.

This problem was notified many times, since years, to the management company, but they ignore it.

In addition, theft and all kind of crimes are taking place in the backyard.
The backyard became the stock of stolen bikes for professional and casual criminals.
There are also many drug-addicted, drug dealers, and drunken intruders in the propriety.

Since days, there is even defecation on the stairs.

I would avoid this company and next time I move to another apartment, I will make sure they are not the ones who manage it.

It's actually really important to read the reviews of the building's house company before moving somewhere.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid them!

Ik heb een heel slecht ervaring mee gehad.
De advocaat was niet professioneel, tijdens de procedure vertelde zij verkeerde informatie.
De advocaat was heel moeilijk te bereiken, antwoord zelfs niet aan via telefoon of via email.

Ze vroeg me 2.400 euro te betalen binnen een dag, toen ik haar de rekeningnummer had gevraagd om haar te betalen krijg ik van haar geen antwoord. Ineens stuurde ze me een email met een datum in het verleden als betalingstermijn en intimiderende me om de deurwaarder in te schakelen--op mijn kosten--had ik voor die (verleden)datum niet betaald.

There are many glitches and bugs on the website.

I am having several issues with Amazon business.
First, to create an account, they would ask me for the same documents over and over.

Finally, I manage to complete the registration as a seller---it took some days---and then, when I try to sell something, I get an error screen:
¨We are sorry!
Error processing your request. We will fix this as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Try again later.
Back to your seller account. ¨

And, if I press on any link on that page, errors again.

I didn´t expect Amazon.de to be so unprofessional.

DOWNGRADING ACCOUNT DOES NOT WORK
I have downgraded the account from ´professional´ to ´individual´ and I still got charged.
There is not even an email sent when you do this process.
Contacting customer support didn´t help.
I could not even get my money back for Amazon´s errors.

AUTHORIZATION FROM THE BRAND OWNERS
In order to sell ANYTHING on Amazon, you need an authorization from the brand owner.
Okay, so far this is understandable and fair.
But the issue is that it's not requested in advance when you list an item and they may remove the item afterwards.
You also need an authorization TO SELL ONLY ONE PIECE, EVEN SECOND HANDS, which seems ridiculous to me.

IMPOSSIBLE TO ADD NEW PRODUCTS TO THE CATALOG
I wanted to add my own products to the Amazon catalog, but it does not work.
I wasted a lot of time to add all the information, and finally the process blocked.

BULK SHIPPING TO AMAZON WAREHOUSES NOT WORKING
Again, I spend a lot of time on organizing items to send to Amazon for FBA. Just at the end of the process I get a notification that tells me: "it's not possible".

CUSTOMER SERVICE
It's really difficult to get in contact with the customer service. They are also not so competent or friendly.
In the forums you may not get good advice, and you can't even access forums from other Amazon countries than the one you subscribed.

-BOTTOM LINE-
Being an Amazon seller could have been a great thing for me, the platform has plenty of resources and infinite customers. However, if they don't make it simpler for new sellers to get going its all wasted time.
It's quite misleading to have on the Amazon website the text: 'have one, sell it on Amazon' under all the Amazon products. This texts makes you think that you can sell whatever, but it's not so.
Moreover, selling second hands is good for the environment and attracts more customers, so everybody should be allowed to sell second hands, even without authorization, at least for a few pieces.
I wrote this review with great sorrow and I hope to update it soon with better news.

PACKAGES RETURNING TO THE SENDER WITHOUT NOTIFY THE RECEIVER
Last week I checked online to see where my parcel was, the information showed: in the warehouse.
So I waited.
After one week, I didn't get any notification, and suddenly the parcel is going back to the sender.
I called UPS, they told me that they could not delivery it and now is going back to the sender.

AMAZON SHOULD CHOSE ANOTHER PROVIDED
Amazon notified me the following:
¨Unfortunately, UPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. ¨

Could I know where I should pick up my parcel?
There are unprecise information in the tracking and it shows that it attempted to deliver the item while it´s not true, I didn´t get any notification of attempted delivery.

The whole UPS system is not well organized.

LOSING ITEMS AND MESSY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM
They have lost one of my parcels and they are even messing up with notifications:
I first get a notification for an item which they lost, and after a week I get another notification telling me that that item was in the dispatch center and I was supposed to go and pick it up.
This happened several times now.

NOTIFICATIONS WITHOUT PICK UP POINT
I get notifications that my parcel is arrived at the pick up point, but it does not say where it is.

WEBSITE WITH ERRORS
I get errors on the website, when adding an email for notifications for example.
Also the login is not really straightforward and it´s buggy.

In the Terms of Use of Youtube is written the following:
¨Youtube may terminate your account without any reason¨

I have got my account terminated without any warning.
I guess it was done cause I had some erotic videos of myself (not published of course).
It´s such a frustration to have lost a decade of videos just because I stored few personal videos on youtube, anyway without publishing them.

So I am sure there is no copyright violation or any disturbance to anyone, cause the videos were private.

I have appealed and I got rejected.
I guess they didn´t even read my appeal.

I would, of course, remove these videos if I would get my account back, I just would like to have a second chance.

Nel caso in cui non trovi il professionista giusto, non cé modo di ripetere automaticamente la richiesta ma bisogno manualmente riscrivere tutti i dati.
Sarebbe pratico avere una funzionalita´ per non dover fare tutto manualmente.

Ottimo servizio! Ho trovato un tecnico informatico in 10 minuti!

DRIVER DRIVES WHILE TALKING AT THE PHONE AND HOLDING IT WITH ONE HAND

Booking process misleading: No changes or refunds even after 30 second of booking.

Remember that if you do an error in your booking, they will not help you, not even one minute after booking.
So they don't care about environment or driving with empty seats while showing on the site wrong information such as full bus. I was mislead by the booking process: "... All our tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable so if you have accepted the payment for more than one ticket and received all of the tickets, we cannot make exceptions to our terms and conditions..."

MY MESSAGE AFTER FEW MINUTES OF BOOKING:
"I have just talked with an operator few moments ago about the issue I am writing you about and she told me that by writing you you could possibly arrange for a solution.

I needed to book two tickets for today but instead three were booked by mistake.

It happened because I have first selected one passenger, then I corrected it to two, but the total was not shown clearly, so I booked three tickets instead of one.

Therefore, I kindly invite you to correct my number of passengers and refund me for the extra ticket.
This would be fair, cause I booked few minutes ago and it's clearly an accidental error due not just to me, but also to the fact that the number of tickets was not clear.
In addition, it would be of course such a waste of resources and a useless pollution to keep one third seat empty while nobody uses it.

Thanks for understanding, it's a pity that the phone operator could not do the correction, but I am confident that you understand the matter and I appeal to your awareness. This to avoid waste of time for both parties in ombudsman services (such as KKW), EU dispute resolution.

Ho bisogno di assistenza perche´ mi vengono rifiutati i pagamenti dalla carta je@nas.

Alle email non risponde nessuno, sono passati giorni.
E´ impossibile ricevere assitenza telefonica via telefono. Ho provato a chiamare sei volte.
Prima di tutto ho dovuto perdere un bel po´ di tempo a trovare il numero giusto dall´estero, perche' ce ne sono diversi.
Poi ho dovuto immetere codice cliente e generare immediatamente, durante chiamata, il token tramite app (che e´ installata sullo stesso telefono da cui chiamo, quindi MOLTO SCOMODO!).
Fatto tutto questo per diverse volte, nei menu non trovo opzioni per parlare con un operatore.

Dopo tantissimo tempo, ed incazzamento chiaramente, la vocina registrata mi dice:
¨tutti i nostri operatori sono occupati, provate a chiamare piu´ tardi¨.

Quanti altri giorni dovro´ aspettare?

ANTI SPAM SYSTEM BUGGY
I am reported as a spammer because I wrote a comment about homelessness, in a homelessness thread.

RANDOM MARKETPLACE BLOCKING
I got blocked from the marketplace for no reason.
The system tells me: we will let you know in 24hours, but more than two months are passed and I don´t get any information about why I am blocked.
I had high ratings on the marketplace and none of my listing violated the rules.

NO ENGLISH SPEAKING TECHNICAL SUPPORT
I have bought an item some months ago. Now it does not work properly. I don´t have the option for return, I just have two options: Call and chant with support.
They are both in German, even though I am located in Finland and Amazon.de is the site that sells to Finland.
I am extremely disappointend.

I am completely unsatisfied of GuestReservetion.com

They showed first a really low price, then at checkout it increased of 14$ more without even that I could notice it, because the price was written on the side of the webpage.

I will not use this service ever again.

MISLEADING URL
Actually they have a misleading url too, on the url I have read the name of the hostel which I wanted to book, so I even thought I was booking at the hostel´s website.
