We monitor reviews for authenticity
They use their own credit card so it wasnt matching my card. I wanted to cancel 1 minute after the reservation when i saw that i was billed 70$ more. But even if i paid on the 26 of march they say that if i cancel after the 21 of march (5 days prior to the day i paid) i will have a penalty of 1 night room so the full amount.
I paid with a visa debit and the payment went through and when i get at the hotel they ask me for a credit card. I offered to pay 500$ deposit (more than twice the amount of my one night stay) but they wouldnt let me. They used their own credit card so the transaction goes through but never informed me that i absolutely require a real credit card at this specific hotel (i never had any issue normally when offering to pay a deposit)
Dont use their service.
They Manipulated their site thinking your on the actual hotel website, seems legit but they have crazy fees inclusion! You have a policy that I can have my full refund if I can cancel it within 24 hrs, but you have given me a false date! Please go to hell.

This is a very deceitful and defrauding website. You think you're on a THE Hyatt hotel website... with a great deal. Using a mobile phone, I clicked on the button for "reserve"... I did NOT see totals yet. I added all my credit info and pressed "complete reservation >>" thinking that it would go to the next page (the >>) and I could see totals. But instead it popped up with "confirmed reservation" then I proceeded down to see that not only did they add $153.00 TX and svc charge, (I had only 3 nights at$113/night) but it's NON REFUNDABLE! I tried to call within 1.5 minutes. They mean it--- THEY DO NOT REFUND!

Guest Reservations advertised a specific room type at a particular location, secured payment for this room and location and then was completely unwilling to cancel the reservation without penalty after learning that the room they advertised and secured payment for was not available. Strongly recommend against doing business with this company, as they are engaged in fraud.

So 1st the website wouldnt work so i called in to make my reservation. When i arrive at the hotel, i find out the person booked me for the wrong date. I told him the 18th thru the 21st and he did the 19th thru the 21st. And i have the phone call recorded so i even double checked and i definitely told him the 18th thru the 21st. So i call back to get it fixed and they tell me, "sorry but there is nothing we can do, we can offer you a 10% discount but we cant modify reservations." So i ended up having to sleep in my car, with my 2 kids. And on top of that i never even got my confirmation email.

You are better off booking through the main hotel website. Though this site appears to offer lower nightly rates, the taxes and "service fees" they are charging are exorbitant! For a 2 night stay, their nightly rate was about $23 cheaper, but the final bill after taxes and fees (of $167!) was $60 more than the hotel charged us. Do not use this site! You are not saving any money booking through them.

I stayed there a week ago, two of the six mornings there was NO HOT WATER. Wrote the manager and got NO RESPONSE. Never going back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hi, I just wanted to warn anyone booking travel or accommodation through Guest Reservations Independent travel network. When I booked accommodation with them I thought I was booking directly with the Peppers Kingscliff hotel, that was my bad. Unfortunately due to the heavy weather in north New South Wales the event I was attending (Wedding) needed to be relocated and where Peppers did refund the guests booking directly with them Guest Reservations Independent travel network, would not give a refund. I did speak directly with Peppers and found them to be helpful generally but they were unable to help in this matter because the booking had been processed through Guest Reservations Independent travel network.
I hope Peppers look further into this organisation that represents them but I myself have learned an important lesson when it comes to these matters.
In future I will book using only reputable booking agents

This "agency" is a scam. Called the "guest reservation" number associated with a hotel I was looking to book. Upon discovering that this was a booking service, I indicated that perhaps I should be talking to the hotel directly. I was told that if I called them, I would be told to call Guest Reservations anyway, so "no need". I inquired about corporate rates and was told there was none available. Was quoted $107 a night rate, but then $43 of "taxes and fees" was added. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that they do not require a call to this agency and a corporate rate of $89 was available plus 11-12% tax.

They charged me 100$ for my reservation plus they told me the parking was free at the hotel ( I had to pay 50$ more at checkout) plus they told me that the pool was open at the hotel and I specifically asked about, it was one of the reasons I've chose that hotel, and it was closed. When I called them to ask what happened they email me saying that they didn't know and there's nothing they could do about it. Please don't use this!

They booked the room when I confirmed the room type. I had not seen anything except the price of the room at that point. I did not realize they charged $150 for their services. I also did not realize that they could book a room that could not be cancelled. I booked it 9 months in advance and was still not able to cancel it 10 minutes after it was booked. I did not realize that I was agreeing to anything except the room type. I was still trying to research costs of various rooms at the time. They are not open to discussion. They will cancel your reservation, but they WILL NOT REFUND ANY OF YOUR MONEY

I wish I could give this company less than one star... the whole site is a scam and the only reason I booked with them was because I thought I was booking through the hotel itself.
My first issue is I booked with them the night before I flew to my designated city, the company I work for requires us to book directly through the hotel and not a third party site for tax reasons so I called to cancel. I was then told you only receive a full refund if you cancel two days before your reservations, I thought this was ridiculous considering I booked the room the day before... how could I possible cancel it 2 days before when I had not even booked the room initially?
After I was told I couldn't cancel, I did some digging and found this site actually charges you more than if you were to call the hotel directly for a room. They actually charged me $60 more than if I would have just gone through the hotel itself.
Next, I get to my hotel that I booked through this site only to be told I could not check into my room because I was under the age of 21. No where on the site was it mentioned you had to be 21 or over to book a room with the specific hotel I chose. By this point in the day I'm exhausted because of my flight and it is below freezing outside. I was on hold with Guest Reservations for OVER AN HOUR only for them to tell me the hotel had put them on hold and they were waiting to hear back from them. They told me they would call me back or send me an email when they had discussed my refund with the hotel and could process it.
It's two days later and I still haven't received a call or email, nor my refund I was told I was receiving. Even if you have a legitimate concern with this company they make you jump through the most ridiculous hoops in order to even talk to an actual person instead of a computer, let alone resolve your problem. I can not warn everyone reading this enough to NOT book with this scam of a company.

Do not book with this company! I had to cancel within 10 minutes of booking and they claimed a 7k cancelation fee! It was 90% of the total cost of the hotel. This was within 10 minutes of booking! This company should be disbanded and I will report them to the right authorities. Better business bureau and other agencies that deal with fraud or egregious charges.

DO NOT EVER use this company. I was looking for a cheap room today 2/11/22 and found one through Guest Reservations which said " jackpot special ". It said $156.40. I filled out the credit card information and pressed BOOK. To my surprise my credit card was charged $240.33. A charge of $83.93 was listed as tax recovery charges and service fees. I quickly called customer service and got some guy with an Indian accent who said the resevstion was non refunslam and this was listed in thier 30 plus pages of fine print. This is unethical and a scam. Let the buyer beware.

I have tried to do book a hotel only for 1 night an searched for the best price. Other sites showed me a price 42€, but this site has showed me 37€! I have decided to use this booking service. Filled all fields, but at least i saw sum about 58€ sum, what wasn't showing before. So be aware of them!

I made a hotel reservation on my mobile browser and the final payment submit button on the site is on what looks like the bottom of the page so it is easy to not see the charge amount until after booking. The fee was on the page but was lower on the page.
The fee was 139 dollars on a two night stay where the room rate was 154 per night. The hotel states that if I booked directly with them the fee would have been closer to 40. The fee includes the taxes so some amount is expected.
The booking was made a week ahead of the stay and the company was contacted requesting a refund immediately after booking.
The company refuses to refund the booking stating the hotel won't let them. The hotel states that they will allow the cancellation.

Lesson learned when booking a hotel room. At booking, price was competitive but only after booking, I found they added almost $100 in "service fees," and was non refundable.

This company falsely advertises information and uses deceptive tactics to take your money. They show that you are getting charged all these so called "Resort Fees" then when you leave the hotels you get charged again by the resort. RUUNNNN AND DO NOT GIVE GUEST RESERVATIONS YOUR MONEY AT ALL! They are scammers and liars!
