Nice cleaning products Grove and i bought many products and they actually know what you need to clean your living place.
The worst experience is when you get your hopes up for a service that sounds too good. That's exactly what happened. I ordered through the website link on Instagram and then proceeded to download the app. Accidentally confused ship now button as a way to see more details on shipment. It turns out the order was the same products which I had previously only ordered enough to qualify for a side tray table so I needed that charge refunded. The first customer service agent named Charles T. Was confused by my message even though I clearly attached a file showing him which order was wrong. It had the order number clearly there but he canceled the wrong one which included the freebies for joining VIP membership. Then comes in Nicole V. a sweet heart and saves me the items I wanted on the current promotions. So I get my money back quickly and I'm left needing to do another order, again. When I get everything I semi wanted because I had to switch items since they were out of stock (not surprising because of current lockdown) then what comes next? My card no longer wants to go through and I start to receive error messages from the app which leads me to believe I needed time for it go through. I wait another day and do this process, again. The app switches to a website version on me so what is the point of an app? It tells me I am no longer a member so I have to start over, yet, when I start over and go to checkout I can't get my order processed. Then Patrick V. states the obvious of restarting my browser or deleting browser history. Don't you think I have done that already and more? I deleted and reinstalled the app and shut down my phone in hopes it did something. This app has my account frozen when I had foolishly shared to my friends and family after first purchase when I was excited. Overall, I'd like to prevent someone else from experience my frustration during this crisis, don't bother to order you'll waste your time when it's clearly not as fast and efficient as they like to promote in ads.

I love all of the products that I have bought and gotten for free. Great quality and generous gifts.
I started a membership with Grove a few years ago. I liked the selection of products and making my own delivery date. Once I realized they would send items unexpectedly, I was able to change it. That was my only real complaint. What has happened to them in the last six months, I don't know. A friend I had told about Grove received her first box and it was soaked from an open item. I told her it had never happened to me. It must have been an accident. A month later, a package arrived completely soaked. The items that usually came taped shut, had none. The paper used to keep items in place, gone. The free item I received was empty because it leaked in the box. It was as if someone opened the bottle and poured it into the box. When it was dropped off at my door, the box was caved in from the liquid. I called customer service and they gave the usual customer service responses from of "we are sorry" and "we don't usually have this happen". I asked for my free item to be sent to me. They said I had to wait for my next order. I wasn't happy with that, but, what else could I do. The free item was a limited edition Mrs. Meyer's item. The item was put in my cart. Before my item was shipped, it was removed and replaced with a different one. I assume they run out. Instead of holding on to it for me or telling me it was changed. I called customer service again and nothing happened. Sent them messages on Twitter and it was the same responses I see on here. They obviously don't care how and why they screw up. And certainly don't care to rectify or improve the situation. The only item I buy from them is a Grove product. Everything else I buy from local stores.

Charging above what I agreed. Wanted to try the product by decided to avoid since I was being lied to.
I so badly wanted to love this. I love all the products and the convenience of getting them regularly. However after my first box I didn't receive an item I ordered and I didn't receive a item that was free with a minimum purchase. I didn't think much about it and was still excited about the products I did get. I texted the text customer service number I received in my box and was told that the items I didn't receive had been added to my next box... wait so I have to wait another month for items I've already paid for and paid extra to get. I didn't think that was right so I called to check and see how to get the items. The woman on the phone told me exactly what the person over text had told me, I would not be getting my items until next month or she would add them for free to my cart. I opted to have them added to my cart for free, however when I went to check out they have a minimum purchase requirement to ship of $45. So I paid $60 and didn't receive items that I paid for and they want me to pay another $45 to get those items before next month. So I posted an Instagram story warning my friends and family that I felt Grove was a bit scammy. A little while later I received a message on Instagram from their Grove account insisting they could help make this right. 3 days later and they did the same thing the last customer service woman did and added them to my cart for free (which I'd then have to wait a month for or buy $45 worth of products to get it shipped now). I was never offered a refund only excuses. Buyer beware!
EDIT: After writing repeated bad but honest reviews I was refunded for the 1 item I paid for and didn't receive...
