I so badly wanted to love this. I love all the products and the convenience of getting them regularly. However after my first box I didn't receive an item I ordered and I didn't receive a item that was free with a minimum purchase. I didn't think much about it and was still excited about the products I did get. I texted the text customer service number I received in my box and was told that the items I didn't receive had been added to my next box... wait so I have to wait another month for items I've already paid for and paid extra to get. I didn't think that was right so I called to check and see how to get the items. The woman on the phone told me exactly what the person over text had told me, I would not be getting my items until next month or she would add them for free to my cart. I opted to have them added to my cart for free, however when I went to check out they have a minimum purchase requirement to ship of $45. So I paid $60 and didn't receive items that I paid for and they want me to pay another $45 to get those items before next month. So I posted an Instagram story warning my friends and family that I felt Grove was a bit scammy. A little while later I received a message on Instagram from their Grove account insisting they could help make this right. 3 days later and they did the same thing the last customer service woman did and added them to my cart for free (which I'd then have to wait a month for or buy $45 worth of products to get it shipped now). I was never offered a refund only excuses. Buyer beware!
EDIT: After writing repeated bad but honest reviews I was refunded for the 1 item I paid for and didn't receive...
