I always check my email to see good deals! It's like a daily routine! I bought something and for a technical issue it was duplicated. I contacted the Customer Service team with non immediate response but I must say that they solved my issue and I had a very good experience. Recommended!
They send me way too much spam. I don't need to buy stuff every day!
I ordered a pair of LAMB shoes for just under $175, a good price. They were delayed in getting to me and subsequently was out of town when they arrived. When I opened the box they did not match the quality I expected. I compared them to several pairs I own that I paid full retail on and they were not even close. They represented them to be authentic, impossible. By the time I opened everything, the 14 day return period passed. I will never purchase from ideeli again.
Worst customer service. The never honor the groupon promise. Brought a groupon for car-alignment, but never could get an appointment, and had it done elsewhere as I was getting new tires. Now they would not refund. They used to be good before, but it is getting bad to worse now. Will be soon going out of buisness...
I am obsessed with Groupon. I get on at least 3 times a day and receive all emails and notifications from them. This site is a great site to find the best things at discounted prices. And regardless of how much money you have, who are we kidding... EVERYONE LOVES A DISCOUNT!
Horrible customer service! The groupon misrepresented the actual deal. It was for "a dental checkup with exam, x-rays, cleaning, and fluoride treatment" at Ocoee Dental Care P. A. The company was just horrible. They refused to give me a cleaning or exam unless I paid them another 30 dollars even though the groupon said that these services were included. They told me they would brush my teeth for me after taking the X-rays without using any dental equipment. If I wanted them to use dentist equipment I needed to pay them the 30 dollars in addition to the groupon. They claimed that in the small print it is written that an "extra $30 fee may apply for a more complete exam depending on patients condition." However I had no condition that required anything other than what the groupon stated. When I called groupon they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally reached someone they told me that there was nothing they could do because of the small print, even though I explained the situation and told them that I did not want a more complete exam- I only wanted what was advertised on the groupon. They told me they would look into it and get back to me. I never heard anything from them. Groupon does not advocate for consumers in any way. Buy a groupon at your own risk. I spent $39 on a groupon without receiving the service stated.
I have been buying groupons for about 2 years. I have not had much trouble with redeeming them. Yes for the most part every thing goes smooth. A couple of places I have gone to eat were not up to my standards and I should have call groupon to the carpet for the experiences but choose not to do so. I recently tried to use a groupon for a sushi restaurant in my area which all signs indicates gone out of business. I called numerous times I have driven by there a few times to find that there is card board all around the window. I went to the business next door and was told they have not seen anyone in three weeks. I informed groupon and they are looking into it almost two weeks now. I asked for a refund and they offered me groupon bucks. I have went back and forth with one of their csr which seems to think I am going to settle for groupon bucks. The guarantee is not an actual guarantee that they post stating if you are not satisfied with your experience groupon will make it right. How can I make a judgement and I can't have the experience. Only if you are not asking for your money back... Beware.
I love this site and would recommend it to anyone based on my experience.
Tips to you would be to always google the item you want to see if you truly are getting a good deal, and to ALWAYS check when they say they could ship the item.
They usually say when they expect to send it away.
Also pay close attention to the return policy. If you wish to return an item outside of their guidelines it isn't necessarily their fault. But remember, you can buy clothing and try it on basically risk free- My recent deal was a $500 gown for my prom that I got for about $250.

This is pretty good- I don't understand all the complaints. Although I just sent a return in, so if they don't refund me I may have to make a complaint... but up until now it's been great! Good selection and fast shipping for that kind of site.

$75 worth of wine for $25. You have a purchase at least $75 worth of wine to get the total voucher of $75. The extra money on your voucher doesn't help cover the cost of shipping. It still ended up costing me $23 for tax and shipping. It wasn't a good deal after all. Won't buy any more vouchers from groupons!
I am so disappointed with the your customer service. I have used Groupon for years and only recently had a very negative experience. I paid $400 for a $800 photobooth to use at my wedding. When I contacted the vendor, he told me he was already booked that day and to ask Groupon for a refund. When I contacted Groupon, they told me it was in the fine print and they would not give me any refund. They suggested I gift the groupon to someone else. $400 is a lot of money, especially when planning a wedding. As a marketer I have recommended clients do Groupon promotions to gain awareness and build an audience. Since Groupon do not look out for the customer or the business involved, I will no longer recommend or use them.
Received a wrinkled, literally balled up suit, not as depicted on website. Then signed on and account had been replaced with new account (my email with a "1" at the end) with no order history. Such a waste of time and money. Lucky me. I get two wait 48 hours for a return label. Then trek to post office to return something that is not at all what I ordered and then wait for a refund less whatever ridiculous deductions they have the nerve to charge. Not the convenience I am looking for when online shopping.

I was using them for a while and had no major problems but after they refused to help me with a purchase from a deal where what was advertised was not delivered and were very rude about it, I refuse to ever give them my money again. It just takes one really bad experience to ruin years worth of business.
We tried to order at the site twice and they arrived on time and the product arrived at the date they stated in the site, i'm pleased.
I just placed another order again. And their customer service was responsive and accommodating.

One deal for an Indian meal for 4 was okay. Other deals I've tried have failed miserably. Don't commit any more than you can afford to loose, for me that's about 25 gbp and I did. Trying to get a refund has proven impossible, what a con!
My advice is to stay well clear.
I have ordered from ideeli before, but I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered a pair of heels from them on February 21 to match a dress that I was going to wear for my birthday party on March 30. I ordered them over a month in advance to make sure that if I change my mind, I can always buy a new outfit and have plenty of time. First, they sent my order to the WRONG ADDRESS which caused a return to sender, since the address they mailed it to was incorrect. They tried to blame it on UPS/USPS, but why would it be an undeliverable address if the correct address was printed on the label? So I chat with a rep (BECAUSE YOU CAN'T CALL AND SPEAK WITH ANYONE) and they tell me I have to wait until they receive the package and they will mail it back out. They mail it again and I finally receive it yesterday 3/28 (a month and a week after I ordered) AND THEY SENT ME 2 DIFFERENT SHOES! As in, 1 turquoise shoe and 1 nude shoe... not the wrong size or a small mistake like that but 2 different COLORED shoes. Is it that hard to make sure you have a complete order before shipping your products out? I'm now beyond pissed and have to purchase a new dress and shoes before my birthday party tomorrow. Thanks for ruining my 25th birthday ideeli!

I've had a very bad experience with one of the vouchers I bought from Groupon. The partner did not want to respect the vouchers terms and conditions and set some conditions of his own that ware not to my liking at all. Also he had a very aggressive attitude. Groupon should better chose who they work with, a filtering of the business would be indicated.
As a new small business, I found the service@ groupon horrible! They want to cut your prices down to nothing and then give you half of nothing! The first rep I spoke with took all my information and then she was fired. The new rep was even worse than the first. That must have fired the wrong one. When you call business service you alway speak to someone different and they do business with companies that aren't even using their legitimate names. Group-pawn was right! No CEO and No Clue
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
