We use Groupon to buy a new experience (restaurant, service, etc) at a discount to see if we like it. I check in often (cia them emails that Groupon sends) to see of new things to do.

Have tried new restaurants, gone to concerts, oil change, nails done...

I have been working with a Customer Service rep (Bharat Sabnani) that is not assisting me very well. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and my requests are being ignored. There has to be someone else I can escalate this to. It is in regards to a Double Wide Detox Stomach Wrap that took almost a month to deliver and when it was delivered the wrong size was sent. I am now getting the run around and my requests/emails are being ignored all together. I can not believe I'm being treated so badly over a twenty dollar item. I placed the order correctly; I waited patiently far longer than I should have, there should be no reason why I can't get a refund for the item.

Ideel needs to buck up on their QC. I have had 2 instance now with 1 having a defective good which they allowed me to keep. 2nd instance is sending wrong goods, in this case it is a luggage which I had to return and then wait for store credit to be processed before getting another one, in which case it would have been too late for my travels. I wish they would check their goods as it is a big inconvenience on top of getting store credits which I do not plan to use anymore. After this incidence, I think I am done and will plan to close my account.

It took multiple emails and opening a dispute with PayPal to get my order from Roos Remnants. While the tumblers are cute, the stickers will never stand up to washing.

Customer service!

I got an email from Ideel the other day, but I don't remember ever signing up for them. Anyway, Kate Spade handbags was in the subject line and every time I hear about discounted/sale Kate Spade bags I have to look. I found one I liked for a little over $200. And since it was my first purchase there, I was getting 20% off. It came out to $192.

I personally hate that companies don't put a link to the item you purchased in your confirmation email. I get really excited about some purchases and want to go back and look at them! So, I ended up Googling the name of the bag. I saw that it was on Kate Spade's website for $178... and that's without an extra 20% off. That was disappointing, BUT it was only $14 and it was my fault for not shopping around.

So then I got the voicemail from Ideel asking me to call and confirm my order. I shop online a lot, and I've never received a call like that. I Googled that too, and found this page with sooo many awful reviews. So then I started worrying that they could send me a fake bag or not send it at all. I went to the website and did the live chat and asked if I could cancel the order (since they said if I didn't call to confirm it may be cancelled anyway). The representative said that I could. I said thanks, then she immediately signed off, which made me nervous that it wouldn't actually get done. But a few minutes later I got an email confirming it was cancelled. I got an email this morning confirming that I had not been charged and would not be charged (my bank account reflects this as well).

So, the takeaways:
1. Their customer service is actually pretty great. I know someone's review said they'd rather get customer service over the phone but as a millennial I dread making phone calls like that, so I was very pleased with the chat option, and that they just went ahead and cancelled it for me!
2. Shop around before you buy something (even just Googling the name of the item). I don't blame them for selling the bag more expensive than the Kate Spade site, I blame myself for just ordering it without looking around!
3. I'm giving four stars instead of five based on the calling to confirm your order thing... it just freaked me out.

Still no refund!

I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter's June wedding at the end of January. Received one, which was too large. Emailed to ask if 2nd dress could be shipped in smaller size, was told no, emailed again asking to cancel the second dress, as I was sure it would be too large, and I would definitely be returning, response: No. 2nd dress arrived over a month after 1st, was too large, so both returned. I was credited for one dress, but not the other. They were returned in the same box, with packing slips. I have contacted Ideel 4 times, and they keep telling me that I have my refund. They still owe me over 120$$! Do not do business with this company!

I have been trying for almost 3 weeks to find out how to post reviews for items I purchased on their site. They keep telling me that they will send me out a link to due that and still have never got one. Finally they told me to just tell them my review and they'll post it as me. I think their reviews are fake for the supposed great products they sell since after all my purchases and emails I have never once been allowed to comment on anything I bought.

I am disappointed with Groupon. Bought a photography course. It was difficult to book and then staged in a basement with 10 other crammed people. Not what I had paid for. They should make sure the services have booking availability

Do not purchase undergarments from Groupon. First off, it took exactly 11 days to receive my delivery from the state that's right next door to my home state. Then, after receiving the package I noticed all of the garments were different sizes. I called to exchanged and was told no. Therefore I'm stuck with six undergarments all different sizes. Just remember when you order from Groupon at their cheap low prices. You are getting what you pay for. Please go to Amazong. Better quality and better customer service.

Don't fall for the "free returns" stated on the website. Items are only eligible for free returns if you choose store credit instead of a refund. I paid $9.95 for shipping on an order so subsequent orders during the month shipped free. I returned a pair of jeans, which qualified for free shipping, and was charged $8.95 for shipping back the returned item. If I had chosen store credit the return would have been free. So I essentially paid 200% of the shipping charges I had been expecting. I hope the $8.95 is worth a lot to ideel.com because that is the last money they'll ever see from me.

Worst experience EVER

This website is seemingly a total scam. I ordered my purchase and within two days received a call saying I needed to verbally confirm (which I've never heard of for online ordering?!?). They said I needed to call within 24 hours to confirm my order. I called THREE times in 24 hours and never received a call back. Then I emailed their support email TWICE and never received a return email or call. It's been over a week and I still have no heard from anyone and am very concerned they're going to steal my money and never even send this purchase which was almost $400! I finally spoke to the "live chat" person today and they were absolutely NO help. Ideel.com if you don't respond you're a total scam and the worst online shopping I have ever encountered.

Never use this site. I did order my bean bag 14 days ago and still chasing for the delivery. When asked the customer service on 10th day they said, I ll get my order in a day or 2. Now its 3rd day. When tracked my order on shipping website Fedex, It says "your order has not been shipped yet"

I dont know when i ll get my order. Even m afraid I ll get it or not.

Again I asked the customer service and they said mam we are still working on the issue which has been said 4 days ago as well.

Crap service. Dont wanna give a single star.

I have had a nightmare experience with Printerpix. I have worked with them for two months trying to get the product that I paid for. Now I just want to be done and want my money back from them and Groupon. Groupon basically has not helped me at all. For some reason I thought they would since they introduced me to Printerpix.

I recently bought a $116 Groupon Getaway for a one night stay in Toronto. When I noticed the Visa charge had jumped to $152 I contacted Groupon to ask why the difference. I was told the fine print noted the offer was in US dollars. Note that this particular fine print was not repeated in the order information you have access to once you've purchased the offer. If you missed it up front you don't get a 2nd chance. It turns out the one night cost us more by using a Groupon than if we'd booked through the hotel directly.

The site is easy, intuitive, and beautiful! Those big photos of travel hotels lure me in and the newsletters (be it a tad annoying) also notify me of local finds. The site has helpful profiles, links, and great bullet points about the 'important stuff'. Nothing confusing here.

The Groupon Goods are always reliable and high quality.

I've never had a problem getting a return from a Groupon that I had an issue with, or a Groupon that had business closing. Their support is fast and attentive.
