They cancelled it because the product they post was not available. I purchased Arche tall boots. Imagine expecting it to arrived and to be used in a special event. They even did not warned me that they cancel it. What a bummer! I could have look for other options. This is how they treat their customer, very unprofessional.

Beware of other hotel reservations. But I assure you this site is safe and replies in less than 24 hours for any concerns regarding your essential needs to where you are staying.

Fast shipping if you order contact lens but will rate very poor on eye frames and other stuffs. Beware, don't send an email for updates of order, I waited for a month, decided to call them after no reply. Ordered March 8th updated me that Gucci eyeglass prescription will be available on August... Then why make it available in their website and no follow up email. Ordered cleaning solution and eyeglass for laptop Gunnar optics, inquired for updates via email, as expected no reply. Decided to call them after a month and inform me where the hell I got those items and yet I got charge from my credit card.

They need to update their website and improve their customer service. But I don't have problem ordering contact lens...!

Receiving wrong item or apology email that they don't have the item. What a bummer! IT happened to me 2 times in two months. Very poor service!
