I've been a graze customer for almost a year now and I'm still excited every time a box shows up in my mailbox. I rarely get things I dislike since I've taken full advantage of their rating system and I've never had a problem with delivery or charges. Their website is clean and simple and makes it easy to suspend a delivery if I'm going away or would prefer to save the money for a month. It's a shame to see them being torn apart by people who only wanted free food with no actual interest in the company. I plan to stay a grazer for a long time to come because they've been nothing but good to me!
Excellent choices price is a little on the high side but with coupons and deals it makes it worth buying to be able to have a variety of healthy snacks for me and my child. The only issue with school coming up a lot of the schools are peanut free. With my picky eater I need to send her with protein filled snacks.
I love Graze! The vast number of choices and variety really makes this concept work. A lot of creative combinations for snacking also! My favorites are any flapjack and the white chocolate with blueberry toasts. Very yummy!
Graze is great! It feels and tastes like a snack without the guilt. I personally am a salty crunchy snacker but love the sweet stuff in graze, too - especially the flap jacks. They have such a satisfying chewy texture. I look forward to the boxes for something different to eat as is or as toppings for yogurt or fruit. I enjoy trying things I've never had before. It's an interesting and delicious variety. I would recommend this service to anyone interested interested in healthy, tasty food alternatives.
And one other thing, their packaging is unique, fun and easy to open.
Moments after placing my order I realized that the shipping address was incorrect and reached out to Graze. I was told that there was nothing they could do and if the package is undeliverable it would be disposed of by USPS. So even though I immediately contacted them they have no way of correcting the address before it ships out? A little hard to believe. Arianna said she will keep her fingers crossed I still get it. I just wasted $37 on snack I will never receive because of their poor customer service and/or lack of capability to rectify the issue in their system.

Unfortunately, due to the way our system is set up, we cannot make any changes to a shop order once it is confirmed. This helps us get snacks on their way to customers as quickly as possible, but does mean we can't intervene even if a customer contacts us immediately after placing an order.
We outline the details of the order throughout the checkout process, to allow customers a chance to review all the information and make any changes if necessary. I apologize if it wasn't clear that your snacks would be going to an incorrect address though, and we appreciate your feedback about this.

We have used this service for about a year to provide unusual and unique snacks for our kid's lunches. I was a little disappointed in the number of snacks with added sugars, but there was definitely some snacks we LOVE! I did contact customer service on two occasions and they were helpful in both cases. Overall, I wish the bag sizes were a little bigger and a few more snacks were available more natural ingredients but I am not dissatisfied with the program as a whole.
When I first joined graze it was because I had a free trial and thought, "What the heck?" After experiencing the snacks in that first box, I was hooked. The portions are perfect for someone who is watching their weight (me) and the snacks keep me full in the afternoon when I need a pick-me-up. There have only been a few of the snacks I've tried that I didn't like. The website is so easy to use when rating your snack boxes and their shipping rotation gives plenty of variety so you're not eating the same snacks over and over again.
$14.00 is way too much for the tiny amount of product. I thought I would be getting a good deal, especially since Amazon Fresh and Prime pantry are so cost effective. I don't know who could afford almost $60 a month for 4 boxes. This site is a ripoff, snack on that...
Absolutely tasty and fresh and not anymore expensive than buying snack food at a grocery store and packing it yourself. I have two children, 1st and 2nd grade, and they are required to take a daily snack. It's been very convenient. The kids don't like all the Graze products so I need to figure out how to get their favorites delivered instead of the variety. The website isn't clear on that issue.
I love the ones that taste like cake--strawberry cheesecake and carrot cake. Wonderfully deceiving.
All their snacks are relish but i really love the portions because i snack small over the day. Also helps when i'm in a binge eating kind of mood because this stops me from doing that versus having a huge bag of food and trying not to eat it all haha.
I thought Graze was a clever idea so I gave it a try. Snacks are pretty tasty. I have not ran across anything I absolutely didn't like yet, and been thru several boxes. For some people, yes, the portions maybe too small. However I found that it was perfect and worked really nice alongside the diet plan I was following this summer and achieved successful weight loss. I recommend to anyone looking for a variety of flavors while eating a little better at the same time.
So far so delicious! I have been receiving the 8 snack variety pack for a couple of months now and I'm addicted! I will however say that not every snack "fills me up" inbetween meals. I get hunger cravings easily as I am quite active and usually need an afternoon boost to keep me going!
I created a graze Acct to me from junk foods at the vending machines and that goal is accomplished. I'm still exploring different boxes to choose likes and dislikes. I have an intolerance to certain nuts (almonds, walnuts) so options have limitations. My co-workers are definitely curious!
I received boxes weekly for over 2 months. We didn't like most of it. When I tried to cancel they refuse to acknowledge me. My password wont work to log in. It will not recognize my email to reset password., although they have sent welcome e mails and almost weekly e mails to that very e mail address that they claim does not exist in their system. I have used their links to e mail them to cancel with out any response. There is no phone number to call ans speak to someone. I now have to cancel through my credit card company. What a huge hassle! Just another corrupt company!
Graze boxes are a great value and have a lot of healthy snacking options, which I love. However, I've only received a handful of snacks I truly enjoyed and most were the various fruits. The savory snacks are just really lacking in flavor. And if there happens to be nuts and fruits together the nuts are always a touch soggy.
UPDATE: I was contacted and they gave me a replacement box to make it up to me. I thought that was incredibly nice of them!
I didn't have any issues with my free box. I went and picked out some of the things I thought I would want to try and I got a couple in my free box. I just got my second box along with my $6.00 charge. I have had no problems so far and LOVE my graze box! They're delicious little snacks that help keep the day interesting :) I don't feel it's a scam, and before signing up, I always read the FAQ's and policies on charges and how everything works before giving my cc to any company- esp online. With this being said, some people will just have issues, while others, like myself have smooth sailing with companies like this. I was super impressed with the customer service I received when signing up for graze.com. There was some technological issue on my end and Rachel S. Was so accommodating and understanding. They truly care about their business and consumers. I haven't yet started the service but loved the customization and variety of options.
Snacks are nice but expensive - initially I tried to cancel because we were going away for a few weeks during the summer. I was unsuccessful in canceling then - i might have resumed once we got home because the snacks were generally good... expensive however for the size - also a lot of packaging. I went through the cancellation process again last week and there is another charge on my card for a shipment scheduled next week. There is no way to communicate and they don't send you an email confirming cancellation. Second time I took screen shots but even that is a bit ambiguous. Shame because they have a nice business - just shady business practices.

I wish I didn't click on all the snacks. I was open to trying some new stuff but sadly I should I stuck to what I like. I now have way too many snacks I don't want. But the ones I do like I end up loving! So I'm overall pretty happy with keeping the subscription. I do think the price is a little high as well. I can go get a box of snack bars for about 6-7 bucks at the store and those are just as healthy.
I'm only on my third Graze box, but they've sure hit my preferences on the head with just enough sweet vs salty snacks & maybe even too many items per week.
The best I can say about the snacks is 'I loved it; send me more' about the herby bread basket & peachy orchard. The worst I can say was 'under-seasoned' of the Italian herb focaccia & the everything bagel. They get 4 stars because not every snack was wonderful.
Lots of their combos are intriguing & I'm looking forward to trying some of them.
Their website is easy to use, if awfully long to get thru to choose your snack types. The boxes were on time & in good shape for the first few months, but lately they seem to arrive late & randomly.
The service is a little pricey, but worth it for to-my-door delivery. I think I'll keep it for another few months & I may recommend them to friends.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
