No give it a miss, you will spend much time trying to stop the payments, the so called free box is the carrot to tempt you it's far from free.

It's ALL a COME ON. A FREE BOX? THEN WHY A CREDIT CARD? They will CHARGE your card BEFORE you have a CHANCE to CANCEL. TRUST ME. There isn't enough food to feed a pigeon and their tactics and customer service are NILL.

Hi Athena,

Thanks for your interest in graze.

We're certainly a safe service to use. Your first box is 100% free and you'll have easy control of your orders through your account online, so that you can cancel before any payment if preferred. It's just worth bearing in mind the cut-off time for changes to your order, which can be found in with your order details after your account is made.

In terms of why to choose graze, every one of our snacks has a nutritionist-approved benefit, they're all portion-controlled so that you can enjoy right from the pack, we offer an exciting variety of over 100 different and exclusive recipes, and convenient home delivery. We just recently updated our profile information about this, which you might find helpful:)

If you have any specific questions where you'd like more detail, please do feel free to reach out to our customer services too, at hi@graze.com.

I'm very sorry for the delay to this reply, Athena! I hope this is still useful for you.

I've been getting boxes for a year now. My girlfriend and I are always excited to see it in the mail box. The snacks are hit or miss sometimes... They are serving size portions so keep that in mind. They charge my card 6.99 a month and my boxes come automatically. We kind of made it our thing to save graze for movie night and see what goodies we got. People say it's hard to back out of the deal once you start but it's actually pretty easy to cancel just have to look into it a little
