Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card

It seems that they send out your 1st paid box before you have a chance to even try the so called free box.

Hi Suzanne,

It's great to hear you're giving graze a try:)

After adding a free box offer, your first box will definitely be sent completely free of charge - there are no hidden costs to this.

You can check that you definitely added your free box discount from here: www.graze.com/us/account/payments

You will also have made a recurring order for boxes due after the free sample, and those would be charged at our normal price.

However you can of course cancel this continuing order if you choose to - you can see how in our FAQs: www.graze.com/us/help/faqs#payment-cancellation-questions

Please keep in mind the cut-off time for cancelling your next boxes to make completely sure that no payment would be taken, if you prefer not to continue. You can see the cut-off time for your order in with your order details by clicking 'manage recurring order' here: www.graze.com/us/orders

I hope this is helpful, Suzanne. We'll also be happy to check your account for you and answer any further questions you have - by all means reach out by email at hi@graze.com :)
