My experience with Graze has been very positive. For the most part I enjoy the fact that I can rate my snacks and in turn receive graze boxes that are tailored to my taste. There have been a couple of months where I received repeat snacks that were not my favorites but I'm thinking that this is something that may sort itself out after I've received more snacks and have more ratings available to create my boxes. Overall a great experience!
I really have enjoyed Graze and the voting piece of choosing snacks. There just arent enough to keep me coming back for very long. Im considering trying a new company like NatureBox instead for more variety.
I seeked out graze originally because I'd grown tired of my usual snacks (Kind bars, protein shakes, snack mixes made at home). And, although I've found just about every snack very good, the cost is simply too much. The other snacks I typically have run somewhere between $1 - $1.50 per snack, but the graze snacks are more than $2 per, so I will likely not use them long-term. It's been nice for a break, though.
Graze snacks are unique (seldom something you can find in the grocery store) and fresh (1-2 week shelf life, so not chock full of preservatives). I also love the portion size -- just right for those mid morning and mid afternoon cravings. Best of all, they taste amazing!
They're great choices- things I wouldn't normally make myself. Sweet & salty selections that work very well together... Not to mention how easy it is to have portion control now too... I really like these little treats!
I've only received a few boxes, and I'm already getting lots of repetition. Out of 8 snacks, usually 1-2 of them are nearly inedible. Some are very good though. Given the repitition, I feel like I'll likely cancel my subscription soon.

Graze has been a fantastic snack box. I'm a super busy college student and I just lost a large amount of weight. I love the fact that the snacks are proportioned and there is a lot of variety. I do wish that there was more customization like a sweet, low calorie box, because I'm not a fan of salty snacks most of the time, but I don't want to go through an delete snacks completely or individually.
Graze snacks are definitely a hit in my household! The abundant combinations of flavorful snacks keeps everybody happy and healthy. Perfectly sized, no mess to clean, eco-friendly packaging, they've thought of everything!
I get so excited every month to see what I'll find in my Graze box! While some of the items have been a little crazy for my taste, most everything has been amazing! It helps me branch out and try some new things, discover new flavors!
I keep about 5-10 of these little snack options at my desk for when I work through lunch. Nice variety of savory and sweet options, and I have yet to find one I don't like. So easy to throw them into my kids school lunches, or hand them to hold them over until dinner. Seriously convenient.
AVOID this company they will rip you off. Do not fall for there free sampler box they will abuse your credit card and charge you for boxes that you don't want. I promptly canceled my account minutes after receiving the sample box. Didn't matter they still sent me two boxes and charged my card even though they admit that I did cancel my account and any further orders.
Please do yourself a favor and don't buy into this high priced crap. Portions are extremely small and no better than what you can get at your local whole foods store or farmers market. I am not one to write reviews but after the frustration of dealing with the jerks at Graze I thought I would put it out there to try and save someone else the frustration.

I have a hard time getting my meals in at regular intervals. I love that Graze snacks are small and portable. They area also delicious. You won't find these treats in any store. Whoever creates the flavors is a genius!
Nothing for free. Charges immediately upon selecting a sample box you never get, just get this 8 pack for $14.99 which is horrible and mostly unhealthy. Supposed to be high in protein but 6 of the 8 don't even give 60 g Protein per 2K calories. Scam. Horrible. Hate them.

My son usually ends up snacking with me so I get only a bite. I would say it's probably something to keep at your desk at work but not as a thing for home if you have kids. Also there are a fair number of snacks that just don't taste like much. Not that the items wouldn't be things I could like, but the ingredients I suspect are all low fat which often equals tasteless. I'm considering quitting.
My granddaughter and I have really enjoyed the surprises in our box of goodies. We love the flapjacks (she takes them on her field trips at school) and we share everything else. The variety has been super. I've been sharing with our office staff too. Everyone is testing the water... Perhaps it will garner some new customers for you.
I highly recommend Graze to all my family and friends. I love having the perfectly proportioned, healthy, filling and delicious snacks delivered every week. I can throw one in my purse when I am running out the door to meetings and didn't have time to eat. They give you an energy boost when you need it.
I also recieved a coupon code and thought since my husband was diagnosed with Cancer this would be good for him well a few he liked, when we wrote them we never got a response from them and of course they kept on sending stuff he didn't like. Please help

I also got an offer for a free box. After going on the website and looking around and ordering the "free" box with the code given, I checked out the different types of boxes on the site and found that that constituted ordering them. I was charged for three boxes ($35.97), when I in fact only ordered the "free" box. I was able to get a refund for one box from Graze (after supplying my "free box"code a second time because they said the first time I did not use one (an out and out lie)), but I was refunded the rest from my credit card company, as they have been made aware of this company and consider them a predator site. Please tell everyone you know to avoid this company. Don't make them learn the hard way what we have learned by sad experience. GRAZE is a predator site and their website is a trap. Don't go there.
I got charged for the supposed free trial subscription. There customer service was prompt. Although very hard to find how to contact them. They insisted the charge was correct. Way too expensive, 4 little snacks for$11.99. And on top of it they were not good, the pretzels with chocolate were stale. AVOID if possiible.
Mostly all positive. Most of the items included are good and I like them. Some suck. I had reduced my acceptable items to a point a box could not be filled for one reason or another. I got skipped for delivery once. They DID give me 1/2 off my next order which was nice and appreciated.
But I gave them permission to double-up on snacks I really liked. They wouldn't do it! Double of something I like is better than having to eat something I HATED just because. This is/was my main complaint. I think it's stupid.
Other than that fiasco, Graze is OK and I usually limit myself to every other day snacks. Works for me but I still wish I could get double stuff I like instead of eating bird food.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
