Absolutely ridiculous! This site has repeatedly failed its customers. Multiple times, I've booked tickets well in advance at a reasonable price, only to have them canceled a week before departure due to so-called "operational reasons." While they issue a refund, it forces customers to rebook at exorbitantly high last-minute prices.
If you cancel a bus, the bare minimum you should do is either arrange an alternative ticket for us or compensate us with the actual amount required to rebook—usually double the original price!
Once or twice could be excused as an operational hiccup, but this has happened multiple times. It seems like a deliberate strategy to squeeze more money from your customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received while trying to resolve my refund issue. Despite repeatedly sharing the required documents, I have received no proper support or updates. Instead, I've been met with what feels like automated responses from your agent, Shreyansh Shreyansh, who consistently repeats the same message without addressing my concerns. It seems that he is either unable to open the documents I've provided or simply refuses to acknowledge them, which has been incredibly frustrating.
Moreover, I have not been given any direct contact number to escalate the matter, and I have now spent an unreasonable amount of time following up on this issue. After being a loyal user of your platform, this level of service is not only disappointing but unacceptable.
I strongly urge the concerned team to take immediate action regarding this matter and provide me with a timely resolution. The delay and lack of communication have been aggravating, and I expect better from your service.

Firstly, their website was not user-friendly at all. I encountered glitches while trying to search for flights, and the interface was confusing to navigate. It took me much longer than it should have to find suitable flight options.
These guys don't have any proper number to contact and don't respond to any call, I am not able to cancle my flight booking
Secured my travel under 2x policy but I wasn't aware that it's a total fraud. My trip was cancelled when I was on the way of railway station. I took a flight as I was having bookings for my 7-day trip. My trip costs 3500 but they refunded only 2700 instead of double amount. They gave me a voucher of 2700 with 7 days validity. How can I travel if I'm already out of town with this coupon. I raised an issue regarding same but no solution from their side. Never use Goibibo. They're fraud.

I made a booking on goibibo.com on 02 Aug'23 and i cancelled it on the same day within 30 mins. Your company agent yash and bhaskar tried to make the profit out of it. They told me that there will be airline cancellation fee, non refundable taxes and goibibo and make my trip charges. Though, I know that there are no airline cancellation fees if the booking is getting cancelled on the same. Hence there should not be any other charges or deduction if the booking is cancelled on the same day.
I was told by Bhaskar that there will be a service fee of 354/- per pax per segment e.g. 354 X 4 = 1416/- i was ok with that because i sense that goibibo will not give my money without deducting some charges.
Hence, I agreed to deduct 1416/- however when i got the refund there is a deduction of 5610/- which clis completely unacceptable. This is not what i agreed to deduct.

I booked london tickets long back. Since goibibo customer number was always not reachable, so i contacted airline directly and cancelled ticket. Airline has said they have refunded the money to goibibo. But i have not received any refund in my bank account from goibibo since last 50 days. When will i get my hard earned money? From last 9 days i am trying to reschedule my flight but i am not able to reschedule because of you. You are not able to provide me credit shell balance. Worst thing you are not update anything about the issue. Unskilled executive and waste person sitting at customer care desk. They doesn't know anything. Your act is totally fake. My last 3 bookings got cancelled without any reason. But the full payment was deducted from my card instantly. Now it's more than 15 days and still no refund. They don't have a customer rep to speak to. All you can do is chat with a stupid dump computer who repeats itself for 100 times. Stay away from this site.
While booking from goibibo don't expect to get any customer service, consider there are just a few programmers sitting on their desks with no support staff. In an unforeseeable circumstance you will have to spend a lot of them just getting the issue resolved

Had booked a cab. No cab arrived at stipulated time, no prior intimation for cancelling.No help through customer care.My booking amount got wasted to such ignorant people and trip also mismanaged. Please don't fall prey to goibibo, it's total fake and fraud. Very disappointing and horrible experience.

Most hotels in 3 star category and under 3 stars have one issue or the other or multiple issues. Looks like many of the reviews are cooked up, at least one or two for each hotel. The worst issue with most hotels in India are attached bath &/ washrooms. Often room size is very small for two persons/family. Sometimes rotten food is served.
Now for the 5 star hotels. What goibibo.com never tells you is the hidden taxes. This includes min bar bills.
I have done few bookings from Goibibo but fortunately never asked for a refund for any cancellation. Try to book directly from the airline website once you found cheaper fare from any travel portal. The price will be comparatively cheaper with no convenience fees.
Amazing stay n a special thanks to front office department for managing everything perfectly. Rooms are good if u have a good view. The hotel should have been considerate to keep the guests informed about it. Other than that, Shahrukh, Aalam, Manoj the entire breakfast team, and even the hotel gate guards are doing a great job maintaining.

This is a great hotel and the kids loved the room, breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. Nice place and location rooms are very nice overall this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
Booked a Resort room through Goibibo and immediately received a confirmation e-mail. Voila, and I was all set for the day. The resort was located around 150 kms from my place.
I reached the resort on time and was amazed seeing the location, and good crowd. In the back of my head, got a feeling it was already full.
