Despite of the flight cancellation and receiving complete refund from the airline GOIBIBO haven’t refunded my money. I have been waiting for 4 yrs

My recent experience with Goibibo's cab booking service was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite booking a round trip cab from Pune to Mumbai for an important meeting, I faced numerous issues that left me frustrated and helpless. Firstly, their app is designed poorly and doesn't capture accurate details, such as the drop time. While I considered drop time to be the time when I start returning back from Mumbai, the app considers it to be the time when I reach back home. This lack of clarity is misleading and Goibibo doesn't even send any intimation about it. How can they expect people to predict the exact time they reach back home, especially considering factors like traffic, driver's ability to drive, and car speed? Secondly, they don't share cab driver details until just 30 minutes before the start time. And even if there's an option to modify the time, their app doesn't allow it, and their customer care executive is unresponsive.
Despite all these issues, the real nightmare began when I had to spend more than an hour with their customer care executive during my morning. By the time I was able to connect, the cancellation window had already passed as App only allows talking to customer care once the cancellation window is over After going through a lot of torture, I was finally asked to pay an extra 2100 rupees to modify the time, which was not my fault. Even after agreeing to pay, they put me on hold, and the driver didn't answer my phone. Frustrated and helpless, I had no choice but to book another cab from Uber, which was available in just 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I missed my important meeting due to the more than 1.5 hours I wasted dealing with Goibibo's incompetence.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Goibibo and plan to share my experience on social media and consumer forums. They charged me 1600 rupees for advance booking, which they're obliged to refund as it was clearly a problem on their end. They were unable to modify the time on their app, I couldn't contact the driver before the start of the journey, and they put me through an unnecessary scrutiny process. It's unacceptable to provide such poor service to customers, and I hope they take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents don't happen in the future.

My flight was canceled due to lockdown in the pandemic and the airlines firstly created a credit shell. Later over email the airlines confirmed full refund to goibibo. Then when i tried doing the same from their app, it showed me partial refund of INR 1980, where as it should be INR 4970 as confirmed by airline over email. Rest INR 2990 was confirmed a refund within a week by their staff SWATI over chat. Now these buggers have credited 555 in my goibibo wallet and nothing about the rest INR 2185 they are saying as airline cancellation, whereas airline confirmed full refund. These useless and inefficient people could not do just a simple refund from more than a month I have been following up with them. I have been using them and am a Gotribe member, but will never use them ever again and will inform all around as well.
I have made a booking on March-12,2020 with booking ID: GOFLIMOBF0BDC*******328 from CLT to JED (PNR: TXJX£Q), the flight was canceled by the Airline due to government regulations on an immediate basis, just 2 hours before the departure. It has been since then, I am trying to contact the customer service of Go Ibibo and I must say, you have got the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
After speaking to several customer service agents, you guys do not care to respond or inform the status of my refund. Every time, I get a response that, it will be refunded, but so far no hint on the time required for these people to process the refund.

Cathay Pacific Airline has confirm they will provide 100% refund as well as Goibibo's third party ticketing agency also confirm for the same. All recording I have shared with Goibibo.

Since last twelve days I was behind Goibibo's team but nothing happen.

Issue: Goibibo Baggage policy.
Loss: Huge amount loss
I had my travel from Bangalore (India) to Dusseldorf (Germany) on Feb 2020. I have booked my ticket with the goibibo airline services (TO and Fro journey). In the generated ticket by goibibo the baggage policy is mentioned as below.
Allowed Baggage:
2 PC - check-in 23 kgs each
1 PC - Cabin 7 kgs each
I have traveled from Dusseldorf to Bangalore on December which is my onward journey and no issues with the travel.
Dusseldorf - Bangalore Airline details:
Dusseldorf to Munich - Lufthansa Airlines
Munich to Bangalore - Oman Airlines
During my return journey from Bangalore to Dusseldorf they have not allowed me with the following baggage.
Baggage Info:
2 PC - 23 kgs each
1 Pc - 7 kgs each
The Oman airways said they will allow only 30 kgs (1 pc is 15 kgs) which i don't aware.
I have not aware this because i have traveled from Dusseldorf to Bangalore with the same airlines. During my return journey i dont have a choice apart from paying the excess baggage amount since i cannot call to the Goibibo service in the short of span of my boarding.
GoIbibo Interaction After the Issue:
I have called the goibibo customer care next day and escalated the issue. I got vey poor response as follows.
1. Goibibo says we know the Oman airways provides 15kg of baggage of each piece.
Question: As a service provider if they knows the baggage allowance why cant it be printed in the ticket.
2. I have sent around 40 emails and more than 50 calls to the customer care and the response is very poor and they say that you need to check with the airlines.
Question: When we travel through multiple transists having more than 3-4 flights in between, Do we need to check all the airlines to confirm the baggage?
3. The service provide(GoIbibo) says yes you need to check with airlines.
Question: If we want to check all these information with airlines then what is the point in booking from Goibibo?
I have escalated this issue for more than 20 days and still continuing their response is as follows.
" We cannot do anything this is as per our policies and this is the final decision"
I have gone through the all the terms and conditions of the goibibo website and found weird terms and conditions in my opinion.
When a customer travels through some airlines cant those airlines information is clearly printed in the ticket?
Its a system generated ticket they can print if they want, if they knows the information how a customer will get know?
For example: "If any flight ticket cancels their flight until unless they provide the re-ticket we are not responsible for the amount paid "
What is this, then what is the need of booking from the service.
Moreover i sent all the attachments related to the tickets and their terms and conditions and clearly and they are telling its their final decision and they cant do anything.
I would like to bring this issue as many people are facing the same issue when i read through the reviewed and they are fed up to bring to the social media to make everyone aware.
My dear people please be aware with the services while booking tickets be clearly check with them if any details are confusing. This is to create the awareness.

I booked a room in bangaluru from go ibibo website a oyo room it was weitten check in before 6am i reached at 5.15 am to hotel by traveeling 1 hr from airport and had a imprtant meeting at 10 am in morning but the hotel manager refused to give a room and had to slept on passage of hotel as needed a rest for 3 4 hrs after i got up at 8 30 and was gvn a used uncleaned room just to freshen up
According to hotel n ibibo they are saying that i have checked in the hotel at 6 am whereas i have given all proofs in form of audio n vedio to their mail. They said go away 4kms we will gv another room subject to pay again the current rate and u will b refunded later so wen to take rest n at wat price book a taxi agaon to reach EVERYTHING MESSED

Our checkin was on May 29th 2019 and we called up on May 28th for an early check-in as our bus would reach by 6AM and our darshan was at 11AM. The Hotel staff asked us to visit and he would give the room.
We reached on 29th around 8AM and to our surprise the front desk staff Ms. Kasturi and along with her a gentleman said we will give early checkin and you have to pay 700/-. We said we were ready. Then she informed that the rooms in the range we had booked was not there and she would give other room and we had to pay more. We agreed to that. After 30 seconds she told us that she was sold out.
We requested her to give any room and then we could shift to our earlier booked room by 2PM standard checkin,. We only wanted to shower and go to Darshan as we had started the previous day at 10AM and we almost were on the road for 23 hours. She said there were no rooms.
My husband and I though we will talk to GoIbibo and though will sit in the reception. She said" Excuse me mam, can you please go now and come back at 2pm!" which literally ment "get out of my premises". It was 42 degrees outside, and we went to the room opposite to Jivanta which is Marigold and booked. We did have it on mind that we lost our 4000/-.
I called up Goibibo who conferenced my call with Hotel Jivanta and she stood by her words saying there were no rooms added to this I informed her that I had spoken to a certain gentleman the previous day who had promised me and I was ready to pay, she said there are no gentleman working at the Hotel:-) I said madam I saw a gentleman standing next to you- she said there are no gentleman at the Hotel again:-)
Then I realized, a person hell bent upon cheating can go to the extent of calling a gentle-man as not even a man!
Then repeated calls happened to Goibibo- she kept on tweaking the factual and at one point she said I offered her a room and asked her to wait for 30 minutes and she would not wait.
Now this was the breaking point where she let alone was not agreeing to give a room started lieing ion customers. I have been asking GoIbibo for the first conference call- they have heard to the call recording and they know Hotel Jivanta is cheating but Goibibo is clearly supporting them. They stopped responding to emails on June 3rd, to the calls or even to Twitter or facebook posts.
