They lie about international flight and charge money at the airport for over weight. And the staff member of spice jet fight and argue with my old age parents. I really like to file a case against them. Please guys avoid booking with goibibo and spice jet. They are fraud.

What matters to Goibibo is payment. Once payment is done, no one is there to help you. I booked a hotel and wants early check in. When I reached Hotel they allotted me a staff room which was dirty.The employee of hotel dont want to talk regarding your issue. I raise this issue couple of times but goibibo always give excuses everytime I called them.

I booked a ticket on 1 st April and it got cancelled, so flights are available right now that's why I m trying to contact with them but no one is there to pickup my call and no response from them. And I want to use my credit shell so I can reschedule my travel again. But in this situation I tried my best to reach them. Plz help me.

Worst app to deal with. Never book from here guys. Their customer support doaesnt work and i feel other travel apps should come up instead of Make my trip and Goibibo as they are both owned by the same owners

Never book any hotel through Ibibo. They cancelled our booking on their own at the last moment. There is no way we can connect with them since the customer care automated teller says that booking has been cancelled. That's it and nothing else.

Worst service ever. You cannot even complain anywhere. Goibibo should be shut down. They are just fraudsters

Never Book anything in this goibibo.com. It is totally worst, and all our money are wasted with no values. I booked a flight showing the itinerary as complete from Chennai to Tampa, Fl. But after paying these people separated as 2 Itinerary one till Boston which considered as internal travel with 2pc travel luggage allowed. And from Boston to Tampa it got changed to Domestic travel where i need to pay for baggage allowances. There is no any proper information shared while booking. They just showing the price highlighted but these kind of luggage, Multi Itinerary are in small font, not possible has good visibility. Their intention is make people to purchase ticket but the values reached to people is total zero. Just one time i booked and totally fed up, also customer service is hectic. All, please ever do not use goibibo.com, my humble suggestion please use direct airlines sites it 100% safe and effective. GOIBIBO.com is total waste and worst experience.

Fraud company

It is a big fraud company.The technical team in this company edit all information of complaint and prove u wrong. I would reccomend never ever trust goibibo.As well as they r not at all ready to hear from customer. When i booked my international flight from london to leeds their portal showed 2 baggage allowance bt when i contacted airlines they said their are no baggage allowance. When i reverted to goibibo they customised the page only. Shame on you.

I booked tickets, money got debited but no ticket was issued. Running pillar to post to reach out to their customer service numbers posted and also the emails that were posted in websites. The emails are returning back without being delivered. Unfortunately, I do not have any proof of purchase Looks like I have been cheated.

I bought a plane ticket from Kolkata(CCU) to New York(JFK) on Goibibo, on 5/13/2019, as it was offering the best price for the travel date of 5/14/2019. After I purchased the ticket online, there were no acknowledgement or confirmation on their behalf either in email or phone. After more than 10 hours have passed, I started calling the customer service. Everytime, they asked me same questions and repeated same jargon like a automated machine. All of them promised to resolve the issue within 2 hours and get back to me, but it never happened. After 7-8 calls with different customer representatives, they even stopped receiving my calls. After a few days of the scheduled departure of my flight, they finally called me up and offered me partial refund. In my opinion, they are incompetent and unprofessional bunch of people with terrible service.

Goibibo is a Fraud

Poor services and fraud
February 23, 2020

I booked a ticket to sikkim from this site. Entire booking amount was deducted but ticket confirmation was sent only for one way ticket.the payment done was doe a round trip. Upon contacting them via chat since no human response is available they blame the bank where as clearly they have recvd the entire amount.its time to stop booking from this site and move on to more reliable ones like make my trip. Pathetic services and downright frauds! Shame on you!

My international ticket was cancelled in april. I have still not received my refund of 72k. Goibibo is just fooling customers and filling their coffers. Please never book anything from their site. The holding company is makemytrip, so beware of that. One advice.pl always book through the airline directly.

I booked the bus using this company's app, they have taken advance payment, provided me with e - ticket, one no and all. On the day of traveling, I got the bus no. And driver no of Hans Travels, but at the bus stop, the bus staff denied for the booking telling that we don't have any information regarding your booking and our bus is fully occupied. When I talked about this to the goibibo agent, he was not able to help me out. Because of there unprofessionalism I suffered at bus stop at mid night I suggest not to use goibibo, they can make you suffer even after taking advance payment.

Continuous 30 hr calls with more than 8 agents. Each started from beginning of the issues. Every time 2/3 minutes on hold and then wait for 2 hrs and then call got disconnected. Then no call back in general. Again start to talk to agent and the calls will ring more than 40 min and by luck someone will receive the calls and start the issues from beginning again.
Within 30 hrs the reschedule not resolved.
Finally order for cancellation ND refund.
Be cautious while reschedule the flight.

Cheaters

Goibibo is cheating on people. U cannot reach them no email ID no customer care. Only idiot gia is there to irritate you. Gobibio.com/support/ is useless and non responsive. It's a scam. Whosoever is the owner of this site. People of our country will not let you go like this. If we booked through your site it was by trusting you. Now it's your responsibility to serve us. If make my trip and yatra can respond then y not you.

Company Makes Fools

I have Lock the Price of Flight on ******* giving 2994, After one day when i go to confirm booking, it shows to pay *******-, when i called customer care they said that we will refund amount, you continue payment. We continued payment and then they denied that they is no system of Refund. They are Cheat.
Please Check before going through booking. Its my Strong Recommendation that dont waste your hard earn money while booking your flight with GOIBIBO

I've booked Bus to Goa with Rs 4442 but again I've cancelled it because of Date issue. They are returning only Rs 632. That too Goibibo wallet. They looted Rs. 3810 of mine. When I Called them Custome Support people are saying It's just a Policy, we cant do anything.
It's waste of booking in Goibibo. Goibibo is Fraud Company, Guys Don't prefer this. Waste of money.

Worst Customer care. Idiot robot is chatting. No one to assist. All the no's available in Google are false. It will not route you to any executive.
My flight got cancelled. I received refund from indigo for cancellation of flight. But I didn't receive amount which I paid extra for front seat. Pls careful while paying for the seat. These cheaters will not refund you that amount.

I booked hotel once. Due to technical issue amount debited but not received to hotel. It is with goibibo people. Tired of following up via mail. No response. So pls careful while booking hotels.

Another incident, I booked ticket in march for Nov travel. Unfortunately due to covid I didn't travel. Nd cancelled booking in Nov. They didn't return my money as the booking was older than 6 month (march). Again so many mail exchange to get the amount.

So choice is yours think before using it. It's too good nd flexible for bookings but worst when it comes to Refund nd customer care

Worst Booking Experience! I wish I could rate negative. I booked a ticket for first week of Dec 2020, now due new covid norms post Diwali i planned to cancel my Ticket, but the cancellation option on the site does not work. Nor we were able to contact via call as they do not have manual customer support. They only have a BOT. We had to reach to the airlines and get it cancelled. Now when i need my refund their refund claim feature in the app is not working, tried reaching them multiple times but no answer these guys don't respond at all. They have the worst customer service ever. The calls doesn't connect. The app is terrible. There is no way to connect to them. I saw tons of complains stating the same issue. Do not ever book via them.
Also I have booked an international flight which got cancelled by airlines in April 2020. The refund of that flight also is pending

I did book one flight and accommodation in Delhi with family and website automatically booked two rooms and when i reached hotel both rooms were on different floors. Hotel staff didn't help as it was booked by website. Unfortunately, we stayed( 2 adults and 2 kids) in small room. When I tried to contact Goibibo customer care, they didn't help at all. Useless website.
