Well i'm a proprietor and run one guesthouse situated at Cherrapunjee by the name D-Cloud Guesthouse. Kindy Don't book any room from goibibo website, it will give you wrong information about the Guesthouse such as " room sold out at selected date". Avoid using goibibo for booking D-Cloud Guesthouse because as per my knowledge i have no business with this site. All the the image and information was stolen from google without my permission. For any right information about D-cloud Guesthouse kindly call at *******1358 or refer www.cherrapunjee.in n future.

I'm fed up after repeatedly calling goibibo coz the only response I get is they will call back but they don't. They had promised me refund but after cancellation repeatedly calling they have not refunded my money. It's been close to a month. I have lost hope they will ever respond. Worst app no customer care support i have a booking for Visakhapatnam to Bangalore but I didn't received any message but money have been deducted from my account. So I did the other booking after 2 hours without my notice both the tickets are booked and we realized that on the journey date and there is no option for cancelation the ticket cost 2625/- very worst service they not even responding for the emails
Goibibo is no. 1 fraud site. It is trying to attract people by giving 2000rs off which we can't use directly as a whole amount. My sincere request to all not to go by this bull$#*! app. Choose other sites which gives more clarity. Enjoy ur trips and save money by not booing from goibibo $#*! site..
Very bad experience with Goibibo. It seems that their whole business model is to somehow fleece money from unsuspecting consumers.
I tried booking a bus ticket using their app, which did not go through as the operator declined to book. However, the amount was charged to my credit card. When I requested for a refund they credited the money to goibibo cash account, which is pretty useless if you do not want to avail their third rate services again. It has been over 2 weeks chasing them for crediting the amount back to the credit card, but they are not responsive at all. They are just trying delaying tactics.
Am thankful that the amount involved was not big, and this has been a real eye opener for me. I will never use this site again and will advise everyone to stay away from this well organized scam. Am not sure how they are allowed to operate and the promomters are not in jail.
Ok so goibibo and make my trip are serious scammers as in they are both owned by the same group of company, they reduce their rates, create an illusion of slashed rates, they play the game of good cop, bad cop, but by the time you check out they have jacked out their rates under different heads. The flights do not allow you to re schedule without your having to call them. When you need to re schedule, they take hours, increase the pries difference and cheat you into paying them almost the same amount of money for a re scheduling as much as you paid originally. They take whole day or at times 2 days, increase and tweak their website. Oh its a very disgusting experience of non transparency and being cheated. So if you are an alert booker, you get the scam... please dont fall for their low rates...
I was trying to get the cancellation review details. It asked for the same. And finally it asked me to send request. And tickets got cancelled. It was international flight tickets. Now when I try to contact customer care, nobody picks it up even after 10minutes complete ring. No mail reply also. And what's that chat with us. Please stop that stupid thing. It's a waste of time chatting with that idiotic idea of yours.
If you want to book your ticket, take a big risk. You will not easily get refunded your money if flight canceled.

I booked a luxury room in a 4-star hotel through Goibibo for my trip. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they denied me the stay and said that there was no room available. Goibibo offered me a compensation of a lower-tier hotel, but it was not an option for me because I had already booked my travel and other arrangements based on the original hotel booking.
I contacted Goibibo customer support, but they were not helpful. They said that they could not do anything about the hotel's decision and that I would have to take it up with the hotel directly.
I tried to contact the hotel, but they were not responsive. I ended up staying in a one-star hotel that was much worse than the one I had booked through Goibibo.
This experience was very frustrating and ruined my trip. I would not recommend Goibibo to anyone.
I also find it unfair that customers are charged for cancellation fees, but hotels are not charged for denying stays. This puts the customer at a disadvantage and makes it difficult to get a refund or compensation when things go wrong."

Its almost 1 month of my travel cancelled. Indigo has refunded my amount with mailed invoice and says contact to goibibo. But still my money is pending at goibibo, emailed many times but no response from goibibo. Its pathetic.
Previously they are little better, but now they are fully fraud. No customer friendly, no proper response, I have to travel still they did not confirm my ticket after full payment. Such a... worst experience.

Booked a hotel ticket and got cancelled automatically. When I contacted to customer service regarding reinstating my booking. I was asked to pay again for this on higher price. This is really disgusting and getting email from goibibo that issue has been resolved. I felt cheated and had to book hotel again and paid for this. Deleted the app and I would advise not to use this site.

Bunch of cheaters. I had booked an entire package and cancelled only the flight since the flight which I had booked was been cancelled.
When I asked for refund this people refunded me only partial amount. I kept following up with them when they kept saying that the remaining amount refund is in progress.
Now this idiots suddenly return the remaining amount as go cash and say entire refund is done.
Worst people to deal with and talk with.
Worst company ever i had dealt with. I have booked an airport cab and paid money in advance. But at the time of pickup driver denied the drop. Seriously daily i am following up with their customer executives and not getting any output. I had not taken their service and not even getting my money back.

I would personally advise everyone to never book through Gobibo. Because I had booked on 15th April. Went there and saw that the hotel is not active.Then on what basis do these people book. And now my amount is also of less return.Very disgusting.
I am very upset at that time, who is responsible for that, when the hotel was not active, why you gave the booking.you are wasting my money and time at that time.
I have tried to book a hotel but the booking was failed and the amount got deducted by Goibibo, verified with bank that merchant got the amount. It was allowed me to book the hotel without sign in the Goibibo so now they were telling that there is no booking in your number or email ID.

I booked 4 flights via goibibo. 3 failed when i processed the payment so i tried once again. Then i found out that the failed bookings still processed my payment so i had double bookings. Then goibibo charged me the full cancellation fee after hours of more wasted money on international phone calls to their useless customer care centre.
I have booked a ticket for my parents, using my dads email address, these f**kers cancelled the ticket after a week, without any confirmation, and deducted Rs. 6000 as cancellation charges. The tickets rate was Rs. 8000 something.
