I have booked a ticket for my parents, using my dads email address, these f**kers cancelled the ticket after a week, without any confirmation, and deducted Rs. 6000 as cancellation charges. The tickets rate was Rs. 8000 something.

My booking got cancelled in 9th may 2023.After that I tried every possible way to contact the goibibo to know my refund status. But they are just ignoring everything. Even I can't able to contact through customer care also.All types of dealing are undergoing in Ai bot. There is no way we can contact the human beings in the company.
Rubbish company. Poor management. I have booked my air ticket and for the return journey my flight was cancelled due to JetAirways issue. It's Goibibo's responsibility to inform me but I came to know when I checked on the airline's website. After then I tried to call them too many times but heard a same tape again and again that Go on online or Go through app (then why are you promoting that we are supporting 24*7?) Okay, I followed up on website and as a web developer I found some funny things. They didn't build their website properly yet (This is INDIA's fastest growing company right now... SURPRIZE). On website at the end result they are telling to call them (Buddy I called you. You sent me on this website and now you are telling me to call you!)
I have booked the cab service through goibibo, first time have to cancel because of wrong timing mentioned but second time amount got deducted and booking was unsuccessful, customer care guy asked to do third time booking and again amount got deducted and booking was unsuccessful. Guys are you joking, total 7161 amount was got stuck and still booking was unsuccessful. Pathetic service,,,,, will not suggest anyone goibibo,,, please don't take risk. Now i have emergency travel plan and my half amount got stuck in goibibo. Don't know how am going to travel :(
I did a booking by first setting the date of checkin and then choosing the city. Post that I choose the hotel to make the booking and right at that time when I choose the hotel to book the checkin dates got changed and I dint realise it until I booked and ended with the same problem. While I slowly repeated myself I realised the bug. I called them 10 times and they gave false hopes of solving the issue and calling me back but they did nothing. They are pathetic service levels.
On aug 15 2022 i booked a bus from Coimbatore to bangalore but i got reminder message before departing but while entering in the bus my seat was booked to some other passenger and my name was not found in passengers list and i completely worried in the last minute and fully disappointed because in mid night i can't choose any buses also I tried to reach goibibo but i am not getting proper reply from and then and my ticket amount is 890 rupees not yet refunded highly disappointed with goibibo here after i won't book anything in goibibo
Worst customer service, avoid booking tickets from Goibibo.
I faced hell lot of issues in my recent flight which was booked from Bangalore to Indonesia.
First of all there was no proper response from customer care and none of the agents were able to help me for the rescheduling.
And for the cancellation if I had to cancel to rebook even the return flight was supposed to be cancelled.
They left me with no option but to waste all my money.
I had booked a hotel room through Goibibo. I received an email saying that my booking will be confirmed in 30 mins. The mail also conveyed apology for the delay. They also promised that for every hour delay from their end, they would compensate with Gocash credit of Rs 100 . There was no notification from Goibibo for more than 48 hours. When I called the customer care, I shared my booking ID to know the status of my booking. The executive said that there was no such booking ID. I had to then forward the mail I received from Goibibo. After a day, my booking was confirmed. But the other promise they made about crediting Gocash of Rs 100 per hour was not fulfilled. I raised this a couple of times but it was not addressed.
Don't make ur bookings through goibio...
They show level hotels as 3* ratings and charge you extA.

Directly sue them to consumer court.

Booked flight 25 days before and they suddenly changed the date without concern. When questioned they opened a case and close it without resolving. PLS do not use this site at all. Customer care dosent respond for hrs will keeo you on hold
Hi Guys! This post is to share my bad experience with Goibibo. I have two hotels for my Rajasthan trip through Goibibo. But due to Padmavati controversy, we were not able to go there. I asked the goibibo team to refund my money which was around 5K but they refused by saying that hotels authorities are denying. Then after several arguments and calls, they provide me one coupon of worth 500 rs.
So please be careful while making bookings with Goibibo

I cancelled my flight tickets worth 49k in February for travel in May. Its been 4 months of calls and messages and their call centre is devious and manipulative. I even sent several messages to the CEO Vikalp Sahni and no response. While everyone is earning less during the pandemic these thieves are profiting without service. I hope people read this and not fall into the same trap! I am hiring a lawyer. I will get my money back!
In the site they should clearly mention in bold letters that PCR antigen test is required/ mandatory for check in. Only taking money is mandatory for these ppl. Just a few hours before my check in I was informed about the requirements of PCR test for covid. If I knew I had to run around for a covid test I would not have booked in this resort in the first place. I cancelled the booking which had a cancellation policy. But they have not refunded my *******/-. I will never in my life book from here again after this loss. Very unethical.
I booked the hotel from goibibo. At the time of booking the hotel in Port Blair (hotel hilltop international) I selected 2 guests and I read the cancellation policy which was refundable with some term and conditions. But after booking the hotel they changed the number of guest as 1 and cancelation policy non-refundable.
After fighting them hard. They told me if you want to add one more guest you need to pay extra amount+ taxes.
Pathetic service and customer care support.
Goibibo is cheating company, so don't do any business with them please this is my request, i cancelled a ticket 3 mnths before I didn't get any money yet, they are cheating everyone, no consumer services, so please do book any tickets in goibibo
For the information of all the users of goibibo, make sure to follow up for your cancellation. If you put ticket cancellation request at goibibo they will not cancel your mail and then tell you that you were no show so nothing will be refunded to you. This the kind of experience I have faced at this website. Attaching mail sent by goibibo.
Also note that they said 25th August that refund will be processed and then after after 8 months the goibibo team is saying that till date they have not processed the refund. This is the kind of service they are providing.
I have never had a worse experience with travel as I've encountered with this travel agency. A family member was issued the worst connecting flights and had to endure 44 hours of travel. We called to cancel the booking within 20 hours after the booking was made and no one even cared to change it saying it wasn't done on the same calendar day. No other travel agency in the world has that rule; all other agencies change it within 24 hours. Even the airline told us to call goibibo back and insist that the change is made. No one should ever have to endure this. All the money they made off that sale; I hope no one benefits from that after all the anxiety and suffering they put us through. Change your customer service and your attitude or else this company will shut down!
I booked a flight ticket for night 9.30 but after making payment the ticket was booked for afternoon 1.30 when i contacted them they say since rates changed the timing changed automatically. Very worst service.
Goibibo is a fraud, we booked our tickets on goibibo and in the mid night we were waiting for our bus to come and later we got to know that the bus is bounded and then we are trying to contact on customer care no. But no response since 10 days and I have not got my refund yet.

Convince charges have been deducted 2000rs and not getting refund back if ask they are giving lame excuses. As per there policy if airline cancel the booking they are not suppose to deduct.
