Hi, Goibibo is bad website for booking tickets. Todays my senario like I booked flight ticket along with cab booking and I paid full amount. After that I tried to change pick up time for cab but I was not able to change it and it was not refundable also. I tried to reach support person but there also I faced worst experience. I seriously recommend don't use Goibibo app apart from this app use any other apps like makemytrip, happyeasygo etc.

Extremely poor customer service. I hate their service. It is such a pain to get hold of an agent. Even after entering the right phone number, the customer service keeps telling to enter the right number. WTH
A**holes is the only term I can use here to describe these jokers. Booked hotel and in an instant the cash was transferred. Only to get a message 3 hours later, that the hotel room is not available.
Had to wait 8 hours to get an alternate, and had to spend good amount of my money calling these nincompoops every time.
Hell with ur service. Cancelled my Journey on March 19th 2020, received a refund request mail but almost 50days passed not received my Refund. The worst thing is there is no way to contact u ppl, no phone number is working, even I tried in FB page but no one is replying. $#*! u Goibibo $#*! u. Can't wait more. It is irritating now.
Worst in terms of user experience while using the website. I am trying to reach out to customer service and its been an hour no way to reach them. When I call, it goes on auto IVR and when I do online chat then it again goes into auto mode... $#*!ty website
I request all of you don't ever book bus via goibibo... it is very pathetic... They gave some address of travel person... when I went at the said address... The person says they don't book bus to that particular location... These goibibo idiots don't have this much common sense that they should give bus no.to the customer... They gave two mobile number and that person not taking up phone... And bcoz of it I missed by bus... When you ask for your money back they don't even give a $#*!... Travel agency name sri balaji travels... in Bangalore... Please I request you all don't book bus from goibibo... Else you will be causing your money and time loss...

2 options - 'know your cancellation charges' & 'cancellation charges' serving the same purpose, so ambiguous for the user. Then 2 options - 'flight cancelled' and 'flight cancelled with airlines' serve opposite purpose. It should be 'cancel my flight' and 'flight cancelled by airline'. Looting people with their ambiguous options. Why to give the option to cancel the flight when checking status in your own app shows flight is cancelled by airline. Responsibility must be to provide full refund.
First of all such a poor and bad service from go ibibo. Got to book a cab from pondicherry to chennai and paid advance amount... Got a message that my booking is confirmed and they will let u know my cab and driver details. But after that no response. My scheduled time came still no response. Texted them regarding this. They called me and assured that they arrange in half an hour. But even after that no response. Finally at the last when I called and enquired and complained they said cab not available. Such an irresponsible site. Nearly missed my flight... Plz don't go for this go ibibo. Worst experience. Never try this app. I want to give 1 star but it's not coming. That made it as such only 3 star and above is available default. Fraud in this too.
Bad servicing money debited bookings not confirmed, very bad site take care people. Customer care not responding this issue, 7 working days return this amount, telling, today bookings 7 days waiting. People take care gobibo is fraudulent company..
I booked a round trip via goibibo and it was the first time I used the app. 3 weeks before the trip I tried to cancel my flights by following the directions on the app but could not for the sole reason that I didnt receive the OTP from goibibo. I tried this for days and then finally wrote to them to cancel my tickets - I never heard back from them, because they couldnt care less and had they responded in a timely manner they would have had to refund a certain amount. On the day of the flight, someone told me to cancel the same by ringing them up - which I didnt know since I was a first time user and it is not a common practice. Though I am supposed to receive a very small percentage of the amount of the tickets and I am skeptical for the same after reading some of the reviews. However based on my experience, these people, this whole establishment cannot be trusted and its just as important to know all the times they have utterly failed to do their jobs.
More than highly worst service and cheating to the common people and eat the customer money as the fee and no cc no no emergency no no higher official no all are fake and even a ceo mail id is fake totally the company's itself an fake
Booked Royal Reve hotel, Secunderabad for 2 nights thru #goibibo. Room with dirty toilet was provided. On discussing with Manager, was told that for online booking we keep separate rooms and for walk-ins we have separate rooms. Steps near the toilets were slippery, hence checked-out in 1 day itself.
Royal Reve Hotel refused to refund the amount for 1 night. Goibibo too took the side of the Hotel and refused a refund.
In future, please BE CAREFUL before booking any hotels through GOIBIBO... You will end up with a sub-standard room and no refund!
After paying full amount. We were offered 2 person's room instead 4 persons family room at jaipur for the date from 11th Jan to 12th jan 19 in hotel metro in. I lost my whole money. Unwillingly I had to changed hotel and paid again
Fraud compnay. My jet flights have been cancelled in April time and still i am wating for refund from Goibibo. No update or no email. Totally fraud compnay, never ever booked with any flight or accomodation with this.
Booked a Resort room through Goibibo and immediately received a confirmation e-mail. Voila, and I was all set for the day. The resort was located around 150 kms from my place.
I reached the resort on time and was amazed seeing the location, and good crowd. In the back of my head, got a feeling it was already full. Anyways, I reached the reception and there, to my utmost bewilderment, came to know that my booking wasn't available. And that's how, in a broad daylight, the nightmare begun.
Booked a hotel room on June 2,2018 in Thane. Apparently the hotel provided bed and breakfast. However, I was told on June 3rd morning at the breakfast table that, my booking did not cover breakfast. How shocking embarrassing! It was clearly mentioned on the booking page about the free breakfast included. When I called goibibo customer service they said I was wrong and chose a room without breakfast option. Makemytrip and Agoda were providing the same deal with breakfast. GoCare the customer service team as they are called. Instead of "You Go Away, We Don't Care!"... Then referred the matter to their technical team for ticket resolution. Who emailed me that it was my fault not theirs. Guys don't waste time with these fellows. Never do business with them. Or you would be disappointed big time. These guys are cheats, liars, conmen, leeches, thugs, dacoits. Beware!
My flight (From Delhi - Copenhagen) was cancelled by the airline due to covid-19. This happened in march, my flight was on April 9th. There's no way of getting in contact with Goibibo, their customer contact number is a scam and doesn't give you the option to talk to an actual human being, their Gia bot online can't give you any answers either, there's no emails to get in contact with customer support.
On the app they constantly push the refund day, first it was supposed to be by November, then it became November 30th, now it has again been pushed to Jan. 9-29 2021.
Do yourself a favour and stay away, they'll take your money and leave you high and dry.
Without a doubt the worst experience I've had dealing with any online company.
I am using upi payment for train booking and the amount is deducted from my account and the process was failed on your side and take to the home screen. I am contacting goibibo but doesn't get any reply

I just got severely cheated by goibibo. After received a booking confirmation of a hotel with booking ID, few days later they called, demanding more money otherwise they would cancel my booking! After I denied paying more, they canceled my booking but scaringly showing In the system that I as a customer canceled the booking... harrowing experience
Below text sent to goibibo in mail as well as on Twitter but they denied to pay difference payment.
I had booked a bus trip through goibibo app on 9 july 23 for travelling pune to jodhpur by multi axle Volvo of Jakhar travels (paid 3049.50 INR) instead of that they provided ordinary A/C bus and as selected the pickup point while booking. They had changed that too. Which caused financial loss and mental harrasment.
Please arrange to pay the difference of fare of Volvo and normal ac bus and Rs 150 which was spent in reaching the new pick up location should also be paid.
