I had booked tickets for me & my wife for April 2020 journey dates from Ahmedabad to Barcelona. All above flights were cancelled by airlines. For refund of above tickets still I am waiting. For above journey there was one journey Ahmedabad to Delhi on spice jet. Few days back they issued refund for spice jet tickets. To my surprise it was rs. 378/- for two tickets. They got full refund from airline and passed me only 378/-. I didn't not accepted it & complained but no answer. They are not available on call anyways.

I did my booking with Goibibo booking ID - GOFLI479AF*******054 with Jazeera Airways (PNR - ECWYNH). Travel Date Jun-20 to and fro from Kuwait to Delhi.
My booking was cancelled during Covid phase when India stopped all international flights to and fro.

I approached airline for refund and Jazeera airways team told me that they have processed refund (June Month).
I approached then Goibibo team and they have told refund will be done once they receive the same from airline.

From Now on i am just writing emails, tweeting but GoIbibo team they are completely ignoring emails.
I have given them proofs of Jazeera airways email and Transaction number as well but they still say we haven't received refund.

How come 5 months passed and you didn't recieve money when airline already transfer. They got the money and don't want to refund.

I just wanted to tell everyone please don't book any tickets with these frauds travel portal better book it directly with Airline. Hassle free and safe. These cheater travel portal come with offers but my sincere advice they are just cheaters and GOIBIBO team lead the way in this.

I am going to approach consumer court as well till the time i don't get my money back with Apology from GoIbibo team.

The hotel is not right, the room is not clean, neither the stomach is right nor the fan is right, its cooler and TV are also not working properly.

Such worst service and useless fellow these guys people are dieing out side our struggles to get money and salary you guys are enjoying our money not refunding our amount. As said I was in booking process in between transction failed message came and amount is debitted in my sbi account.

I had booked a resort vide reservation # HTLAHCA5K4 and after visiting, I found it to be too difficult to stay there. I contacted Goibibo support Chat since they do not have any support email or contact number! I informed the Chat Agent Suman that my wife had Knee Implants recently and it was not possible for her to use this resort since there were too steep slopes and one could never walk freely even to your room! Since I never wanted such torture for my wife, I requested for Cancellation. The agent took 30 minutes to respond back that the booking Cannot be Cancelled being non-refundable.
Then I got a call from a makemytrip number about my issue. My son took the call and explained the whole issue in details. He also informed the caller that he had just booked 2 rooms on their site at Wood Creek Resort with reservation # HTLJFCKD5R. The caller also confirmed this booking and told my son that they will work on our issue. After that they Closed the issue with the remarks that the since the issue is resolved to your satisfaction, so it is being closed!
It is so weird to note that they do NOT have any eMAIL id FOR CUSTOMER CARE! They have trained their agents to take as much time possible to delay responding the chat and refuse everyone rudely. Beware of this fraudster co. As No one will ever listen you and resolve your issues!

Goibibo is not trust worthy. I had booked a flight ticket spending around 4k. Rescheduled it to a different date by spending an additional amount of money- 2k as per the demand. Neither the ticket got modified nor did I got the refund. I lost approximately 6k. All their customer help line numbers, app are automated and no one responds. Cheater company. Don't trust it... best advice is to book ticket directly from the airline, instead of apps like goibibo.

NEVER USE GOIBIBO. They are a bunch of thugs who will never return your money even though you are eligible. They chose to steal my hard earned money which I payed them to book my tickets through Singapore airlines. Due to covid the flight got cancelled by the operator but I never got my money back from Goibibo. I followed up for 4 months and finally gave up. Their phones will take you through a loop and in the name of customer service they are a bunch of liars. AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO BE IN SAFE HANDS STAY AWAY FROM GOIBIBO.

I had booked two flights (INDIGO and AIR INDIA) through GOIBIBO site. After few weeks I cancelled them Through the airline directly because i had no other option to do in GOIBIBO website.
This itself a meticulate construction to cover their fraudulent activities. Let me list the points
1) No customer care numbers and Email ID provided by the Company
2)Their website shows "Something gone wrong" when the user opts for refund or cancellation.
3) But in actual the tickets are cancelled and the amount is refunded by the airline to GOIBIBO which is not known to us until we verify it with the airlines
I personally feel that their profit lies in taking the refund amount without any intimation to the customers.
Finally never trust Gurgoans based company as their reputation lies in online scams

Dear Sir / Mam,

I booked INDIGO flight ticket via GOIBIBO website for my travelling from Kuwait to Chennai on 29th July 2020 and paid ******* rupees money. The flight has been canceled by AIRLINES regarding the COVID-19 issues. So my money ******* rupees has been shifted to my credit shell balance for future fight booking with validity of 1 year. After the flights opened the travelling by government. So i checked to book a new booking from GOIBIBO website, the credit shell options not showing in the GOIBIBO portal while my payment process for new ticket booking. So i called and sent more mails to GOIBIBO customer care service, they didn't response my mails. So i checked with INDIGO airlines customer care, they told me your previous booking made by 3rd party agent GOIBIBO. So, you need to contact them only for book new ticket. GOIBIBO no reply my mails and calls. I want book my ticket to go to INDIA now. I want travel from KUWAIT to INDIA on 25th October-2020.
