I booked my ticket through goibibo due to corona issue flight got cancelled airline has refunded the money to goibibo even after 10 months not got the money from goibibo. When asked repliing that that not received cash has got only virtual money very funny. Shall give valet points. I have asked money to be refunded i dont want any valet points as i have booked as guest
Waiting for a refund from goibibo. It's been 4 months and when I call, they say it's processing. The airline has re-funded the money to them.
Probably I'll have kids, they grow up and they will have kids too by the time I get the money back.
Horrible service.

We have booked from goibibo for xoxo hostel in Goa & 10 sept, 2022 we have talked with the manager of xoxo hostel Goa property to reconfirm and they inform us only boys are not allowed at this property, so we asked for a refund because online goibigo there is not mention only boys are not allowed, still there is no support from customer service not pic up call, don't waste your money
I had booked a room on 29 Sep. For 1 - 2 Oct and got a confirmation mail from Goibibo after payment. My booking id is HTL7H6HVMH. On the day of 1 Oct i got a call from Mrs. Manika Gupta and she said that my booking have been cancelled. At that time she said she will refund my money as i paid for booking.
Now i have already sent number of mails to support and Manika also. But they are not responding any of mail. I suggest every one not to use Goibibo. You can also check the online reviews. Almost booking made by Goibio cancelled and ther were not refund any amount.
One of the worst experience I had with Goibibo hotel booking service(HTLCNXMKVY). It was shock for me after cancelling the ticket I came to know that in have lost ******* rs last week.

My domestic flight COVID cancellation refund money was also not refunded by them, they intentionally not left any customer support number or email address anywhere. A Big Fraud, wrote mail to DGCA, but they refused to intervene, saying they do not regulate these agents. Then my question is why they allow ticket sale through them.
As subject title states, they're a complete shower of Bast*rds.
They cheat you in a very crooked way. They are not explicit in what the cancellation rules, charges are, and what they mean exaclty by their offer 'GET2000GC'. It doesn't mean that you can get Rs 2000 off your next purchase with them. Its only 5% of the 2000 cash back that you can use for your next ticket purchase with them.
From my experience, my advice would be - take you business elsewhere. The airline itself is the best option i think. No f*cking hassle of this sort.
The amount of time i have lost is what really riles me up, going behind one of their 'offers'.

If you have a online service it can feel really accessible and easy to book and control your travel plan. However, when a urgent situation accours, like now with the corona virus, the booking site has no way to handle questions related to the issue. It is also impossible to reach the customer service at all. Is there a customer service. After hunting them down for like 3 full days finally someone calls me back. She helps me with 2 of 7 bookings. The sum for all the bookings was more than 150 000 rupees and I do not feel like a happy customer. At all. I can't feel any service interest and they don't care. She told me to connect to the separate airlines. The separate airlines told me to connect with Goibibo. I am super disappointed, upset and I feel that digitalization does not mean "ignore your customer". Shape up Gobibo!
The site failed and booked aticket for may 16 instead of may 11.hyd to aurangabad.endlessly calling but no response.the frauds should check the records and resolve but the executives talk nonsense and simply say we are working on it.the supervisor sushmita releases the call.it is mafia.no sr...management escalations possible.if you want to cheat people say so directly.ministry of civil aviation has to be informed.the CEO is sleeping i guess.if he can wake up and resolve it will save his co..
Goibibo is not trust worthy. I had booked a flight ticket spending around 4k. Rescheduled it to a different date by spending an additional amount of money- 2k as per the demand. Neither the ticket got modified nor did I got the refund. I lost approximately 6k. All their customer help line numbers, app are automated and no one responds. Cheater company. Don't trust it... best advice is to book ticket directly from the airline, instead of apps like goibibo.

I had a bad experience booking through goibbibo. Its a very bad website with no value for customers. I booked hotel through goibbibo and for the price the hotel was horrible in the covid situation with no precautions and sanitization. Room was bad, bathroom door broken. Intercom absent. No hot water. Ac was not working. I paid almost 3k for a night for such horrible facilities. I immigration informed with pictures but didn't get any response back from goibbibo team. I urge noone to book anything through goibbibo.
Hey guys. I bought an domestic ticket of SPICE JET from them, kolkata to hyderabad. Did not get Indian visa on time. That's why I needed to contact them for cancellation.
If you call the international customer service number, the IVR will say that we are experiencing high volume call, then cut the line.
They said that for security reason, they will send a 4 digit text message to my cell phone number, but it never came to my USA cell phone number. Tried to do web CHAT. But failed because I did not received the 4 digit pin at all.
This is a totally bull $#*! customer service by GOIBIBO.
Bought a ticket at around 5500 INR with an extra cancellation fee provided. Spice Jet said that they will give me 1800 INR through GOIBIBO. I dont know these freaking guys will send me that amount to my credit card or not.

My booking ID GOBUSIOS833DE8B55A. I am in the bus while writing this feedback to you. My bus got breakdown in the midnight 12:30 AM and they didn't provided any alternative bus and they didn't took any action on this till morning. Mechanic came by 7:30 AM and bus again started by 8:30 AM. I have raised a complaint with goibibo by around 7:15 AM I didn't received any response till now. Surprisingly my complaint status was closed. I tried to reach the customer care number but the call didn't connected. My day wasted completely. Worst experience with Ibibo.
Inspite of repeated requests goibibo cheating 1600/- for booking of one day hotel at Munnar which was booked in back date due to technical fault in online! Even Hotel owner ready to change the date of booking! Beware...
Please do not, do not ever do your bookings through Goibibo. They do not honour their commitments. They are completely fraud. We had booked 4 Air tickets through them in December. Inspite of making full payments they did not issue the tickets to us. We couldn't apply for the Visa as the tickets were not sent even after full payment. It is 5 months and still they have not refunded our money. We have lodged complaints against them on various websites. I have been sending them emails and tweeting against them. My complaint is still not resolved.
RI brought tickets from goibibo for chennai to Hyderabad on 25feb for onward journey and 28feb return journey. After booking I should get confirm itinerary. But it was showing your ticket in progress even after 4 days it was same. Customer care was inaccessible after four days status was same but I got a message die to technical glitchl my ticket unable to confirm
Also there was a message I will get full refund
But what happened is airlines has done hundred percent refund but this fraud goibibo has taken rs732 for not rendering any service. How ever I am going to consumer court please kindly dont book with goibibo

I had booked a bus through goibibo
On the goibibo portal boarding point was showing Akshardham metro station but when I paid for two tickets. I called on given number to trace bus but the bus operator said you have to come to Tis hazari. I said it's not possible for me to come from Akshardham to Tishazari in half hour
Then I tried to cancel my booking but $#*!ing fraud Goibibo not cancelled My tickets. No body picked my call. In this way Goibibo take my money with out any thing given.
Please never use Goibibo.
After being advised by Goibibo that we can fly to New Zealand via Singapore, I booked a flight to New Zealand for 22nd September 2020. The Passenger was not allowed to board the flight due to some restrictions from Singapore government which Goibibo was not aware of. The ticket amount was not refunded and also the booking suddenly could not be found on Goibibo website for rescheduling. Despite many attempts I could not reach their customer service. Day Light Robbery and Horrendous service!
