“Flights are cancelled from airline but they have not deducted convince fee”

If i had chance to give -ve rating i would give one of the worst site i have ever gone though
Convince charges have been deducted 2000rs and not getting refund back if ask they are giving lame excuses. As per there policy if airline cancel the booking they are not suppose to deduct.
