I ordered the glasses (2 pairs) a month ago and I still do not have them. The call center has always been very polite but they do not offer any assistance or help you expedite the order. I offer to pay extra to have them delivered overnight or next day but they do not offer that service. Very frustrating and disappointing experience after the order process, selection, and configuration was so easy to do. I was excited when I placed the order and pleased with the price, but I need my glasses and I still do not have them. The website is misleading and I fell for it. Either they change the production time and offer better shipping methods or sooner or later, consumers will realize that is a fraudulent and misleading way of doing business when they should clearly state that you need to wait a month or more to get your order.
I ordered extra large frames. They were small and thin and looked nothing like the image on their website. I have bought better 3D glasses for £2 at the cinema. No communication about how long it takes to deliver and nothing about them having been dispatched. I feel like I've been scammed!

I ordered my first pair of glasses from Goggles4u because they were less than 30% of the next lowest price from a competitor. I figured it was a gamble and I might be wasting the money. The gamble paid off! I liked the glasses; they fit well and the progressive lenses were perfectly aligned. The only downside was that it took over three weeks for the glasses to arrive. I ordered another pair and got the same result: glasses that fit perfectly but took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. When money is tight, saving 70% makes slow delivery a minor problem.

I've ordered several pairs of glasses over several years. The results are mixed. One pair was good, one OK, one or two really not working. My main area of dissatisfaction is ordering progressive lenses... those are the multi focal glasses without bifocal lines. Distance viewing is typically very good; reading books or smartphone though, is a double vision experience. For those technically minded, the near-vision inter-pupillary distance is wrong, and it cannot be specified. Also they no longer offer the high refractive Index plastic. Another issue is obvious, namely, you don't know if the frame looks good or is comfortable until your glasses arrive. On the plus side, their prices are good and delivery is quick. Use them if you have a simple prescription.
Customer service is horrible. They Do not care about satisfaction. I've bought two pair. Both at and over $60 each with "coupon". Most pairs must pay additional $15 for 2 hour service but takes weeks to arrive. One pair falls off the face and the other I have to wear with cotton balls because of pain behind the ears. No refund and they say DO NOT return to California address says shipped from. Customer service is a joke.
Update.
Mgmt contacted via email last night and we will see how honest and fair they will be on the 3rd pair.

I bought three pairs of glasses. Including a pair of photochromatic glasses. I found out when the sun eventually came out that these were faulty and reported it / then got told the warranty was 15 days! Contacted customer services numerous times and reported on Trustpilot and they told me they are sticking by their warranty terms and conditions. I would strongly recommend you look at other companies with a longer warranty period as I could not possibly recommend this company to anyone. Been a very frustrating and irritating process which I have really not enjoyed.

I generally wear contacts, but want glasses to wear at night, to relax and watch tv or if my allergies are acting up bad enough to affect my eyes. You still have to have a prescription, but I just get that in addition to eye checkup. So, starting at like five bucks, you can get a pair of prescription glasses (plus a few dollars shipping). Under 10 bucks for a spare set of glasses - nice!
Goggles4U has very bad and rude customer service. You get glasses very cheap but you may not able to wear those, you get those either broken or bend. I order 15 glasses in the last one and half years thinking that I might be making errors on size and look, but then realize that their website has issues.

My order for my glasses was wrong. The PD was typed incorrectly also the numbers for the bifocals. These male employees are so very disrespectful. Never again. Please think twice before purchasing from Goggles4U as they may not be what you expect or deserve.

If you want your glasses fast go to eyebuydirect. This place is the slowest shipper on the face of the earth. Yes the glasses are cheap. But you will wait almost a month to get them. They DROP SHIP the glasses. They do not make them in the USA AT ALL. If you want affordable glasses that ship very fast go to eyebuydirect. Don't make the same mistake I did. You will be super disappointed here.

Ordered glasses, cheap ones so the expectations were not high. First pair broke within 3 weeks. I ordered a new pair, said it was delivered but no package. I know that may not be thier fault. But the customer service is probably the worst I have had with an online merchant. Stay Awy!

I'll make this review short and to the point.
The quality of the frame is decent, but is not accurate to the try me on picture. Not even close! These things I could use as ski goggles the next time I go skiing. However, the prescription accuracy is not even close! I think I can see better without them. I'll never order from goggles4u again.

I ordered glasses to have as a backup for the ones I got at VW. The VW glasses are unwearable. I get sick on my stomach wearing them and something is off. The backups from Goggles4U were 1/3 the price and included all lens upgrades and transitions... and... I see great wearing them. They came in about 2 weeks, one day after the ones I purchased locally. I personally hope every experience goes this well with goggles4u and I'll remain a customer.

Incredibly impressed with this company. Bought 3 pairs of prescription glasses from them and forgot to put my discount code in. I've ordered two pair of glasses at over the last month. My first pair was just distance and they were perfect. My second pair are progressive and I think the pupil distance is slightly off. But they are progressive glasses for $20, frame, lenses, everything. I got both orders within 2 weeks of ordering them. They are also super lightweight and very comfortable once I got them adjusted.
I got my glasses after five weeks. I ordered two Pairs both bifocal with same prescription. One with chromatic and other with blue color blocking. I am happy with quality of glasses. I wish I had selected better frame though. I selected frame that was on sale. It is Okay frame. Glasses are real good and I can see clearly both reading as well as driving. I do not need t move my head up and down to see clearly
However only complain I have is, it took took them twice the time than what I expected when I placed order. Fortunately I had other pair so it was not emergency for me. I will order again.

Very poor service. Still haven't received my glasses after 3 weeks and paying for priority shipping. USPS doesn't know where the package is or if they received it and googles4u is doing nothing to help. Help center just repeats the same information and does not listen. Would not recommend to anyone

Glasses were wrong could not see out of them, also customer service is super slow,
Could not log into my account as password seemed to be wrong enev though it was saved as soon as I registered with them.
Password reminders never come to email and yes I check my junk mail as well.
Only one email to contact them or just one guy.
Phone number is American so no good for me in the UK.

I ordered quite a few pair of glasses from googles4u website, a couple for my mum and a couple for me after having seen good reviews from trustpilot and HotUKDeals website. They arrived and it was immediate to see that the glasses were poorly made- very thin frames and flimsy. The one that I ordered from my mum broke after a few days. The ones that I got, even though a bit better in quality, the coating wore off and I always needed to wipe it off because of cloudiness despite having paid extra for the coating. I wouldn't recommend this company and I have a suspicions that all the great reviews being put out on the web are fake. If I could rate them minus zero, I would.

Worst place ever to order glasses! Two times in a row I ordered glasses first was told it would be 7 days max took 18 days only to have wrong prescription! So they reorder another pair saying this would definitely be here in 7 days or less, which took about 21 days and guess what wrong prescription again. So I went to my eye Dr thinking he made the mistake only to find out it was them, So I contact them again to be told ithey would not do anything about it! By far the WORST place ever! In order to offer the best possible price to the customers, we produce the glasses in our overseas production facilities, and they initially shipped from there in a drop shipment. Regrettably, a shipment was stuck in customs which is very unusual. It resulted in an unexpected delay in delivery for some orders for which we are highly apologetic.
In such events we, unfortunately, don't have complete control and are finding ways to avoid them from happening.
